Thermoelectric performance largely depends on the reduction of lattice thermal conductivity(kL).The study of the thermal conductivity(k)of a Sb_(2)Te_(3)/graphite nanocomposite system demonstrates-40%reduction in kL with graphite incorporation.A plausible explanation of intrinsic low kL observed in Sb_(2)Te_(3) based system is presented by modeling experimental specific heat(Cp)*** spectroscopy measurement combined to X-ray diffraction data confirms the presence of graphite as separate phase in the composite *** is found that phonon scattering dominates heat transport mechanism in the nanostructured Sb_(2)Te_(3)/graphite *** reduction in kL is accomplished by intensifying scattering rate of phonons via various *** introduces effective scattering sources,i.e.,defects of different dimensionalities in synthesized nanocomposite ***,graphite mediates phonon-phonon coupling and enhances lattice anharmonicity,which causes an intrinsic scattering of phonons with all frequencies in the Sb_(2)Te_(3)/graphite nanocomposite *** density and phonon anharmonicity of the synthesized samples are estimated from in depth analysis of temperature dependent synchrotron powder diffraction and raman spectroscopic *** value as low as 0.8 W m1 k1 at 300 k,achieved with graphite dispersion in Sb_(2)Te_(3) based composite system makes the present comprehensive study an interesting concept to be developed in thermoelectric materials.

Vegetable crops are important for population's nutrition and food security of the Central Asia *** with increasing of population there is a sharp problem of increasing vegetable production. However,the yield of vegetable crops is low along of some *** of the main problem is to infect of almost all vegetable crops by bacterial,fungi and virus *** significantly decrease yield,quality and keeping of vegetables. The climatic conditions of Uzbekistan make advantages of spreading of *** winter,wet spring and stable circulation of virus in“plant-transmitter of diseases-reserves-plant”system are the main reasons of spreading of virus diseases. Preceding researches showed that almost all agricultural crops are infected by virus and in many cases one crop simultaneously is infected by several *** example,cruciferous plants are infected by viruses of turnip mosaic,radish mosaic,cauliflower mosaic and cucumber mosaic ***,majority economic important vegetable crops for the region are not studied on their infecting by diseases. For study virus diseases on vegetable crops,such as tomato,pepper and eggplant we have conducted route observations on fields in Tashkent region in *** results of visual observation showed, that vegetable crops have symptoms by viruses,such as;mosaic,chlorosis and deformation of leaves. We conducted diagnosis of viruses using the method of indicator plants and ***-PCr analyses showed that several viruses infect vegetable plants in Tashkent *** is infected by Tomato Mosaic Virus(tobamovirus)and Potato Virus Y(potyvirus),pepper is infected by Cucumber Mosaic Virus(cucumovirus),pumpkin is infected by watermelon mosaic virus. However,Tomato Chlorosis Virus(crinivirus),Tomato Infectious Chlorosis Virus,Chilli Veinal Mottle Virus,Pepper Mild Mottle Virus(tobamovirus),Watermelon Silver Mottle Virus are not identified. Tomato Mosaic Virus is dominant virus and widely spread.

A new kind of instability driven by the magnetic field gradient and curvature (MFGC) in toroidal plasmas is presented. It is found that the MFGC drift modes possess finite growth rates even if the plasma pressure gradient vanishes. In addition, the effects of plasma pressure gradient and safety factor on the MFGC modes have been analysed numerically.

分析比较木豆杂交组合的部分农艺性状、叶特性和产量性状,并对开花期部分农艺性状、叶特性及产量性状进行相关性分析,结果表明,大部分组合在不同生育期的株高、叶面积、叶柄长、叶鲜重和叶干重均高于对照,株高较对照优势最大达44.16%。各组合单株荚数变化在104～165荚之间,对照优势最高可达108.86%。组合ICPH2438和ICPH2363的单株荚重、单株粒重及子粒产量等指标均高于对照品种,ICPH2438产量对照优势达34.14%。

relationships between average gully depths and widths on geological sediments underlying the Idah-Ankpa Plateau of the North Central Nigeria

