High-entropy alloys(HEAs)are based on solid solutions which characterized by chemical short-range ordering(CSRO),but there is no accurate structural tool to address CSRO characteristic,which obstacles precise composition design for *** this study,based on the cluster-plus-glue-atoms model,the composition law of Al-TMs(TMs,transition metals)HEAs with BCC and FCC structures was *** BCC structure,with five elements in equi-atomic ratio,the composition formula of Al-TMs HEAs can be expressed by a cluster formula[Al-M_(14)]Al_(3),and in non equi-atomic ratio can be expressed by[Al-M_(14)]Al,where M is the average atom of the *** in FCC structure,both Al-TMs HEAs with five elements in equiatomic and non equi-atomic ratios can be expressed by a cluster formula[Al-M_(12)]*** confirm the effectiveness of cluster formula for Al-TMs,two alloys were designed,[Al-Ti_(4)V_(3)Nb_(4)Mo_(3)]Mo and[Al-Ti_(3)V_(3)Nb_(4)Mo_(4)]*** show that the[Al-Ti_(3)V_(3)Nb_(4)Mo_(4)]Al alloy has both higher strength and higher plastic deformation at room ***,[Al-Ti_(3)V_(3)Nb_(4)Mo_(4)]Al alloy shows slower soften effect at 800℃,contributed to its higher *** substituting Ta for some of Mo,the strength of[Al-Ti_(3)V_(3)Nb_(4)Mo_(3)Ta]Al at room temperature and high temperature drastically decreases,suggesting that Ta element deteriorates the properties of Al-TMs alloys.

Co1-x-yNix＋ySb3-xSnx polycrystals were fabricated by vacuum melting combined with hot-press sintering. The effect of alloying on the thermoelectric properties of unfilled skutterudite CO1-xNixSb3-xSnx was investigated. A leap of electrical conductivity from the Co0.93Ni0.07Sb2.93Sn0.07 sample to the Co0.88Ni0.12Sb288Sn0.12 sample occurs during the measurement of electrical conductivity, indicating the adjustment of band structure by proper alloying. The results show that alloying enhances the power factor of the materials. On the basis of alloying, the thermoelectric properties of ***.12 are improved by Ni-doping. The thermal conductivities of Ni-doping samples have no reduction, but their power factors have obvious enhancement. The power factor of Co0.81Ni0.09Sb2.88Sn0.12 reaches 3.0 mW-m-1·K-2 by Ni doping. The dimensionless thermoelectric figure of merit reaches 0.55 at 773 K for the unfilled Co0.81Ni0.19 Sb2.88Sn0.12,

The accumulation of myelin debris may be a major contributor to the inlfammatory response after diffuse axonal injury. In this study, we examined the accumulation and clearance of myelin debris in a rat model of diffuse axonal injury. Oil Red O staining was performed on sections from the cerebral cortex, hippocampus and brain stem to identify the myelin debris. Seven days after diffuse axonal injury, many Oil Red O-stained particles were observed in the cerebral cortex, hippocampus and brain stem. In the cerebral cortex and hippocampus, the amount of myelin debris peaked at 14 days after injury, and decreased signiifcantly at 28 days. In the brain stem, the amount of myelin debris peaked at 7 days after injury, and decreased signiifcantly at 14 and 28 days. In the cortex and hippocampus, some myelin debris could still be observed at 28 days after diffuse axonal injury. Our ifndings suggest that myelin debris may persist in the rat central ner-vous system after diffuse axonal injury, which would hinder recovery.

