In this work, the capillary electrophoresis mobility shift assay （CEMSA） was first adopted to study the interaction of protein with quantum dots （QDs）. In this study, bovine serum albumin （BSA） and CdTe QDs were used as model samples. We observed that BSA was facilely adsorbed to CdTe QDs surface, and the QD-BSA complex was formed by a 1：1 stoichiometric ratio. A value of 2.17 4-0.27 × 10^6 mol^-1 L^-1 （at 25 ℃） for the association constant was obtained by CEMSA.

The amount of oxygen blown into the converter is one of the key parameters for the control of the converter blowing process,which directly affects the tap-to-tap time of converter. In this study, a hybrid model based on oxygen balance mechanism (OBM) and deep neural network (DNN) was established for predicting oxygen blowing time in converter. A three-step method was utilized in the hybrid model. First, the oxygen consumption volume was predicted by the OBM model and DNN model, respectively. Second, a more accurate oxygen consumption volume was obtained by integrating the OBM model and DNN model. Finally, the converter oxygen blowing time was calculated according to the oxygen consumption volume and the oxygen supply intensity of each heat. The proposed hybrid model was verified using the actual data collected from an integrated steel plant in China, and compared with multiple linear regression model, OBM model, and neural network model including extreme learning machine, back propagation neural network, and DNN. The test results indicate that the hybrid model with a network structure of 3 hidden layer layers, 32-16-8 neurons per hidden layer, and 0.1 learning rate has the best prediction accuracy and stronger generalization ability compared with other models. The predicted hit ratio of oxygen consumption volume within the error±300 m^(3)is 96.67%;determination coefficient (R^(2)) and root mean square error (RMSE) are0.6984 and 150.03 m^(3), respectively. The oxygen blow time prediction hit ratio within the error±0.6 min is 89.50%;R2and RMSE are0.9486 and 0.3592 min, respectively. As a result, the proposed model can effectively predict the oxygen consumption volume and oxygen blowing time in the converter.

Nowadays, astronomy has entered the era of Time-Domain Astronomy, and the study of the time-varying light curves of various types of objects is of great significance in revealing the physical properties and evolutionary history of celestial bodies. The Ground-based Wide Angle Cameras telescope, on which this paper is based, has observed more than 10 million light curves, and the detection of anomalies in the light curves can be used to rapidly detect transient rare phenomena such as microgravity lensing events from the massive data. However, the traditional statistically based anomaly detection methods cannot realize the fast processing of massive data. In this paper, we propose a Discrete Wavelet(DW)-Gate Recurrent Unit-Attention(GRU-Attention) light curve warning model. Wavelet transform has good effect on data noise reduction processing and feature extraction, which can provide richer and more stable input features for a neural network, and the neural network can provide more flexible and powerful output model for wavelet transform. Comparison experiments show an average improvement of 61% compared to the previous pure long-short-term memory unit(LSTM) model, and an average improvement of 53.5% compared to the previous GRU model. The efficiency and accuracy of anomaly detection in previous paper work are not good enough, the method proposed in this paper possesses higher efficiency and accuracy,which incorporates the Attention mechanism to find out the key parts of the light curve that determine the anomalies. These parts are assigned higher weights, and in the actual anomaly detection, the star is detected with83.35% anomalies on average, and the DW-GRU-Attention model is compared with the DW-LSTM model, and the detection result f1 is improved by 5.75% on average, while having less training time, thus providing valuable information and guidance for astronomical observation and research.

A Set of SCAR Markers Efficiently Differentiating Hybrid Rice

Molecular markers have been widely used in crop genetic improvement, seed test and genetic mapping. Of which, sequence characterized amplified region （SCAR） markers are particularly popular for its diversity, stable reproducibility, and suitability for analyzing large number of samples. In this study, 500 random amplified polymorphic DNA （RAPD） primers were tested, and a set of SCAR markers comprising 37 pairs of loci-specific primers were developed from the DNA fragments ranging from 300 to 1000 bp which correspond to the stable, distinctive RAPD banding patterns. Using these SCAR markers, 59 hybrid rice combinations were assessed and distinguished into 58 subgroups at the similarity coefficient of 0.97 in a genetic clustering tree based on the allele diversities of the SCAR markers. Furthermore, 13 hybrid rice combinations were reassayed with 40 randomly selected simple sequence repeat （SSR） markers to evaluate the effectiveness of these SCAR markers. SSR markers produced similar results to SCAR markers as the 13 hybrid rice combinations were completely separated at the similarity coefficient of 0.91 in the clustering tree established from SSR patterns. Taken together, SCAR markers prove to be effective tools for identifying and differentiating hybrid rice combinations.