This study investigated the relationships between the average gully depth and the average width on twoof the three geological sediments underlying the Ida-Ankpa Plateau of the North Central Nigeria. Gullylength (L), average depth (D), and average width (W) were measured on 37 and 5 gully samples formedrespectively on the Ajalli Sandstones' (AS) and the Upper Coal Measures' (UCM) geological *** these, the average volume (V), average cross sectional area (A), and average form factor (W/D) werecomputed. These sets of variables (L, D, W, V, A, and W/D), a total of six for each gully, were analysedusing correlation analysis and the sample bivariate regression to examine the relationships between Dand W on the two geological units. results show that D correlates poorly, positively, and significantlywith W on the highly erodible AS (r = 0.565, P reas the relationship is stronger, positive,and significant on the more resistant UCM (r = 0.997, P r predictor of Wwith the relationship: W1 = 3.670 + 0.355D1 (r2 = 0.319), whereas it is a near-perfect predictor on theUCM (W2 = 1.667 + 0.689D2, r2 = 0.994). The results of the study suggest that for gullies cut on deep,homogeneous formations, the correlation of D with W diminishes with increasing vulnerability to erosionof the sediments, whereas the effectiveness of D as a predictive tool of W increases with the resistanceof the sediments to erosion.

Employing LAB and/or their metabolites to reduce aflatoxins from food products is one of the fascinating areas of ***,in the present work an attempt was made to study the effect of isolated lactic acid bacteria(LAB)on the reduction of aflatoxin M1(AFM1)from phosphate buffer saline(PBS)and reconstituted skim milk(rSM).Out of 68 isolates,nine strains of LAB isolated from food products were examined to bind and reduce *** isolates were incubated with AFM1 at different time and temperature(24 h,48 h,and 72 h at 37℃ and 4℃)and later the residual toxin in the supernatant was *** preliminary results through thin layer chromatography(TLC)revealed that all isolates were able to bind AFM1 in ***,based on the intensity of spots observed in TLC sheets,it was indicated that two isolates,H1 and S2 genotypically identified as *** and *** shown better AFM1 binding ability as compared to other ***,the heat treated cells of both the selected strains did not show significant difference to AFM1 binding ability as compared to live *** of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)observed that *** H1 and *** had shown 78% and 72%AFM1 binding in PBS at 37℃ after 72 *** was a significant difference(Prence was not observed for *** ***,these isolates also observed reduction of naturally present AFM1 in 10%*** is the first study reporting the AFM1 binding capability of the genus Weissella(strain *** H1)and Enterococcus *** results showed that indigenous strains of LAB are able to bind AFM1 effectively.

Influence of welding parameters on material flow,mechanical property and intermetallic characterization of friction stir welded AA6063 to HCP copper dissimilar butt joint without offset

Joining of dissimilar aluminium-copper is an emerging area of interest for both research and industry due to its complex *** stir welding was attempted to evaluate the joint strength without offset at the butt line between AA6063 to HCP copper sheet under different combination of rotational speed of 800 and 1000 r/min and travel speed of 20 and 40 mm/*** flow was studied in detail for different combinations of parameters with optical microscopy and elemental mapping by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy（EDS）.The results were correlated with the microstructural characteristics and formation of intermetallics at the bond interface using microhardness test and X-ray diffraction（XrD） *** flow clearly suggests that energy input at 800 r/min and 20 mm/min is sufficient to plasticize both the materials with formation of higher amount of thermodynamically stable and hard intermetallic phases Al4Cu9 and Al Cu4（slower cooling rate of 88 k/s） than that at 800 r/min and 40 mm/min（faster cooling rate of 154 k/s）,attributed maximum joint strength（~78.6% of aluminium base metal）.

Nervous system emerges from complex signaling interactions where extrinsic (neurotransmitters and trophic factors, among others) and intrinsic factors (transcription factors) interplay in the developing tissue to control gene activity promoting chronic changes in cell genesis, migration, differentiation and death. The retinal microenvironment is regulated by a broad variety of chemicals, including endocannabinoids and nucleotides that modulate embryonic progenitor-neuron-Müller glia signaling in very early developing or pathophysiological conditions.
