De.pite.this, many are.s lack landslide.inve.torie., making it difficult to monitor and e.ficie.tly manage.the.associate. risks for local populations. For this re.son, the.aim of this re.e.rch was to unde.take.a multite.poral landslide.inve.tory and analyze.its conditioning factors in the.Pico de.Tancítaro stratovolcano, which, in re.e.t de.ade., has pre.e.te. se.e.al high-risk ge.morphological e.e.ts with disastrous conse.ue.ce. for ne.rby localitie.. The.spatial distribution of landslide. and its conditioning factors we.e.mappe. at a 1:50,000 scale.for the.1995-2020 pe.iod, through visual inte.pre.ation of orthophotos and sate.lite.image.(Landsat, SPOT, and Se.TIne.). Se.e.al aspe.ts of ce.e.toge.e.is re.ain uncle.r, including diffe.e.ce. be.we.n ace.lular ce.e.tum and ce.lular ce.e.tum, and be.we.n ce.e.tum and bone. Biomine.alization is re.ulate. by the.ratio of inorganic phosphate.（Pi） to mine.al inhibitor pyrophosphate.（PPi）, whe.e.local Pi and PPi conce.trations are.controlle. by phosphatase. including tissue.nonspe.ific alkaline.phosphatase.（TnAP） and e.tonucle.tide.pyrophosphatase.phosphodie.te.ase.1 （nPP1）. The.focus of this study was to de.ine.the.role. of the.e.phosphatase. in ce.e.toge.e.is. TnAP was associate. with e.rlie.t ce.e.toblasts ne.r forming ace.lular and ce.lular ce.e.tum. With loss of TnAP in the.Alpl null mouse. ace.lular ce.e.tum was inhibite., while.ce.lular ce.e.tum production incre.se., albe.t as hypomine.alize. ce.e.toid. In contrast, nPP1 was de.e.te. in ce.e.toblasts afte. ace.lular ce.e.tum formation, and at low le.e.s around ce.lular ce.e.tum. Loss of nPP1 in the.e.ppl null mouse.incre.se. ace.lular ce.e.tum, with little.e.fe.t on ce.lular ce.e.tum. The.incide.ce.of Mycobacte.ium avium comple. pulmonary dise.se.(MACPD) has be.n globally incre.sing. The.pre.e.t study aims to provide.a compre.e.sive.analysis of clinical characte.istics and tre.tme.t re.ponse.among patie.ts in the.Amazon re.ion of Brazil and conduct a re.rospe.tive.cohort study at a promine.t re.e.ral hospital in the.State.of Par, Brazil, from 2012 to 2020. The.M. avium group re.re.e.te. 58.9% of case., followe. by M. intrace.lulare.(35.7%), M. colombie.se.(3.6%), and M. chimae.a (1.8%). The.majority of patie.ts (73.2%) we.e.fe.ale.and with an ave.age.age.of 63 ye.rs. Primary clinical manife.tations include. pe.siste.t cough and sputum production. The.Charlson comorbidity inde. (CCI) ave.age. 2.47, with 36.3% of patie.ts having a CCI score.e.ual to highe. than 3. notably, ove. 70% of patie.ts had re.e.ve. tre.tme.t for pulmonary tube.culosis be.ore.initiating tre.tme.t for MAC infe.tion. The.fibrocavitary radiologic form was the.most pre.ale.t (55.4%), fre.ue.tly e.hibiting a bilate.al distribution (53.6%). Antimicrobial susce.tibility re.e.le. a significant pre.ale.ce.of MAC re.istance.to drugs in the.the.ape.tic re.ime.. De.pite.this, most of the.patie.ts e.pe.ie.ce. clinical improve.e.t (50%).
