Umami peptides play important roles in the flavor of fermented broad bean paste (FBBP)， and proteases produced by microorganisms contributed to the production of umami peptides. In order to reveal the formation of umami peptides and their relationships with protease-producing microorganisms during the natural fermentation of FBBP， peptidomics and virtual screening were used to identify and screen umami peptides. Meanwhile， macrogenomics was used to analyze the abundance of microbial-derived protease genes during FBBP fermentation. Then， based on the Pearson correlation coefficient， the correlation network diagram of each protease-producing microorganism with umami peptides was constructed. The results showed that a total of two exopeptidases and four endopeptidases were annotated from FBBP. Staphylococcus， Lactobacillus， Aspergillus， and Weissella can produce most proteases. The species Lactobacillus＿curvatus， Dyella＿jiangningensis， Erythrobacter＿sp， and unclassified＿g＿Pantoea had strong correlation with umami peptides， and they may contribute to the process of protein hydrolysis to produce umami peptides. This study is expected to reveal the formation mechanism of umami peptides in FBBP， and the results of this study provided a better understanding of the relationship between proteases， microbiota， and core umami peptides in FBBP， which could help to improve the umami taste of Pixian Douban paste (PDBP) during fermentation.

单一的土地细碎化治理方式难以解决土地细碎化问题,结合高标准农田建设项目实现“小田并大田”的地方实践提供了治理机制融合的契机。实地调查发现,从村社统筹的视角出发,村社集体由于具有政经社合一的属性,在发挥自组织优势的基础上整合了行政机制和市场机制,是三位一体治理机制的承接载体。在具体实践中,村社集体能够实施土地整治项目、实现土地产权整合并有序流转土地经营权。统筹治理的机制在于村社集体通过整合地方政府的治理资源激活自组织,在发挥自组织动员能力的基础上改进行政机制的不足并降低市场主体的交易成本,使三种机制在实践中能够取长补短。村社统筹的土地细碎化治理有助于推动农业现代化转型以及提高乡村治理能力。因此,在土地细碎化治理的融合机制探索中,应充分重视村社集体在土地细碎化治理中的统筹功能,同时发挥政府的基础性作用和市场的资源配置作用。

In recent years,the promotion of nearly zero-energy buildings(NZEBs) in China has emerged as a crucial step for the building industry in shifting towards a green and low-carbon *** from scratch,the development of NZEBs in China has included the application and fundamental research,the compilation of national and local standards,and the rapid emergence of projects encompassing 23.89 million square meters *** efforts have yielded preliminary results in national standards,technology systems,technical roadmaps,and large-scale project ***,challenges,including further reducing incremental costs,developing industries for retrotitting existing buildings into NZEBs,and expanding the range of policy incentives,remain to be *** article provides an overview of the last decade's progress in NZEBs in China,covering key technological research,policy development,engineering demonstrations,and the current industrial development ***,the prospects of the NZEB industry are discussed.

Background and objective:Commonly plaguing in the frigid zone of the world,vitamin D deficiency,as indicated by low levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D,exacerbated inflammatory responses and impaired endothelial ***(LA)is a prevalent cause of cognitive dysfunction in the elderly and is potentially associated with inflammatory *** study aimed to investigate the impact of vitamin D on the severity of ***:Patients with LA were categorized based on 3.0 T brain MRI findings into mild(N=43),moderate(N=40),or severe groups(N=29)using the Fazekas scale(scoring 1-6).A control group consisting of 41 healthy individuals was *** fibrinogen C,homocysteine,plasma 25-hydroxyvitamin D,and intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)levels were measured using ***:All LA severity groups exhibited lower plasma 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels compared to the control group,with a more pronounced decrease observed as LA severity *** plasma 25-hydroxyvitamin D was identified as an independent risk factor for LA(P<0.05)according to Multiple logistic regression ***,a negative association was observed between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and vascular inflammatory factor ***:Disease severity positively correlated with levels of the inflammatory marker ICAM-1,worsening as plasma 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentration *** 25-hydroxyvitamin D emerged as an independent risk factor for LA,potentially exacerbating the inflammatory *** findings suggest 25-hydroxyvitamin D supplementation as a potential therapeutic approach for LA.

