The Boer goat is one of the top meat breeds in modern animal husbandry and has attracted widespread attention for its unique growth ***,the genetic basis of muscle development in the Boer goat remains *** this study,we identified specific structural variants in the Boer goat based on genome-wide selection signals and analyzed the basis of the molecular heredity of related candidate genes in muscle development.A total of9 959 autosomal copy number variations(CNVs) were identified through selection signal analysis in 127 goat ***,we confirmed that the highest signal CNV(HSV) was a chromosomal arrangement containing an approximately 1.11 Mb(CHIR17:60062304-61171840 bp) duplicated fragment inserted in reverse orientation and a 5 362 bp deleted region(CHIR17:60145940-60151302 bp) with overlapping genes(e.g.,ARHGAP10,NR3C2,EDNRA,PRMT9,and TMEM184C).The homozygous duplicated HSV genotype(+/+) was found in 96% of Boer goats but was not detected in Eurasian goats and was only detected in 4% of indigenous African *** expression network of three candidate genes(ARHGAP10,NR3C2,and EDNRA)regulating dose transcription was constructed by RNA *** indicated that these genes were involved in the proliferation and differentiation of skeletal muscle satellite cells(SMSCs) and their overexpression significantly increased the expression of *** HSV of the Boer goat contributed to superior skeletal muscle growth via the dose effects of overlapping genes.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the safety profiles of Motherwort injection(MI).METHODS:A multi-center,prospective and drugderived hospital intensive monitoring method was conducted to assess the safety of MI in real world *** study was based on a very large population after the injection was approved and marketed in *** patients using the injection in participating hospitals were monitored to determine the incidence,pattern,severity and outcome of associated adverse ***:The post-marketing surveillance was performed in 10 094 female patients from April to December,*** incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) was 0.79‰(8/10 094).Among the 8 patients,the reported adverse events mainly included systemic abnormalities,such as fever,chills and eyelid edema;skin and appendages disorders,such as pruritus and rash;gastrointestinal disorders,such as nausea,abdominal distension and pain;heart rate and rhythm disorders,such as palpitation and increased heart *** of these ADRs were mild in ***:In this study the ADRs incidence rate of MI is very low,which supports that it is generally safe for use in obstetric and gynecological ***,the total number of 8 ADRs recorded over a relatively short time span seems limited,and the low number of reports could not represent an absolute guarantee of safety.

Brain glucose metabolic changes associated with chronic spontaneous pain due to brachial plexus avulsion： a preliminary positron emission tomography study

Background Previous brain imaging studies suggested that the brain activity underlying the perception of chronic pain may differ from that underlying acute pain. To investigate the brain regions involved in chronic spontaneous pain due to brachial plexus avulsion （BPA）, fluorine-18^fluorodeoxyglucose （18^F-FDG） positron emission tomography （PET） scanning was applied to determine the glucose metabolic changes in patients with pain due to BPA.Methods Six right-handed patients with chronic spontaneous pain due to left-BPA and twelve right-handed age- and sex-matched healthy control subjects participated in the 18^F-FDG PET study. The patients were rated by visual analog scale （VAS） during scanning and Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale after scanning. Statistical parametric mapping 2 （SPM2） was applied for data analysis. Results Compared with healthy subjects, the patients had significant glucose metabolism decreases in the right thalamus and SI （P 〈0.001, uncorrected）, and significant glucose metabolism increases in the right orbitofrontal cortex （OFC）（BAll）, left rostral insula cortex and left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex （DLPFC）（BA10/46）（P 〈0.001, uncorrected）. Conclusion These findings suggest that the brain areas involved in emotion, attention and internal modulation of pain may be related to the chronic spontaneous pain due to BPA.

Effect of Candesartan Cilexetil as a Sensitive and Effective Inhibitor of SHP-1 on Insulin Signaling Pathway

The protein tyrosine phosphatases（PTPs） comprise a family of enzymes that specifically dephosphorylate tyrosyl residues. Among them, SHP-I has been regarded as one of the best validated intracellular tyrosine phospha- tases. Downregulation of SHP-1 has shown remarkable efficacy in improving insulin sensitivity in vivo in insulin signaling pathway. In this study, we found the role of Candesartan cilexetil targeting at SHP-1. The results indicate that Candesartan cilexetil was a competitive inhibitor to SHP-1（IC50=85.6 ~tmol/L and Ki=24 ~tmol/L）. We also found that Candesartan cilexetil was more sensitive towards SHP-1 compared with other PTPs. Through the consequence of Western blotting, it showed that Candesartan cilexetil can strengthen the level of tyrosine phosphorylation of several key cellular proteins[such as insulin receptor（IR）, insulin receptor substrate（IRS） and ERK] in insulin signaling pathway in HepG2 cells and improve the insulin sensitivity through inhibiting the protein phosphorylation of SHP-1. These findings showed that Candesartan cilexetil might be an important inhibitor of SHP-1 and had a great applica- tion potential in the treatment of diabetes through inhibiting the level of SHP-1 in insulin signaling pathway.