Objective： The current study was prospectively designed to explore the application of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery （VATS） radical treatment for patients with stage ⅢA lung cancer, with the primary endpoints being the safety and feasibility of this operation and the second endpoints being the survival and complications after the surgery. Methods： A total of 51 patients with radiologically or mediastinoscopically confirmed stage ⅢA lung cancer underwent VATS radical treatment, during which the standard pulmonary lobectomy and mediastinal lymph node dissection were performed after pre-operative assessment. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss/ complications, postoperative recovery, postoperative complications, and lymph node dissection were recorded and analyzed. This study was regarded as successful if the surgical success rate reached 90% or higher. Results： A total of 51 patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） were enrolled in this study from March 2009 to February 2010. The median post-operative follow-up duration was 50.5 months. Of these 51 patients, 41 （80.4%） had N2 lymph node metastases. All patients underwent the thoracoscopic surgeries, among whom 50 （98%） received pulmonary lobectomy and mediastinal lymph node dissection completely under the thoracoscope, 6 had their incisions extended to about 6 cm due to larger tumor sizes, and 1 had his surgery performed using a 12 cm small incision for handling the adhesions between lymph nodes and blood vessels. No patient was converted to conventional open thoracotomy. No perioperative death was noted. One patient received a second surgery on the second post-operative day due to large drainage （〉1,000 mL）, and the postoperative recovery was satisfactory. Up to 45 patients （88.2%） did not suffer from any perioperative complication, and 6 （11.8%） experienced one or more complications. Conclusions： VATS radical treatment is a safe and feasible treatment for stage ⅢA lung cancer.

Molecular Modeling and Docking of Mannose-binding Lectin from Lycoris radiata

Lycoris radiata mannose-binding lectin（LRL） is a protein which binds mannose residues specifically. The maturation peptide and three mannose-binding domains（residues 49-57, 80-88 and 113--121） of LRL were identified by sequence analysis. The 3D structure of LRL constructed by homology modeling shaped a flstular triangular prism. Three flanks of the prism are mainly composed of β-sheets and each flank has a mannose-binding domain. According to the docking and dynamics simulation, the bindings of residues 49--57 and 80--88 with mannose are more stable than that of residues 113--121 with it. The key residues for binding mannose are Gin80, Asp82, Ash84 and Tyr88. The study preliminarily analyzed the interaction sites and mechanism of LRL with mannoses, which could be useful for the study on insect-resistance and related drug discovery of LRL.

The sensitivity of the dark photon search through invisible decay final states in low-background experiments relies sig-nificantly on the neutron and muon veto efficiencies,which depend on the amount of material used and the design of the detector *** paper presents the optimized design of the hadronic calorimeter(HCAL)used in the DarkSHINE experiment,which is studied using a GEANT4-based simulation *** geometry is optimized by comparing a traditional design with uniform absorbers to one that uses different thicknesses at different locations on the detector,which enhances the efficiency of vetoing low-energy neutrons at the sub-GeV *** overall size and total amount of material used in the HCAL are optimized to be lower,owing to the load and budget requirements,whereas the overall performance is studied to satisfy the physical objectives.

MgH_(2),TiH_(2),and ZrH_(2) are three typical metal hydrides that have been gradually applied to composite explosives and propellants as additives in recent *** evaluate ignition sensitivity and explosion severity,the Hartmann device and spherical pressure vessel were used to test ignition energy and explosion pressure,*** results showed that the ignition sensitivity of ZrH_(2),TiH_(2) and MgH_(2) gradually *** the concentration of MgH_(2) is 83.0 g/m^(3) in Hartmann device,the ignition energy attained a minimum of 10.0 *** explosion pressure of MgH_(2) were 1.44 times and 1.76 times that of TiH_(2) and ZrH_(2),respectively,and the explosion pressure rising rate were 3.97 times and 9.96 times that of TiH_(2) and ZrH_(2),respectively,through the spherical pressure *** indicated that the reaction reactivity and reaction rate of MgH_(2) were higher than that of TiH_(2) and ZrH_(2).In addition,to conduct in edepth theoretical analysis of ignition sensitivity and explosion severity,gas production and combustion heat per unit mass of ZrH_(2),TiH_(2) and MgH_(2) were tested by mercury manometer and oxygen bomb *** experimental results revealed that MgH_(2) had a relatively high gas production per unit mass(5.15 mL/g),while TiH_(2) and ZrH_(2) both had a gas production of less than 2.0 mL/*** thermal stability gradually increased,leading to a gradual increase in ignition ***,compared with theoretical combustion heat,the combustion ratio of MgH_(2),TiH_(2) and ZrH_(2) was more than 96.0%,with combustion heat value of 29.96,20.94 and 12.22 MJ/kg,respectively,which was consistent with the explosion pressure and explosion severity test results.
