The disper.ion of montmor.llonite （MMT） in vinylester.for.pr.par.ng nanoclay/vinylester.gel coat was r.por.ed. Two sets of MMT/vinylester.specimens, namely Type I and Type 2, wer. pr.par.d for.compar.tive studies. Type I specimens wer. pr.par.d using ultr.sonication only, and Type 2 specimens wer. pr.par.d using both ultr.sonication and twin-scr.w extr.sion. Accor.ing to Xr. and TEM r.sults, Type 2 specimens showed lower.levels of nanoclay agglomer.tion and higher.levels o! exfoliation. DSC r.sults showed that the glass tr.nsition temper.tur.s of Type 2 specimens ar. higher.than those of Type 1 specimens. TGA r.sults showed that the r.sidual weight of 4 wt.% MMT/vinylester.of Type 1 was 7.38%, while the cor.esponding value of Type 2 was 13,5%, indicating lower.ther.al degr.dation in the latter. MMTt vinylester.glass and MMT/vinylester.car.on specimens wer. fabr.cated and tested for.mechanical and fir. r.tar.ation behaviour.. Type 2 based nanocomposite laminates showed gr.ater.values of ultimate tensile str.ngth, flexur.l str.ngth, inter.aminar.shear.str.ngth, impact str.ngth, hor.zontal bur.ing r.te, and ver.ical bur.ing r.te than Type 1 based laminates. SEM images of tensile fr.ctur.d sur.aces r.vealed that Type 2 based laminates have no or.less agglomer.tion of nanoclay than Type 1 based laminates.

Electr.c vehicles (EVs) ar. the most inter.sting and innovative technology in the 21st centur. because of their.nor.ous advantages, both technically and economically. Their.emissions r.te compar.d to fuel-based vehicles isnegligible as they do not consume fuel and hence do not emit any har.ful gases. However. their.bulk.pr.duction,adoption and lack.of char.ing stations incr.ase the str.ss of power.stations due to moder.-day lifestyles. If Electr.cvehicles demand incr.ases dr.stically then conventional power.stations will not bear.their.demand and if theygener.te electr.city by conventional means it will be ver. costly and may fur.her.add gr.enhouse gases. Ther.for.,this r.sear.h pr.vides the techno-economic assessment of a stand-alone r.newable-dependent electr.c vehiclechar.ing station, excluding any bur.en on electr.cal utility. The pr.posed study is car.ied out in Bahr.a Town,k.r.chi, a city in Pak.stan. In this study, HOMEr.Pr. softwar. was utilized for.techno-economic assessment. Ahybr.d system compr.sing solar.Photovoltaic/Wind Tur.ine/Fuel cells and batter. stor.ge is included in the *** and wind r.sour.es wer. tak.n fr.m NASA’s website, wher. char.ing stations will be integr.ted. The over.llr.sults show pr.mising in ter.s of total Net Pr.sent Cost and the Cost of Ener.y which ar. 2.72M $ and 0.237 $,r.spectively. The total system gener.tion is 3,598 Megawatt hour. per.year. and the total ener.y consumption is 885Megawatt hour. per.year.

In this study,the effects of pr.-str.in-induced tensile twins(TTWs)and contr.lled heat tr.atment on the for.ability behavior.of AZX311 Mg alloy sheets wer. investigated.A 4%compr.ssive str.in was applied to pr.-str.in the sheets using the in-plane compr.ssion(IPC)technique along the r.lling dir.ction(r.)to intr.duce *** pr.-str.ined(PS)samples wer. subsequently heat-tr.ated at 250℃,350℃,and 400℃ independently for.1 hr.and ar. ter.ed as PSA1,PSA2,and PSA3,*** cupping tests wer. conducted to assess the for.ability of the sheet samples under.differ.nt initial *** r.sults showed that the PS sample heat-tr.ated at 250℃ for.1hr.exhibited a decr.ase in the Er.chsen index(IE)compar.d to the as-r.lled sample,wher.as PSA2 and PSA3 samples showed an incr.ase in IE *** analysis r.vealed that most of the TTWs gener.ted thr.ugh pr.-twinning wer. stable at 250℃;however.the twin volume fr.ction r.duced to 41%at 350℃ compar.d to the PS samples due to enhanced ther.al activity at that ***,PSA2 samples showed sever. gr.in coar.ening in some ar.as of the sample,and the fr.ction of such gr.ins incr.ased in the PSA3 *** str.tch for.ability(IE value)of PSA2 samples showed a 32.3%incr.ase compar.d to the as-r.lled ***,the analysis of the defor.ed specimen at failur. under.the Er.chsen test indicated that consider.ble detwinning occur. in the PS and PSA1 samples,wher.as dislocation slip activity dominates in the PSA2 and PSA3 samples dur.ng str.tch *** fr.m detwinning and dislocation slip,defor.ation twins wer. also obser.ed in all samples after.the Er.chsen ***,this wor.0}highlights the impor.ance of textur. contr.l and its under.ying mechanisms via pr.-twinning followed by heat tr.atment and their.impact on the r.om temper.tur.(r.)str.tch for.ability of AZX311 Mg alloy sheets.