An effort to obtain superior impact properties for Al-7Si-0.35 Mg alloy is presented,where modification with 0.02 wt% Sr and 0.1 wt% La as well as solution treatment was jointly *** samples were solution treated at 535℃ for 15 min to 12 *** microstructure,fracture mechanism,and their correlation with the impact properties of the alloy were studied in detail mainly through optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and oscillography impact *** results show that the addition of Sr and La refined the eutectic Si particles significantly from~ 2.05 μm(modified with Sr alone) to~ 0.75 μm in as-cast microstructure,leading to a very homogeneous distribution of spheroidized Si particles in the alloy solution treated at 535℃ for 8 *** alloy exhibits excellent impact toughness up to 75 J·cm^(-2),which is much higher than the maximum impact toughness of the alloys modified by Sr alone(~ 46 J·cm^(-2)).The major reason for this remarkable increase in the impact property is the dramatic increase in crack initiation *** dispersoid-free zones(DFZs)near the eutectic regions mainly consist of the ductile Al-matrix,which exhibits excellent *** ductile Al-matrix of the DFZs hinders the crack propagation,resulting in a significant increase in crack propagation energy.

Recently,poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolytes have been attracting great attention,and efforts are currently underway to develop PEO-based composite electrolytes for next generation high performance all-solid-state lithium metal *** this article,a novel sandwich structured solid-state PEO composite electrolyte is developed for high performance all-solid-state lithium metal *** PEO-based composite electrolyte is fabricated by hot-pressing PEO,liTFSI and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene nanosheets into glass fiber cloth(GFC).The as-prepared GFC@PEO-MXene electrolyte shows high mechanical properties,good electrochemical stability,and high lithium-ion migration number,which indicates an obvious synergistic effect from the microscale GFC and the nanoscale *** as,the GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte shows a high tensile strength of 43.43 MPa and an impressive Young's modulus of 496 MPa,which are increased by 1205%and 6048%over those of ***,the ionic conductivity of GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene at 60℃ reaches 5.01×10^(-2) S m^(-1),which is increased by around 200%compared with that of GFC@PEO *** addition,the li/li symmetric battery based on GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte shows an excellent cycling stability over 800 h(0.3 mA cm^(-2),0.3 mAh cm^(-2)),which is obviously longer than that based on PEO and GFC@PEO electrolytes due to the better compatibility of GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte with li ***,the solid-state li/liFePO_(4) battery with GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene as electrolyte demonstrates a high capacity of 110.2–166.1 mAh g^(-1) in a wide temperature range of 25–60C,and an excellent capacity retention *** developed sandwich structured GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte with the excellent overall performance is promising for next generation high performance all-solid-state lithium metal batteries.

Understanding the nature of quantum chromodynamics(QCD)matter is important but challenging due to the presence of nonperturbative dynamics under extreme *** construct a holographic model describing the gluon sector of QCD at finite temperatures in the non-perturbative *** equation of state as a function of temperature is in good accordance with the lattice QCD ***,the Polyakov loop and the gluon condensation,which are proper order parameters to capture the deconfinement phase transition,also agree quantitatively well with the lattice QCD *** obtain a strong first-order confinement/deconfinement phase transition at Tc=276.5 Me V that is consistent with the lattice QCD *** on our model for a pure gluon hidden sector,we compute the stochastic gravitational waves and primordial black hole(PBH)productions from this confinement/deconfinement phase transition in the early *** resulting stochastic gravitational-wave backgrounds are found to be within detectability in the International Pulsar Timing Array and Square Kilometre Array in the near future when the associated productions of PBHs saturate the current observational bounds on the PBH abundances from the liGO-Virgo-Collaboration O3 data.