Work-for-relief plays a unique role in China’s journey toward *** the perspectives of policy tools and interest analysis,this paper uses quantitative analysis of policy texts and integrates grounded theory to build a policy expression analysis model to discuss the current work-for-relief policy *** study found that China’s use of the work-for-relief policy is unbalanced,and it is necessary to enhance the involvement of non-governmental sectors,as well as to fully consider the policy’s target groups and the social issues that need addressing.

Flexible thermoelectric materials play an important role in smart wearables,such as wearable power generation,self-powered sensing,and personal thermal ***,with the rapid development of Internet of Things(IoT)and artificial intelligence(AI),higher standards for comfort,multifunctionality,and sustainable operation of wearable electronics have been proposed,and it remains challenging to meet all the requirements of currently reported thermoelectric ***,we present a multifunctional,wearable,and wireless sensing system based on a thermoelectric knitted fabric with over 600 mm·s^(-1)air permeability and a stretchability of 120%.The device coupled with a wireless transmission system realizes self-powered monitoring of human respiration through an mobile phone application(APP).Furthermore,an integrated thermoelectric system was designed to combine photothermal conversion and passive radiative cooling,enabling the characteristics of being powered by solar-driven in-plane temperature differences and monitoring outdoor sunlight intensity through the ***,we decoupled the complex signals of resistance and thermal voltage during deformation under solar irradiation based on the anisotropy of the knitted fabrics to enable the device to monitor and optimize the outdoor physical activity of the athlete via the *** novel thermoelectric fabricbased wearable and wireless sensing platform has promising applications in next-generation smart textiles.

米歇尔·亨利是法国新现象学的代表人物之一。通过自身感受的概念,亨利批评了胡塞尔基于明见性奠基“我思”的策略,并将“我思”置于生命感受性之中。亨利强调,我思是内在性绝对的自身运动,强调内在对外在的优先性。他把主体性与世界的交互关联转换为由内在性运动规定的同一过程的双面显现。为了阐明这一模式,亨利将内在性的感受运动解释为大写感受与小写感受两个方向,并将这两方面对应于基督教神学中的神子关系。在此基础上,亨利把构成世界的意向性“我思”理解为一种在世界中的超越论幻觉。由此,亨利赋予了现象学主体一种新的意涵,即在自身中的生命感受性,并从现象学的角度辩护了生命的不可还原的优先性。

The prospect of employing chemoimmunotherapy targeted towards the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)presents an opportunity to amplify the synergistic effects of chemotherapy and *** this study,we initially validated celastrol(CEL)as an inducer of immunogenic cell death(ICD)by promoting ER stress and autophagy in colorectal cancer(CRC)***,an ER-targeted strategy was posited,involving the codelivery of CEL with PD-L1 small interfering RNAs(siRNA)using KDEL peptide-modified exosomes derived from milk(KME),to enhance chemoimmunotherapy *** findings demonstrate the efficient transportation of KME to the ER via the Golgi-to-ER *** to their non-targeting counterparts,KME exhibited a significant augmentation of the CEL-induced ICD ***,it facilitated the release of danger signaling molecules(DAMPs),thereby stimulating the antigen-presenting function of dendritic cells and promoting the infiltration of T cells into the ***,the ER-targeted delivery of PD-L1 siRNA resulted in the downregulation of both intracellular and membrane PD-L1 protein expression,consequently fostering the proliferation and activity of CD8^(+)T ***,the ER-targeted formulation exhibited enhanced anti-tumor efficacy and provoked anti-tumor immune responses against orthotopic colorectal tumors in ***,a robust ER-targeted delivery strategy provides an encouraging approach for achieving potent cancer chemoimmunotherapy.
