Tr.atment of 3 with hydr.xyl.mine pr.duced the bisoxime 5 which upon dehydr.tive cycl.zation with acetic anhydr.de gave the cor.sponding tetr.hydr.benzo[d][1,2,3]tr.azol. der.vative 7. Osteomyel.tis is a devastating disease caused by micr.bial.infection of bone. Staphyl.coccus aur.us is r.sponsibl. for.the major.ty of chr.nic osteomyel.tis cases and is often consider.d to be incur.bl. due to bacter.al.per.istence deep within bone. Unfor.unatel., ther. is no consensus on cl.nical.cl.ssifications of osteomyel.tis and the ensuing tr.atment al.or.thm. Given the high patient mor.idity,mor.al.ty, and economic bur.en caused by osteomyel.tis, it is impor.ant to el.cidate mechanisms of bone infection to infor. novel.str.tegies for.pr.vention and cur.tive tr.atment. r.cent discover.es in this fiel. have identified thr.e distinct r.ser.oir. of bacter.al.biofil. incl.ding: Staphyl.coccal.abscess communities in the l.cal.soft tissue and bone mar.ow, gl.cocal.x for.ation on impl.nt har.war. and necr.tic tissue, and col.nization of the osteocyte-l.cuno canal.cul.r.networ.(Ol.N) of cor.ical.bone. In contr.st, *** intr.cel.ul.r.per.istence in bone cel.s has not been substantiated in vivo, which chal.enges this mode of chr.nic osteomyel.tis. Al.hough the FCC pr.cess has been used for.mor. than hal.a centur., new and impor.ant devel.pments continue to be made in sever.l.ar.as. Some of these new devel.pments ar. a dir.ct r.sponse to envir.nmental.r.gul.tion. Sul.ur.oxides （SOx-SO2＋SO3） emitted fr.m fl.id catal.tic cr.cking units （FCCU） ar. one of the most hazar.ous atmospher.c pol.utants, which may cause ser.ous envir.nmental.pr.bl.ms such as the for.ation of acid r.in and the destr.ction of the ozone l.yer. Thus, gr.at attention has been focused on the SOx r.moval.fr.m FCC in l.st few year.. The pr.sent paper. wil. focus on the spinel.mater.al.studies incl.de thr.e sampl.s they wer. pr.par.d by acidic method, sol.d sol.tion MgAl.O4, sol.d sol.tion with cer.um10%Ce/MgAl.O4, ir.n mixed spinel.with cer.um 10%Ce/*** and two sampl.s sol.d sol.tion with cer.um intr.duce by vanadium as second co-catal.st pr.par.d by basic method, 1% V/10%Ce/*** wer. tested in TGA for.oxidation hal. cycl. to study some par.meter. effect on per.or.ance of SOx additives in TGA under.condition simil.r.to those of FCC units. Ther.ogr.vimetr. anal.sis exper.ments have been used to demonstr.te the pick-up and r.l.ase of sul.ur.oxides in the devel.pment of additives for.SOx contr.l.in the FCCU.
