Drought decreases the positive impact of warming on an al.ine grassl.nd community

Temperature and precipitation are the main factors determining pl.nt community succession and aboveground net primary productivity (ANPP) in natural.grassl.nds. However, most cl.mate manipul.tive experiments have mainl. focused on their impacts in isol.tion, especial.y in al.ine regions. Here we expl.red the rel.tive effects and interaction of warming and precipitation al.eration on succession and ANPP using a 7-year experiment invol.ing warming with precipitation al.eration(increase (IP) or decrease (DP) in precipitation rel.tive to ambient precipitation (ap)) on the Tibetan Pl.teau. our resul.s showed that warming and warm-wet conditions increased species richness, diversity index, height and cover of overal. ***, decreasing precipitation reduced them, but increased S. purpurea and the rate of change in community composition. Importantl., warming mitigated the impacts of decreased precipitation on pl.nt community composition, and the interactive effects of warming and al.ered precipitation on cover, height and pl.nt ANPP varied with year and pl.nt ***, warming increased community ANPP through increases in forb ANPP or non-dominant species ANPP and biodiversity regardl.ss of change in precipitation. However, decreased precipitation reduced community ANPP via decreases in the ANPP of sedges and forbs and biodiversity. This review updates the present status of the fiel. of mol.cul.r markers and marker-assisted sel.ction(MAS),using the exampl. of drought tol.rance in *** accuracy of sel.cted quantitative trait l.ci(QTl.),candidate genes and suggested markers was assessed in the barl.y genome *** common strategies are described for mol.cul.r marker devel.pment,candidate gene identification and verification,and their possibl. appl.cations in MAS to improve the grain yiel. and yiel. components in barl.y under drought *** strategies are based on the fol.owing five principl.s:(1)Mol.cul.r markers are designated as genomic‘tags’,and their‘prediction’is strongl. dependent on their distance from a candidate gene on genetic or physical.maps;(2)pl.nts react differentl. under favourabl. and stressful.conditions or depending on their stage of devel.pment;(3)each candidate gene must be verified by confirming its expression in the rel.vant conditions,e.g.,drought;(4)the mol.cul.r marker identified must be val.dated for MAS for tol.rance to drought stress and improved grain yiel.;and(5)the smal. number of mol.cul.r markers real.zed for MAS in breeding,from among the many studies targeting candidate genes,can be expl.ined by the compl.x nature of drought stress,and mul.ipl. stress-responsive genes in each barl.y genotype that are expressed differential.y depending on many other factors.

U型网络结构的脑肿瘤自动分割方法由于多次卷积和采样操作会造成信息损失,导致分割效果不佳。为解决这一问题,提出了能够利用语义信息流引导上采样特征恢复的特征对齐单元,并在此基础上设计轻量级的双重注意力特征对齐网络(DAFANet)。首先,将特征对齐单元分别引入3D UNet、DMFNet和HDCNet三个经典网络,以验证其有效性和泛化性。其次,在DMFNet基础上构造轻量级的双重注意力特征对齐网络DAFANet,利用特征对齐单元强化上采样过程中的特征恢复,3D期望最大化注意力机制同时作用于特征对齐路径和级联路径,用于重点获取上下文的全程依赖关系。同时使用广义Dice损失函数提升数据不平衡时的分割精度并加快模型收敛。最后,在BraTS2018和BraTS2019公开数据集进行验证,文中所提算法在ET,WT和TC区域的分割精度分别达到80.44%,90.07%,84.57%和78.11%,90.10%,82.21%。相较于当前流行的分割网络,具有对增强肿瘤区域更好的分割效果,更擅长处理细节和边缘信息。

为拓展核电厂的选址范围,有必要对非基岩场地桩基情形的核电结构进行地震安全性评估。在目前的桩-土-结构相互作用分析方法中,Winkl.r地基梁模型以及p-y法都将桩-土-结构相互作用问题进行了简化,难以反映复杂地基情形。整体有限元法可考虑复杂地基情形,但计算量较大,效率较低。本文基于高效的三维时域土-结构相互作用分区分析(Partitioned Anal.sis of Soil.Structure Interaction,PASSI)方法,实现桩基与土体分别采用不同时间步距的计算方法,避免土体采用桩基相对较小的时间步距而增加不必要的计算量。本文以ap1000核岛结构作为研究对象,建立了桩-土-核电结构相互作用的三维有限元模型并对其进行分析。通过输入脉冲波验证了该异步算法的有效性,并结合运动相互作用和惯性相互作用,分析了桩身最大剪力和最大弯矩的特点。分析了桩-土-核电结构在地震波输入下的响应。由于桩的自由度数相对于土体的自由度数可以忽略不计,采用桩-土异步算法时,桩附加的计算量可以忽略,这种高效方法有望用于大型核电结构的桩-土-结构动力相互作用分析中。

rong>Introduction:rong> Zébé Psychiatric Hospital.is the onl. psychiatric hospital.abl. to receive forensic mental.y il. patients in Togo. The aim of this study was to describe the socio-demographic, cl.nical.and forensic aspects of forensic mental.y il. patients. rong>Method:rong> This was a descriptive cross-sectional.study conducted from August 16th to September 16th, 2021 among forensic patients admitted to the Zébé Psychiatric Hospital. rong>resul.s:rong> During the study period, we recorded 28 forensic mental.y il. patients. Fifty-seven point one percent (57.1%) of the forensic patients came from rural.areas. The mean age of these patients was 37.3 years, and ranged from 13 to 82 years. Mal.s predominated in 96.4% of cases. Primary education represented 39.3% of cases. Singl. peopl. predominated in 92.9% of cases. They were unempl.yed in 64.3% of cases. Forty-six point four percent (46.4%) of these patients were using at l.ast one psychoactive substance. Forensic offenses were dominated by murder in 53.6% of cases. The victim was a famil. member in 53.6% of cases and mal. in 60.7% of cases. They had schizophrenia spectrum disorders in 78.6% of the cases. Forty-six point four percent (46.4%) of these patients were not responsibl. for their offences and 82.1% were abandoned by their famil.es. rong>Concl.sion:rong> The information gathered in this study wil. hel. to better organize strategies for mental.heal.h promotion and prevention of mental.il.ness and crime in the general.popul.tion.
