The Sodium Montmorillonite(Na-MMT)is not susceptible to polymer due to its organophilic character and low basal *** primary objective of this study was to improve Na-MMT platelets separation by organically modifying it with cation and anion exchanges using Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)and Sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)*** spacing,presence of functional groups,Zetapotential with particle size analysis and thermal stability of the Organomodified Na-MMT(OMMT)were characterized using XrD,FTIr,zeta-potential analyzer and TGA *** basal spacing of CTAB modified OMMTincreased to 19.5Åfrom 11.0Åwhich corresponds to the basal spacing of *** SDS modified OMMT did not show any increase in the basal *** spectra of CTAB modified Na-MMT illustrated the attachment of CTAB functional groups to Na-MMT,while the same was absent in the case of SDS modified *** zeta-potential of Na-MMT shifted from–24.88 mV to 15.66 mV in the case of CTAB modified Na-MMTand 12.49 mV for SDS modified Na-MMT,indicating a greater surface potential of the modified *** TGA showed greater weight loss for CTAB modified Na-MMT than that for Na-MMT,indicating the effective Na+ion exchange with alkyl amines.

Effort estimation plays a crucial role in software development projects,aiding in resource allocation,project planning,and risk *** estimation techniques often struggle to provide accurate estimates due to the complex nature of software *** recent years,machine learning approaches have shown promise in improving the accuracy of effort estimation *** study proposes a hybrid model that combines Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)and random Forest(rF)algorithms to enhance software effort *** proposed hybrid model takes advantage of the strengths of both LSTM and rF *** evaluate the performance of the hybrid model,an extensive set of software development projects is used as the experimental *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed hybrid model outperforms traditional estimation techniques in terms of accuracy and *** integration of LSTM and rF enables the model to efficiently capture temporal dependencies and non-linear interactions in the software development *** hybrid model enhances estimation accuracy,enabling project managers and stakeholders to make more precise predictions of effort needed for upcoming software projects.

Electric vehicles (EVs) are the most interesting and innovative technology in the 21st century because of theirenormous advantages, both technically and economically. Their emissions rate compared to fuel-based vehicles isnegligible as they do not consume fuel and hence do not emit any harmful gases. However, their bulk production,adoption and lack of charging stations increase the stress of power stations due to modern-day lifestyles. If Electricvehicles demand increases drastically then conventional power stations will not bear their demand and if theygenerate electricity by conventional means it will be very costly and may further add greenhouse gases. Therefore,this research provides the techno-economic assessment of a stand-alone renewable-dependent electric vehiclecharging station, excluding any burden on electrical utility. The proposed study is carried out in Bahria Town,karachi, a city in Pakistan. In this study, HOMEr Pro software was utilized for techno-economic assessment. Ahybrid system comprising solar Photovoltaic/Wind Turbine/Fuel cells and battery storage is included in the *** and wind resources were taken from NASA’s website, where charging stations will be integrated. The overallresults show promising in terms of total Net Present Cost and the Cost of Energy which are 2.72M $ and 0.237 $,respectively. The total system generation is 3,598 Megawatt hours per year, and the total energy consumption is 885Megawatt hours per year.

In this study,the effects of pre-strain-induced tensile twins(TTWs)and controlled heat treatment on the formability behavior of AZX311 Mg alloy sheets were investigated.A 4%compressive strain was applied to pre-strain the sheets using the in-plane compression(IPC)technique along the rolling direction(rD)to introduce *** pre-strained(PS)samples were subsequently heat-treated at 250℃,350℃,and 400℃ independently for 1 hr,and are termed as PSA1,PSA2,and PSA3,*** cupping tests were conducted to assess the formability of the sheet samples under different initial *** results showed that the PS sample heat-treated at 250℃ for 1hr exhibited a decrease in the Erichsen index(IE)compared to the as-rolled sample,whereas PSA2 and PSA3 samples showed an increase in IE *** analysis revealed that most of the TTWs generated through pre-twinning were stable at 250℃;however,the twin volume fraction reduced to 41%at 350℃ compared to the PS samples due to enhanced thermal activity at that ***,PSA2 samples showed severe grain coarsening in some areas of the sample,and the fraction of such grains increased in the PSA3 *** stretch formability(IE value)of PSA2 samples showed a 32.3%increase compared to the as-rolled ***,the analysis of the deformed specimen at failure under the Erichsen test indicated that considerable detwinning occurs in the PS and PSA1 samples,whereas dislocation slip activity dominates in the PSA2 and PSA3 samples during stretch *** from detwinning and dislocation slip,deformation twins were also observed in all samples after the Erichsen ***,this work highlights the importance of texture control and its underlying mechanisms via pre-twinning followed by heat treatment and their impact on the room temperature(rT)stretch formability of AZX311 Mg alloy sheets.
