淀粉脂质复合体的构建及其Pickering乳液性能表征

采用干法制备月桂酸、单月桂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯的淀粉脂质复合体,并通过复合率、溶解率、膨胀力、碘吸收曲线、红外光谱、拉曼光谱、乳化性等对淀粉脂质复合体的性能进行表征。结果表明:4种淀粉脂质复合体的复合率随着脂肪酸碳链的增长而增大;溶解率和膨胀力总体上随着温度的升高逐渐变大,但随着碳原子数的增加而减小。碘吸收特性、红外光谱和拉曼光谱结果表明,随着碳原子数的增多,V型结晶淀粉与脂肪酸复合的效果越好。此外,利用质量浓度为8 g/L的淀粉脂质复合体制备的乳液具有较稳定的乳化状态。试验表明,淀粉脂质复合体在Pickering乳液中具有较大的应用潜力。

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate （KDP） is an important electro-optic crystal, often used for frequency conversion and Pockels cells in large aperture laser systems. To investigate the influence of anisotropy to the depth of subsurface damage and the profiles of cracks in subsurface of KDP crystal, an experimental study was made to obtain the form of subsurface damage produced by scratches on KDP crystal in [100], [120] and [110] crystal directions on （001） crystal plane. The results indicated that there were great differences between depth and crack shape in different directions. For many slip planes in KDP, the plastic deformation and cracks generated under pressure in the subsurface were complex. Fluctuations of subsurface damage depth at transition point were attributed to the deformation of the surface which consumed more energy when the surface deformation changed from the mixed region of brittle and plastic to the complete brittle region along the scratch. Also, the process of subsurface damage from shallow to deep, from dislocation to big crack in KDP crystal with the increase of radial force and etch pit on different crystal plane were obtained. Because crystallographic orientation and processing orientation was different, etching pits on （100） crystal plane were quadrilateral while on （110） plane and （120） plane were trapezoidal and triangular, respectively.

Two kinds of ultra-high strength cold rolled dual phase steels have been developed by designing C-Si-Mn-Cr and C-Si-Mn-Cr-Mo alloy systems. Tensile strength and elongation of both steels exceed 1100 MPa and 10%,respectively. The microstructures of both steels consist of massive martensite and ferrite. And the massive martensite of Mo-free steel disperses in the ferrite with volume fraction of 64%. However,the massive martensite of Mo-containing steel is connected or closed by small martensite islands each other,and martensite volume fraction is 69%. As to Mo-free steel,the yield strength,yield ratio,and work hardening exponent n are 548 MPa,0.49,and 0.26,respectively. As for Mo-containing one,the yield strength,yield ratio,and n value are 746 MPa,0.66,and 0.33,respectively. Besides,the ferrite of Mo-free steel is deformed at the initial stage of plastic deformation. However,for Mo-containing one,Mo solution strengthened ferrite and small overaged martensite islands are deformed preferentially at small strain,which causes the yield strength to reach approximately 200 MPa higher than that of Mo-free steel.

The nonproportional multiaxial ratchetting of cast AZ91 magnesium (Mg) alloy was examined by performing a sequence of axial-torsional cyclic tests controlled by stress with various loading paths at room temperature (RT).The evolutionary characteristics and path dependence of multiaxial ratchetting were *** illustrate that the cast AZ91 Mg alloy exhibits considerable nonproportional additional softening during cyclic loading with multiple nonproportional multiaxial loading paths;multiaxial ratchetting presents strong path dependence,and axial ratchetting strains are larger under nonproportional loading paths than under uniaxial and proportional45°linear loading paths;multiaxial ratchetting becomes increasingly pronounced as the applied stress amplitude and axial mean stress ***,stress-strain curves show a convex and symmetrical shape in axial/torsional *** ratchetting exhibits quasi-shakedown after certain loading *** abundant experimental data obtained in this work can be used to develop a cyclic plasticity model of cast Mg alloys.

Sperm respond to multiple chemical factors derived from the eggs and reorient their migratory direction–a process called *** chemotaxis of sperm in marine invertebrates has been established well.A couple of ion channels and enzymes are involved in the signal transduction pathway of sperm *** contrast,the mechanism of sperm chemotaxis in mammals is still *** much less is known about the chemotaxis of mammalian sperm,the feature of chemotaxis has been utilized to recruit sperm at the optimum functional state,which may improve the efficiency of assisted reproductive *** this review,we summarize potent chemoattractants and molecular regulatory mechanism in marine invertebrates and mammals and discuss the application of chemotaxis in clinical treatment.

CdZnTe wafers were machined by lapping and mechanical polishing processes,and their surface and subsurface damages were *** surface damages are mainly induced by three-body abrasive wear and embedded abrasive wear during lapping process.A new damage type,which is induced by the indentation of embedded abrasives,is found in the *** a floss pad is used to replace the lapping plate during machining,the surface damage is mainly induced by two-body abrasive and three-body abrasive wear,and the effect of embedded abrasives on the surface is greatly ***,this new damage type nearly disappears on the subsurface.

The construction of lateral p-n junctions is very important and challenging in two-dimensional(2D)semiconductor manufacturing *** researches have demonstrated that vertical p-n junction can be prepared simply by vertical stacking of 2D ***,interface pollution and large area scalability are challenges that are difficult to overcome with vertical stacking *** 2D lateral p-n homojunction is an effective strategy to address these *** selective p-type doping of 2D semiconductors is expected to construct lateral p-n *** this work,we have developed a low-energy ion implantation system that reduces the implanted energy to 300 ***-energy implantation can form a shallow implantation depth,which is more suitable for modulating the electrical and optical properties of 2D ***,we utilize low-energy ion implantation to directly dope nitrogen ions into few-layer WS_(2) and successfully realize a precise regulation for WS_(2) with its conductivity type transforming from n-type to bipolar or even p-type ***,the universality of this method is demonstrated by extending it to other 2D semiconductors,including WSe_(2),SnS_(2) and MoS_(2).Based on this method,a lateral WS_(2) p-n homojunction is fabricated,which exhibits significant rectification characteristics.A photodetector based on p-n junction with photovoltaic effect is also prepared,and the open circuit voltage can reach to 0.39 *** work provides an effective way for controllable doping of 2D semiconductors.
