The conversion of solar radiation to thermal energy has recently much interest as the requirement for renewable heat and power *** to their enhanced ability to promote heat transmission,nanofluids can significantly improve solar-thermal systems’*** section aims to study the heat transfer behavior of the sutterby hybrid nanofluid flow of magnetohydrodynamics in the presence of a non-uniform heat source/sink and linear thermal radiation over a non-Darcy curved permeable surface.A novel implementation of an intelligent numerical computing solver based on multi-layer perceptron(MLP)feed-forward back-propagation artificial neural network(ANN)with the Levenberg-Marquard algorithm is provided in the current *** were gathered for the ANN model’s testing,certification,and *** mathematical equations are nonlinear,which are resolved for velocity,the temperature in addition to the skin friction coefficient,and the rate of heat transfer by using the bvp4c with MATLAB *** ANN model selects data,constructs and trains a network,then evaluates its efficacy via mean square *** illustrate the impact of a wide range of physical factors on variables,including pressure,velocity,and *** the entire study,the thermal energy improved by the siO2(silicon dioxide)-Au(gold)hybrid nanofluid than the siO2-TiO2(titanium dioxide)hybrid *** higher internal heat generation/absorption parameter values increase the temperature.

Deep reinforcement learning for shared control of mobile robots

Increased Elongation at Breaking Point with Improved Mechanical Characteristics in PLA

The main goal of this research was to increase the strength of Polylactic acid (PLA), an entirely biodegradable thermoplastic polyester, and an increase in elongation at the breaking point compared to neat PLA. To this end, s1, s2, and s3 were melt blended with various percentages of Zeolite, Glycerol, White vinegar, green camphor, Eucalyptus, and Carom seed oils. Here, the addition of glycerol, eucalyptus, and carom seed oils demonstrated an average improvement in impact and tensile strength of 13.44% and 14.55% respectively. Zeolite and glycerol work together as binding agents to improve stress transfer in the matrix, which increases tensile and flexural modulus as well as toughness elongation (>10%). The addition of the aforementioned materials led to an increase in the glass transition temperature and melting temperature, according to further DsC investigation. The thermal stability increased gradually, according to TGA data.

AIM:To evaluate the antifertility activity of Artemisia vulgaris leaves on female Wistar ***:The plant extract was tested for its effect on implant formation at two dose levels,300 and 600 mg·kg-1,*** effective methanolic plant extract was further studied for estrogenic potency on ovariectomised immature female Wistar ***:The data presented in this study demonstrate the antifertility potential of Artemisia vulgaris methanolic leaf extract,which shows a strong and significant decrease in implant formation(100%),and a strong estrogenic effect resulting in a significant increase in uterine weight in immature ovariectomised *** observations suggest that the methanolic extract of Artemisia vulgaris leaves has strong anti-implantation activity and estrogenic ***:The methanolic plant extract of *** has antifertility activity.

The present research work concerns about the hydrodynamic behaviors of the open net offshore fish cages of single,double and 4-cage systems subjected to regular sinusoidal *** open net semisubmersible rigid cage is square in shape and analyzed numerically using ANsYs AQWA *** and time domain analyses are carried out for each *** hydrodynamic parameters such as added mass,radiation potential damping,motion responses and mooring line tensions are considered as performance indicators to conclude as the best arrangements among three different *** single cage and windward side of all cages exhibit identical performance in all hydrodynamic *** leeward side of each cage shows lesser parametric values than the windward side *** on the performance indicators,it is concluded that the grid system containing four cage arrangements provides better performance than three other cage *** experimental model of 1∶75 scale is fabricated and wave flume studies are conducted to validate the present numerical *** cage is placed at a water depth of 55 cm and subjected to wave heights of 12 cm and 14 cm with wave periods ranging from 0.8 s to 2.2 s with an interval of 0.2 s are *** same wave flume boundary conditions are adopted for numerical simulations and results are in good agreement with experimental work results.

Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymeric (GFRP)span> Composites are most commonly used as bumpers for vehicles, electrical equipment panels, and medical devices enclosures. These materials are also widely used for structural applications in aerospace, automotive, and in providing alternatives to traditional metallic materials. The paper fabricated epoxy and polyester resin composites by using silicon carbide in various proportions along with GFRP. The hand lay-up technique was used to fabricate the laminates. To determine the properties of fabricated composites, the tensile, impact, and flexural tests were conducted. This method of fabrication was very simple and cost-effective. Their mechanical properties like yield strength, yield strain, Young’s modulus, flexural modulus, and impact energy span>were investigated. The mechanical properties of the GFRP composites were also compared with the fiber volume fraction. The fiber volume fraction plays a major role in the mechanical properties of GFRP composites. Young’s modulus and tensile strength of fabricated composites were modelled and compared with measured values. The results show that composites with epoxy resin demonstrate higher strength and modulus compared tospan style="font-family:Verdana;"> composites with polyester resin.

Detection of oxidative stress and DNA damage in freshwater snail Lymnea leuteola exposed to profenofos

Extensive production and use of organophosphate pesticide in agriculture,has risen concerned about its ecotoxicity and risk assessment of insecticides,which are more ***,the present investigation was aimed to study the induction of oxidative stress and DNA damage by organophosphate insecticide profenofos(PFF)in freshwater snail Lymnea luteola(***).The median lethal value(96 h LC50)of PFF was estimated as 1.26 mg/L for *** in a semi-static system and on the basis of LC50 value three concentrations viz.,0.126(1/10 of LC50,sublethal I),0.63(1/2 of LC50,sublethal II)and 0.84 mg/L(2/3 of LC50,sublethal III)were *** were exposed to above-mentioned concentrations of PFF along with solvent control(acetone)and negative control for 96 *** haemolymph was collected at 24 and 96 h of after *** heamolymph of PFF exposed snail,lipid peroxide,glutathione reduced glutathione s transferase and superoxide dismutase activities at the tested concentrations significantly differ from those in the *** genotoxicity induced in hemocytes of treated snails was measured by alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis *** data of this experiment demonstrated significantly enhancement of oxidative stress and DNA damage in the treated snails as compared to ***,we observed statistically significant correlations of ROs with DNA damage(%tail DNA)(R^(2)=0.9708)for 24 h and DNA damage(R^(2)=0.9665)for 96 *** of the current experiment can be useful in risk evaluation of PFF among aquatic *** study confirmed the use of comet assay for in vivo laboratory experiments using freshwater snail for selecting the toxic potential of industrial chemicals and environmental contaminants.

Rationale:The impact of COVID-19 in patients with autoimmune liver disease treated with immunosuppressive therapy has not been described so *** case report describes the clinical course of a patient with autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)who developed COVID-19 and the features of cytokine syndrome leading to its deterioration in our intensive care ***’s Concern:A 28-year-old male presented with generalized anasarca for two weeks and chronic liver disease for 8 ***:AIH and Covid-19 with features of cytokine storm ***:Intravenous furosemide,mannitol,syrup lactulose,steroids(prednisolone 40 mg),azathioprine 1 mg/kg body weight,rifaximin,vitamin K,and blood ***:The patient had hepatic encephalopathy and AIH and died on the 10th day after admission despite ventilatory support,sustained low-efficiency hemodialysis,and ***:The dramatic release of cytokines and the inflammatory‐immune responses not only alter the pathophysiology but also affects the onset and severity of disease progression in patients with AIH.

Isolation and identification of a bacteria strain Enterobacter cloacae I7 for degradation of hydrolyzed polyacrylamide

A bacteria strain for the degradation of hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) was isolated from a curing pot in HPAM distribution station of Daqing Oilfield using Hungate anaerobic *** isolate was investigated from morphological,physiological,biochemical and molecular *** is a Gram-negative,short-bacillus,non-spore-forming anaerobic bacteria with an optimum growth at 8.0 pH at 40℃.It can reduce sulfate to *** of 16s ribosomal DNA and 16s-23s ribosomal DNA intergenic spacer sequences suggests that this isolate is closely related to the Enterobacter *** isolate is identified as a new strain belonging to Enterobacter genus,temporarily named as Enterobacter cloacae *** results of infrared spectroscopy (IR) show that the bacteria can use HPAM as the only carbon source,change the structure of HPAM polymer surface,and realize the hydrolysis of amide to carboxyl group by hydrolysis *** can degrade the side chain and change some functional groups,which obviously decreases the ***-Ms analysis indicates that the determined low-molecular weight degradation products of HPAM are polyacrylamide fragments with duplet bond,epoxy as well as carbonyl group,but most of them are acrylamide oligomer derivatives.
