NbB_(2)Modified Al-Cu Alloys Fabricated by Freeze-Ablation Casting under High Cooling Rate Solidification

At present,improving the properties of aluminum alloys is generally achieved by increasing the cooling rate of the melt and adding micro-nano *** the cooling rate of the melt to improve the refining effect of grain refiner is still a difficult problem in the aluminum alloy casting *** innovative and environmentally friendly casting process,known as freeze ablation,was introduced during the preparation of an Al–NbB_(2) intermediate *** process significantly enhanced the cooling rate of the *** results indicated that the Al–NbB_(2) intermediate alloy produced under high cooling rates had a noticeable refining effect on Al–Cu alloys,with smaller NbB2 particles demonstrating superior refining *** average grain size of the refined Al–Cu alloy decreased from 154 to 69μm,the tensile strength increased by 12%,the fluidity increased by 18.4%,and the hot tearing index decreased from 144 to *** matching degree between NbB_(2) andα-Al was calculated using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and the edge-to-edge *** was found that the atomic interplanar spacing and the interatomic spacing mismatch between NbB_(2)’splane and Al were both less than 10%,which further proved that NbB2 could serve as an effective nucleation site forα-Al grains to achieve grain refinement.

The recycling of cathode materials from spent lithium-ion battery has attracted extensive attention,but few research have focused on spent blended cathode *** reality,the blended materials of lithium iron phosphate and ternary are widely used in electric vehicles,so it is critical to design an effective recycling *** this study,an efficient method for recovering Li and Fe from the blended cathode materials of spent LiFePO_(4)and LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)O_(2)batteries is ***,87%A1 was removed by alkali ***,91.65%Li,72.08%Ni,64.6%Co and 71.66%Mn were further separated by selective leaching with H_(2)SO_(4)and H_(2)O_(2).Li,Ni,Co and Mn in solution were recovered in the form of Li_(2)CO_(3)and hydroxide ***,98.38%Fe was leached from the residue by two stage process,and it is recovered as FePO_(4)·2H_(2)O with a purity of 99.5%by *** and P were present in FePO_(4)·2H_(2)O in amounts of 28.34%and 15.98%,***,the drift and control of various components were discussed,and cost-benefit analysis was used to assess the feasibility of potential application.

The photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)system is a promising option for countering energy *** improve the performance of PV/T systems,compound parabolic concentrators(CPCs)and phase-change materials(PCMs)were jointly applied to construct a concentrating photovoltaic/thermal system integrated with phase-change materials(PV/T-CPCM).An open-air environment is used to analyze the effects of different parameters and the intermittent operation strategy on the system *** results indicate that the short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage are positively correlated with the solar irradiance,but the open-circuit voltage is negatively correlated with the temperature of the PV *** the solar irradiance is 500 W⋅m^(−2) and the temperature of the PV modules is 27.5℃,the short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage are 1.0 A and 44.5 V,*** solar irradiance results in higher thermal power,whereas the thermal efficiency is under lower solar irradiance(136.2-167.1 W⋅m^(−2) is twice under higher solar irradiance(272.3-455.7 W⋅m^(−2))).In addition,a higher mass flow rate corresponds to a better cooling effect and greater pump energy *** the mass flow rate increases from 0.01 to 0.02 kg⋅s^(-1),the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet decreases by 1.8℃,and the primary energy-saving efficiency decreases by 0.53%.The intermittent operation of a water pump can reduce the energy consumption of the system,and the combination of liquid cooling with PCMs provides better thermal regulation and energy-saving effects under various conditions.

During the 10th Chinese Arctic scientific expedition carried out in the summer of 2019,the surface current in the high-latitude areas of the Arctic Ocean was observed using a self-developed surface drifting buoy,which was initially deployed in the Chukchi *** buoy traversed the Chukchi Sea,Chukchi Abyssal Plain,Mendeleev Ridge,Makarov Basin,and Canada Basin over a period of 632 *** returning to the Mendeleev Ridge,it continued to drift toward the ***,the track of the buoy reflected the characteristics of the transpolar drift and Chukchi Slope Current,as well as the inertial flow,cross-ridge surface flow,and even the surface disorganized flow for some time *** results showed that:(1)the transpolar drift mainly occurs in the Chukchi Abyssal Plain,Mendeleev Ridge,and western Canada Basin to the east of the ridge where sea ice concentration is high,and the average northward flow velocity in the region between 79.41°N and 86.32°N was 5.1 cm/s;(2)the average surface velocity of the Chukchi Slope Current was 13.5 cm/s,and while this current moves westward along the continental slope,it also extends northwestward across the continental slope and flows to the deep sea;and(3)when sea ice concentration was less than 50%,the inertial flow was more significant(the maximum observed inertial flow was 26 cm/s,and the radius of the inertia circle was 3.6 km).

Neoadjuvant therapy can yield clinical benefits in earlystage breast cancer with *** indications,treatment regimens,and efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy have been investigated,which have contributed valuable clinical evidence.[1,2]The Chinese Society of Breast Surgery convened a panel of breast disease experts to review and discuss the literature on neoadjuvant therapy for breast cancer and evaluate relevant evidence by referring to the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,development,and Evaluations(GRAde)*** into account China’s specific circumstances,the society and participating experts developed the Clinical Practice Guidelines for Neoadjuvant Therapy for Early-stage Breast Cancer(Version 2022)to serve as a reference for breast surgeons in China.

AIM:To evaluate dry eye disease(deD)symptomatology and mental health status in different COVID-19 ***:A cross-sectional observational design was *** 123 eligible adults(46.34%of men,age range,18-59y)with COVID-19 included in the study from August to November,*** Surface Disease Index(OSDI),Five-item Dry Eye Questionnaire(deQ-5),Hospital Anxiety and depression Scale(HADS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used in this ***:OSDI scores were 6.82(1.25,15.91)in asymptomatic carriers,7.35(2.50,18.38)in mild cases,and 16.67(4.43,28.04)in recurrent cases,with 30.00%,35.56%,and 57.89%,respectively evaluated as having deD symptoms(χ2=7.049,P=0.029).deQ-5 score varied from 2.00(0,6.00)in asymptomatic carriers,3.00(0,8.00)in mild cases,and 8.00(5.00,10.00)in recurrent cases,with 27.50%,33.33%,and 55.26%,respectively assessed as having deD symptoms(χ2=8.532,P=0.014).The prevalence of clinical anxiety(50.00%)and depression(47.37%)symptoms were also significantly higher in patients with recurrent infection(χ2=24.541,Pdence interval(CI),1.631-7.979;P=0.033]and deQ-5 scores(odds ratio,3.353;95%CI,1.038-8.834;P=0.043),whereas having a fixed occupation was a protective factor for OSDI scores(odds ratio,0.088;95%CI,0.022-0.360;P=0.001)and deQ-5 scores(odds ratio,0.126;95%CI,0.039-0.405;P=0.001).CONCLUSION:Patients with recurrent COVID-19 have more severe symptoms of deD,anxiety,and depression.
