在教育改革背景下,对考试测评与语言能力标准的对接需求显著增加,这不仅体现在对学生语言能力进步的监测上,也体现在标准化考试的使用过程中。将考试的内容和分数与语言能力标准中的不同等级进行对接,可以增强考试分数在不同教育背景下的可解释性。通过对语言测评与CEFR对接研究的分析,讨论考试测评与语言能力框架对接中的一些重要问题,并对《中国英语能力等级量表》与考试的对接提出建议。

The congenital dyserythropoietic anemias comprise a group of rare hereditary disorders of erythropoiesis, characterized by ineffective erythropoiesis as the predominant mechanism of anemia and by characteristic morphological aberrations of the majority of erythroblasts in the bone marrow. Congenital dyserythropoietic anemia type II is the most frequent type. All types of congenital dyserythropoietic anemias distinctly share a high incidence of iron loading. Iron accumulation occurs even in untransfused patients and can result in heart failure and liver cirrhosis. We have reported about a patient who presented with liver cirrhosis and intractable ascites caused by congenital dyserythropoietic anemia type II. Her clinical course was further complicated by the development of autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Splenectomy was eventually performed which achieved complete resolution of ascites, increase of hemoglobin concentration and abrogation of transfusion requirements.

Sickle-cell intrahepatic cholestasis (SCIC) is an uncommon complication of sickle-cell disease (SCD), which can be life-threating if left untreated. We present the case of a 28-year-old man with SCD, who presented with jaundice and abdominal pain, one month after hydroxyurea discontinuation. Laboratory investigation revealed solely increased serum bilirubin, mainly conjugated, and imaging studies revealed choledocholithiasis. The patient unterwent an endoscopic sphincterectomy, but his jaundice deteriorated. Sickle-cell intrahepatic cholestasis was suspected and he received aggressive exchange transfusion therapy in combination with hydroxyurea. The jaundice had no signs of improvement;in fact total bilirubin raised up to 1053.7 μmol/L (61.62 mg/dl). Subsequently, the patient was treated with single-pass albumin dialysis (SPAD), in order to remove the excess bilirubin and protect mainly the brain and liver cells from its toxic effects. His laboratory values started to improve after one-and-a-half months of treatment. For the next two months, exchange transfusions were continued and bilirubin gradually returned to baseline values. The successful response appeared after the combined use of exchange transfusion and SPAD, which is being reported for the first time.

目的:观察白内障手术植入硅凝胶襻板式人工晶状体的稳定性,分析其偏心和后脱位的相关原因。方法-结果:我们报道了3例顺利行白内障超声乳化并硅凝胶襻板式人工晶状体植入手术的患者,在术后发生人工晶状体后脱位。1例出现在因高度前囊收缩行扇形晶状体前囊切开术后4a,另2例分别出现在晶状体后囊切开术后早期和术后3mo。3者均在顺利行晶状体后囊切开术后发生脱离。患者均无外伤病史或其他促发事件。结论:硅凝胶襻板式人工晶状体似乎由于较差的囊粘附性易于脱位,因为它们仅是通过襻的纤维变性融合而固定。如果前囊或后囊破裂,囊收缩产生的力量可以导致放射状撕裂的扩展,进而引起植入晶状体的后脱位。尽管其他类型人工晶状体在这方面优于硅凝胶襻板式人工晶状体,但是已植入此种人工晶状体,在进行YAG激光晶状体囊切开术时,告知他们潜在人工晶状体后脱位风险是术后早期或晚期并发症是非常重要的。

Three sunflower oil/diesel blends and pure sunflower oil were tested in a CI engine using the manufacturer’s settings,two altered injection timings（IT±2o CA） and injector protrusions（IP±0.5mm）.36 Fuel-IT-IP configurations were completed,plus the reference run with diesel.A life cycle analysis（LCA） was conducted and fossil CO2 was *** configurations were compared using analytical hierarchy process（AHP） that was applied for three cases:*** on engine performance,*** driven and *** situation between the first *** case was overviewed using two perspectives:either with CO2 values measured in the tests or the CO2 calculated by the LCA;it was shown that all cases,in both perspectives,gave similar results in the Fuel-IT-IP configurations ranking with minor ***,the results were significantly different when comparing the two *** LCA CO2 values favoured high oil content fuels ranking them in the first *** was graded very *** IT was positive translated in covering most of first *** did not give a clear influence trend on final ranking,as IT was dominant in engine performance and *** fuels had disadvantages（*** BSFC,high NOx values）,but they were overcome by the advantages（*** torque,lower CO2） to receive higher ranking position.

Objective(s): The aim of this study is to explore if there is a correlation between the typical voice classification and the morphometric characteristics of the vocal folds, using video laryngeal stroboscopy, on professional singers in Greece. Methods: 70 professional singers, 50% men (35 men) and 50% women (35 women), were recruited for this study. A stroboscopic evaluation was prepared for every participant. Additionally, the voice classification and features of individuals were correlated statistically. Results: Statistically significant difference were observed between the voice categories and the size of stomatopharynx, the shape of the hard palate, the length of the vocal folds, the width and thickness of the vocal folds, as well as the tone of speech, in male singers. Statistically significant differences were also observed between the voice categories and all the variables except the shape of epiglottis, the color of speech and the shape of the vocal folds, in female singers. Conclusions: There is correlation between the morphometric characteristics of the vocal folds and the voice categories.

AIM:To detect human papillomavirus(HPV)in theesophageal mucosa and the possible relationship with esophageal cancer in ***:Forty-nine patients underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy(EGD)and esophageal biopsy at a university hospital that acts as a referral center for Northern *** of these patients(14 male and 5 female)had esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and 30(15 male and 15 female)did not have any reported esophageal *** assessment was followed by polymerase chain reaction analysis of all the *** demographic data(age,sex,and place of birth)and information regarding smoking habits,alcohol consumption or sexual habits were collected.A method of statistical interference,verification of hypotheses based on homogeneity and independentχ2 test,was ***:From the 49 patients that underwent EGD and biopsy,19 had ESCC and 30 had normal esophageal mucosa,with a mean age of 65.2 *** the prevalence of oncogenic risk factors for esophageal carcinoma,an interesting conclusion was that 78%of the patients used tobacco and almost one-third had multiple sexual partners,whereas only 20%of the patients consumed alcohol,which was not statistically significant,when compared to the control *** the ESCC group,the only two positive samples were among the male patients(2/14 male patients with ESCC,14.5%).No HPV was identified in the control *** predominant HPV types identified were 11 and 31,which have a low malignancy *** presence of HPV DNA in the ESCC group was not statistically significant,95%confidence interval(χ2=3.292,P=0.07).CONCLUSION:This is the first relevant study in Greece,and despite the lack of statistical significance,the issue of HPV infection and ESCC does merit further investigation.

Due to their non-stationarity, ERP signals are difficult to study. The concept of cointegration might overcome this problem and allow for the study of the co-variability between whole ERP signals. In this context cointegration factor is defined as the ability of an ERP signal to co-vary with other ERP signals. The aim of the present study was to investigate whether the cointegration factor is dependent on different EMF conditions and gender, as well as the locations of the electrodes on the scalp. The findings revealed that women have a significantly higher cointegration factor than men, while all subjects have increased cointegration factors in the presence of EMF. The cointegration factor is location dependent, creating a distinct cluster of high coin- tegration capacity at the central and lateral electrodes of the scalp, in contrast to clusters of low cointegration capacity at the anterior and posterior electrodes There seem to be distinct similarities of the present findings with those from standard methodologies of the ERPs. In conclusion cointegration is a promising tool towards the study of functional interactions between different brain locations.