Intramuscular hepatitis B immune globulin combined with lamivudine in prevention of hepatitis B recurrence after liver transplantation

BACKGROUND: Combined hepatitis B immune globulin (HBIg) and lamivudine in prophylaxis of the recurrence of hepatitis B after liver transplantation has significantly improved the survival of HBsAg positive patients. This study was undertaken to evaluate the outcomes of liver transplantation for patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV). METHODS: A retrospective chart analysis and a review of the organ transplant database identified 51 patients (43 men and 8 women) transplanted for benign HBV-related cirrhotic diseases between June 2002 and December 2004 who had survived more than 3 months. HBIg was administered intravenously during the first week and intramuscularly thereafter. RESULTS: At a median follow-up of 14.1 months, the overall recurrence rate in the 51 patients was 3.9% (2/51). The overall patient survival was 88.3%, and 82.4% after 1 and 2 years, respectively. A daily oral dose of 100 mg lamivudine for 2 weeks before transplantation for 10 patients enabled 57.1% (4/7) and 62.5% (5/8) of HBV-DNA and HBeAg positive patients respectively to convert to be negative. Intramuscular HBIg was well tolerated in all patients. CONCLUSION: Lamivudine combined with intramuscular HBIg can effectively prevent allograft from the recurrence of HBV after liver transplantation.

The tribe Triticeae provides important staple cereal crops and contains elite wild species with wide geneticdiversity and high tolerance to abiotic stresses. Sea barleygrass (Hordeum marinum Huds.), a wildTriticeae species, thrives in saline marshlands and is well known for its high tolerance to salinity and waterlogging. Here, a 3.82-Gb high-quality reference genome of sea barleygrass is assembled de novo, with 3.69Gb (96.8%) of its sequences anchored onto seven chromosomes. In total, 41 045 high-confidence (HC)genes are annotated by homology, de novo prediction, and transcriptome analysis. Phylogenetics, nonsynonymous/synonymous mutation ratios (Ka/Ks), and transcriptomic and functional analyses provide genetic evidence for the divergence in morphology and salt tolerance among sea barleygrass, barley, andwheat. The large variation in post-domestication genes (e.g. IPA1 and MOC1) may cause interspecies differences in plant morphology. The extremely high salt tolerance of sea barleygrass is mainly attributed tolow Na+ uptake and root-to-shoot translocation, which are mainly controlled by SOS1, HKT, and NHX transporters. Agrobacterium-mediated transformation and CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing systems weredeveloped for sea barleygrass to promote its utilization for exploration and functional studies of hubgenes and for the genetic improvement of cereal crops.

Evolutions of defects and helium contained defects produced by atomic displacement and helium deposition with helium implantation at different temperatures in novel high silicon （NHS） steel are investigated by a slow positron beam. Differences of the defect information among samples implanted by helium to a fluence of 1×1017 ions/cm2 at room temperature, 300°C, 450°C and 750°C are discussed. It is found that the mobility of vacancies and vacancy clusters, a recombination of vacancy-type defects and the formation of the He-V complex lead to the occurrence of these differences. At high temperature irradiations, a change of the diffusion mechanism of He atoms/He bubbles might be one of the reasons for the change of the S-parameter.

为了给我国大麦测土施磷提供科学依据,采用“零散实验数据整合法”和“养分平衡-地力差减法新应用公式”,开展了我国大麦土壤有效磷丰缺指标和推荐施磷量研究.结果表明,我国大麦土壤有效磷第1~8级丰缺指标依次为≥40.7、24.2~40.7、14.4~24.2、8.6~14.4、5.1~8.6、3.0~5.1、1.8~3.0和<1.8 mg/kg.当磷肥利用率15%~35%时,目标产量3~7.5 t/hm~2籽实大麦第1~8级土壤推荐施磷量分别为0、9~50、17~100、26~150、34~200、43~250、51~300和60~350 kg/hm~2;目标产量6~15 t/hm~2干草大麦第1~8级土壤推荐施磷量依次为0、9~50、17~100、26~150、34~200、43~250、51~300和60~350 kg/hm~2;目标产量15~45 t/hm~2青贮大麦第1~8级土壤推荐施磷量分别为0、7~51、15~102、22~153、29~204、36~255、44~306和51~357 kg/hm~2.本研究建立了我国籽实和饲草大麦土壤有效磷丰缺指标推荐施肥系统,为我国大麦测土施磷奠定了科学基础.

目的探讨组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂4-PBA对吗啡诱导小鼠条件性位置偏爱(conditioned place preference, CPP)的影响,并研究相关组蛋白乙酰化参与吗啡成瘾的调控机制。方法研究4-PBA在不同阶段对吗啡诱导CPP的影响,检测小鼠前额叶皮层(prefrontal cortex, PFC)、伏隔核(nucleus accumbens, NAc)、尾状壳核(caudate and putamen, CPu)和海马(hippocampus, Hip)四个脑区H4K5ac和H4K8ac的表达水平变化情况。结果 (1)4-PBA可明显抑制吗啡诱导CPP的形成;10 mg/kg的吗啡反复给药使小鼠NAc脑区中H4K5ac、H4K8ac表达下降。(2)4-PBA对吗啡诱导小鼠CPP的表达无明显影响;10 mg/kg吗啡使小鼠NAc脑区中H4K5ac、H4K8ac表达下降。(3)4-PBA显著促进了吗啡诱导小鼠CPP的消退;CPP消退使小鼠PFC脑区中H4K5ac、H4K8ac表达下降。(4)4-PBA对吗啡诱导小鼠CPP复吸有潜在的抑制作用;吗啡诱导的CPP复吸使小鼠PFC脑区中H4K5ac、H4K8ac表达下降。结论 4-PBA可作为吗啡成瘾的潜在治疗药物;H4K5ac和H4K8ac参与了吗啡成瘾的调控。
