NiA1 intermetallic compounds attract increas- ing attention for high-temperature applications due to their combination of excellent properties, especially as metallic protective coatings on superalloys or as bond coats in thermal barrier coatings （TBCs）. Oxidation behaviour of the β-NiA1Hf coatings prepared by electron beam physical vapour deposition （EB-PVD） was investigated at 1100 ℃ for short time and 100h in 20% 02＋Ar and 15 % H20 ＋ Ar, respectively. The results of mass changes re- veal that the addition of minor reactive element Hf sig- nificantly improves the cyclic oxidation resistance of the 13- NiA1 coatings in both dry and humid atmospheres. During the initial oxidation stage, water vapour retards the phase transformation from 0-A1203 to a-A1203. Moreover, com- pared with the case in dry atmosphere, water vapour sig- nificantly reduces the surface roughness of the oxide scales formed on EB-PVD β-NiA1Hf coatings after 100 h cyclic oxidation, which corresponds with the difference of surface morphologies of the oxide scales.

Sub-micron Co-Al_(2)O_(3)composite powders were synthesized by ultrasonic-assisted electroless plating process at room temperature with a one-step activating method *** effect of process parameters on plating rate,Co content,and the uniformity of cobalt layer was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that as the initial pH values of plating bath increase,the plating rate *** plating rate declines as the load increases when the load of powders is less than 12 g·L^(-1),but increases when the load is greater than 12 g·L^(-1).The relative Co content of the Co-Al_(2)O_(3) powder declines with the powder load increasing.

We investigate the role of β-catenin signaling in the response of macrophage to lipopolysaccharide(LPS)using RAW264.7 *** rapidly stimulated cytosolic β-catenin accumulation.β-catenin-mediated transcription was showed to be required for LPS induced gene expression and cell ***,ERK activation-primed GSK3β inactivation by Akt was demonstrated to mediate the LPS induced β-catenin ***,our findings suggest that suppression of GSK3β by ERK stimulatesβ-catenin signaling therefore contributes to LPS induced cell migration in macrophage activation.

Village groups are a common phenomenon in Huizhou Region,a historical region in eastern China where shared inter-village spaces play important roles in linking *** study analyzes the spatial layouts and characteristics of the inter-village space in the Hongguan village group in Wuyuan County,Jiangxi Province.A comprehensive literature review and the results of field research,qualitative analysis,and quantitative analysis prove that the regional spatial structure is maintained among inter-village space,landmarks,villagers,and villages within the village *** a summarized analysis of nine research slices,this study complements previous Huizhou Village *** provides valuable information for the preservation of traditional villages and reveals the hidden rules,potential order,and social meaning of inter-village spaces.

Plasma-activated electron beam-physical vapor deposition（EB-PVD）was used for depositing nitride multilayer coatings in this *** from the conventional coating methods,the multilayers were obtained by manipulating electron beam（EB）to jump between two different evaporation sources alternately with variable frequencies（jumping beam technology）.The plasma activation was generated by a hollow cathode plasma *** deposition process was demonstrated by means of tailoring TiN/TiAlN multilayers with different modulation periods（M1：26.5 nm,M2：80.0 nm,M3：6.0 nm,M4：4.0 nm）.The microstructure and hardness of the multilayer coatings were comparatively studied with TiN and TiAlN singlelayer *** columnar structure of the coatings（TiN,TiAlN,M1,M2）is replaced by a glassy-like microstructure when the modulation period decreases to less than 10 nm（M3,M4）.Simultaneously,superlattice growth *** the decrease of modulation period,both the hardness and the plastic deformation resistance（H^3/E^2,H-hardness and E-elastic modulus）increase.M4coating exhibits the maximum hardness of（49.6±2.7）GPa and the maximum plastic deformation resistance of^0.74 GPa.

目的了解冠心病患者心因性焦虑（heart-focused anxiety, HFA）现状，构建基于应激作用过程理论的结构方程模型，分析HFA的影响因素及各变量间的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法选取2023年12月—2024年6月于扬州大学附属医院心内科就诊的247例冠心病患者进行问卷调查。采用结构方程模型探讨冠心病患者HFA影响因素及路径分析。结果共纳入247例冠心病患者，其心脏焦虑问卷总分为（25.77±8.39）分，HFA检出率为33.2%(82例)。结构方程模型显示，积极应对、消极应对、社会支持、疾病感知对HFA产生直接影响，直接效应值分别为-0.226、0.275、-0.272、0.204（均P<0.01）。社会支持对HFA产生间接负向效应值为-0.187(95%CI:-0.302～-0.096)，占总效应的40.74%；疾病感知对HFA产生间接正向效应值为0.335(95%CI:0.242～0.385)，占总效应的62.27%。结论冠心病患者HFA症状较为常见，医护人员可通过引导患者建立正确的疾病认知、采取积极的应对方式、主动寻求社会支持等措施降低患者的HFA水平。

The last meal of sarcophagous maggots may be useful in identifying the species on whose flesh they have fed （the＂host＂species）. The DNA profile of the host species may indeed be detectable in the＂last meal＂. In this paper, mitochondrial DNA analysis of gut contents was used to identify the prior host of post-feeding larvae of Aldrichina grahami （Aldrich）（Diptera： Calliphoridae）. A modified logistic equation was fitted to estimate the probability of identifying the host under five different constant temperatures （16, 20, 24, 28 and 32 ℃）. Our results shows that the detected time ranged from a maximum of 24 h at 32℃ to 42 h at 16℃ and a minimum of 12 h at 32~C to 30 h at 16℃. Furthermore, the host detection time was also calculated to give the maximal time after larval hatching from the egg. These results indicate that, in criminal cases where the maggots stray from the corpse, the last meal of the larvae should not be overlooked as potentially critical evidence.

Intermetallic compound β-NiA1 is a promising material in high temperature applications due to its high melting temperature, high strength, low density, and good oxidation resistance. However, its application remains limited because of its relatively poor cyclic oxidation resistance. Addition of reactive element （RE） Dy can improve the cyclic oxidation of NiA1 alloys significantly. However, the mechanism of Dy addition is not clear. Even the existence pattern of Dy in NiA1 is unspecified. Therefore, in the present study, the impurity formation energies of Dy in stoichiometric NiA1, Ni-rich, and Al-rich NiA1 for the substitution cases were studied by first-principles density functional theory. The results show that Dy could hardly substitute for either Ni or A1 atoms in NiA1. However, calculations for dissolution energies show that Dy could be easily dissolved in AI vacancies in all three types of NiA1, which provides a new existence pattern of Dy in NiA1 beyond experimental detection.

Thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) consisting ofLa_(2)Ce_(2)O_(7)(LCO) and Y_(2)O_(3)-stabilized-ZrO_(2)(YSZ) doubleceramic layer and Dy/Pt co-doped NiAl bond coat were produced by electron beam physical vapor deposition(EBPVD). Thermal cyclic performance of the TBCs was evaluated by flame shock testing at 1300 ℃. For comparison, the TBCs with a undoped NiAl bond coat were also studied. The microstructural evolution and failure mechanisms of the above TBCs during thermal cycling were investigated. Spallation failure of the TBCs with the undoped bond coat occurs after around 500 cycles by cracking at the interface between YSZ ceramic layer and thermally grown oxides(TGO) layer. The TBCs with Pt/Dy modified bond coat reveal improved interface bonding even after 1200 thermal cycles, whereas some delamination cracks are presented in the LCO layer. On the other hand,the Pt/Dy modified bond coat effectively suppresses the formation of the needle-like topologically closed packed phases(TCP) in the single crystal superalloy.
