Global climate change has a significant effect on species,as environment conditions change,causing many species'distributions to *** the last three million years,the earth has experienced glacial oscillations,forcing some species to survive in ice-free refugia during glacial periods and then disperse *** this study,by assessing the potential distribution of siberian Grouse(Falcipennis falcipennis),we used Global Circular Models and Representative Concentration Pathways to model their pattern of range changes during glacial oscillations and the potential impact of present global *** used 158 location records of siberian Grouse to generate a full climate model using 19 bioclimate variables in *** discarded variables with a correlation coefficient larger than 0.8 and relatively lower modeling contributions between each pair of correlated *** the remaining variables,we created a normally uncorrelated simple climate model to predict the possible distribution of siberian Grouse from the most recent Ice Age to present and to *** we added geographical data and the human interference index to construct a multiple factor full model to evaluate which were important in explaining the distribution of siberian *** Total suitability Zone(P≥0.33)of siberian Grouse is about 243,000km^(2) and the Maximum suitability Zone(P≥0.66)is 36,000km^(2) and is confined to the Russian Far *** habitat modeling suggested that annual precipitation,annual mean temperature,and the distance from lakes are the most explanatory variables for the current distribution of siberian *** distribution center moved to the southeast during the Last Glacial Maximum and spread back to the northwest after the ice melted and temperatures *** total area range of siberian Grouse experienced a dramatic loss during the Last Glacial *** warming is presently forcing the siberian Grouse to migrate northward with a contraction of

sediment fingerprinting in fluvial systems:review of tracers,sediment sources and mixing models

suspended sediments in fluvial systems originate from a myriad of diffuse and point sources,with the relative contribution from each source varying over time and *** process of sediment fingerprinting focuses on developing methods that enable discrete sediment sources to be identified from a composite sample of suspended *** review identifies existing methodological steps for sediment fingerprinting including fluvial and source sampling,and critically compares biogeochcmical and physical tracers used in fingerprinting *** of applying different mixing models to the same source data are explored using data from 41 catchments across Europe,Africa,Australia,Asia,and North and south *** application of seven commonly used mixing models to two case studies from the Us(North Fork Broad River watershed) and France(BIcone watershed) with local and global(genetic algorithm) optimization methods identified all outputs remained in the acceptable range of error defined by the original *** propose future sediment fingerprinting studies use models that combine the best explanatory parameters provided by the modified Collins(using correction factors) and Hughes(relying on iterations involving all data,and not only their mean values) models with optimization using genetic algorithms to best predict the relative contribution of sediment sources to fluvial systems.

The positive s-isotopic excursion of carbonate-associated sulfate(δ34s_(CAs))is generally in phase with the steptoean positive carbon isotope excursion(sPICE),which may reflect widespread,global,transient increases in the burial of organic carbon and pyrite sulfate in sediments deposited under large-scale anoxic and sulphidic ***,carbon-sulfur isotope cycling of the global sPICE event,which may be controlled by global and regional events,is still poorly understood,especially in south ***,theδ13CPDB,δ18OPDBδ34s_(CAs),total carbon(TC),total organic carbon(TOC)and total sulfate(Ts)of Cambrian carbonate of Waergang section of Hunan Province were analyzed to unravel global and regional controls on carbon-sulfur cycling during sPICE event in south ***δ34s_(CAs)values in the onset and rising limb are not obviously higher than that in the preceding sPICE,meanwhile sulfate(δ34s_(CAs))isotope values increase slightly with increasingδ13CPDB in rising limb and near peak of sPICE(130–160 m).The sulfate(δ34s_(CAs))isotope values gradually decrease from 48.6‰to 18‰in the peak part of sPICE and even increase from 18%to 38.5%in the descending limb of *** abnormal asynchronous C−s isotope excursion during sPICE event in the south China was mainly controlled by the global events including sea level change and marine sulfate reduction,and it was also influenced by regional events such as enhanced siliciclastic provenance input(sulfate),weathering of a carbonate platform and sedimentary *** environment and lithology are not the main reason for global sPICE event but influence theδ13CPDB excursion-amplitude of *** level eustacy and carbonate platform weathering probably made a major contribution to theδ13CPDB excursion during the sPICE,in particularly,near peak of ***,the trilobite extinctions,anoxia,organic-matter burial and siliciclastic provenance input also play an important role in the onset,early and late st

Assisted reproductive technologies invoIving the use of spermatozoa and eggs for in vitro fertilization(IVF)have come as the solution for many infertile couples to become ***,in some cases,the use of ejaculated spermatozoa delivers poor IVF *** studies have suggested the use of testicular spermatozoa in severe male in fertility cases,but no guideli nes regarding their utilization are currently *** the present study,we found the mRNA protamine 1/protamine 2(P1/P2)ratio to be a valuable biomarker of poor sperm function that could be used as a diagnostic key for the identification of cases that would benefit from the use of testicular spermatozoa.A total of 23 couples undergoing egg donation cycles with at least one previous cycle failure were *** couples underwent two consecutive intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICsI)cycles with either ejaculated or testicular spermatozoa(TEsA).The sperm mRNA P1/P2 ratio,fertilization rate,blastocyst rate,and pregnancy and live birth rate were *** showed improved ICsI and clinical outcomes in cycles with testicular spermatozoa in men with altered mRNA P1/P2 *** cycles presented significantly higher rates of fertilization(mean±standard deviation:76.1%±15.1%vs 65.5%±18.8%),blastocyst formation(55.0%±20.3%vs 30.8%±23.8%),and good morphological quality blastocyst(28.9%±22.9%vs 13.5%±17.9%)and also improvements on pregnancy(60.9%vs 0%)and healthy birth rates(56.5%vs 0%)than EJACULATE *** results described here suggest that in patients with previous IVF/ICsI failures and aberrant mRNA protamine ratios,the use of testicular spermatozoa may be a good alternative to improve clinical outcomes.

在低电压穿越(low voltage ride through,LVRT)过程中,电网企业要求风电场向系统提供无功支撑;在满足所规定的无功输出基础上,利用风电场剩余容量提供有功功率,对保障系统稳定性意义重大。该文提出一种基于机群划分与改进深度确定性策略梯度(deep deterministic policy gradient,DDPG)的风电场LVRT有功/无功功率联合控制方法。首先,将LVRT期间风机的有功/无功控制分为3个阶段,并基于此构建了风机控制模型;其次,根据风机运行特性将其划分至多个机群,在功率分配过程中,对属于同一机群的风机分配相同的控制指令,该步骤大大降低了优化变量个数与优化问题求解难度;然后,提出一种不含评价网络的并行化DDPG(critic-network free based parallel DDPG,CFP-DDPG)深度-强化学习算法框架,确立了基于CFP-DDPG的风电场功率控制框架,设计控制中的状态量、动作量、评价函数、模型训练策略和控制方法;最后,采用我国某实际风电场数据验证方法的有效性,结果表明,机群划分步骤有助于快速准确得到功率分配方案,CFP-DDPG通过改进动作评价方法并引入并行化结构增强了智能体的探索力,有助于取得更优的控制方案。
