Formation Configuration Design for Low-Earth Orbit Regional Navigation Satellites

In the event of a significant natural disaster or a local conflict,the demand for a regional satellite navigation becomes *** navigation can provide accurate position information and navigation augmentation services for regional emergency *** satisfy the requirements,a formation configuration of low-Earth orbit(LEO)regional navigation satellites is proposed *** strategy offly-around formation consisting of four satellites for LEO regional navigation is determined and a comprehensive configuration design method for the formation is presented,encompassing the determination of configuration parameters,the establishment of dynamic equations and the presentation of performance indicators,including duration of ground coverage,positioning accuracy Geometric Dilution Precision(GDOP)and fuel *** effects of formation radius and orbit altitude on the performance indicators are analyzed,*** on the above investigations,a method to enhance regional navigation performances by using genetic algorithm(GA)guided by penalty function is *** rationality and feasibility of the formation configuration are verified through simulation studies.

Angiogenesis occurs during the process of tumor growth,invasion and metastasis,and is essential for the survival of solid *** an integrin significantly ove rexpressed in human tumor vascular endothelial cells,αvβ3 is a suitable targeting site for anti-angiogenesis of *** designed and prepared a selfassembling peptide(SAP)with the ability to targeting αvβ3 and *** formed nanoparticles in solution and transformed into nanofibrous network once specifically binding to integrin αvβ3 on the surface of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs).The SAP network stably anchored on HUVECs over 24h,which consequently resulted in high-efficient inhibition of *** vitro anti-angiogenesis experiment displayed that the inhibition rate of tube-formation reached 94.9%.In vivo anti-angiogenesis array based on chick chorioallantoic membrane(CAM)model exhibited that the SAP had an inhibition rate up to 63.1%.These results indicated the outstanding anti-angiogenic ability of SAP,potentially for tumor therapy.

Considering the surgical risk stratification for patients with severe calcific aortic stenosis(AS),transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)is a reliable alternative to surgical aortic valve replacement(SAVR)(fan et al.,2020,2021;Lee et al.,2021).Despite the favorable clinical benefits of TAVR,stroke remains a dreaded perioperative complication(Auffret et al.,2016;Kapadia et al.,2016;Kleiman et al.,2016;Huded et al.,2019).Ischemic overt stroke,identified in 1.4%to 4.3%of patients in TAVR clinical practice,has been associated with prolonged disability and increased mortality(Auffret et al.,2016;Kapadia et al.,2016;Levi et al.,2022).The prevalence of hyperintensity cerebral ischemic lesions detected by diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(DW-MRI)was reported to be about 80%,which is associated with impaired neurocognitive function and vascular dementia(Vermeer et al.,2003;Barber et al.,2008;Kahlert et al.,2010).

Background and Aims:Glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)is a key factor in ferroptosis,which is involved in ischemia-rep-erfusion ***,little is known about its role in he-patic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI).This study aimed to investigate the role of GPX4 methylation in ferroptosis during ***:For the in vitro experiments,an oxygen and glucose deprivation cell model was *** the in vivo experiments,an ischemia-reperfusion model was created by subjecting mice to simulated *** occurrence,GPX4 promoter methylation,and global methylation levels were then ***:Ferroptosis was observed in oxygen and glucose deprivation,characterized by a signifi-cant decrease in cellular viability(P<0.05),an increase in lipid peroxidation(P<0.01),iron overload(P<0.05),and down-regulation of GPX4(P<0.05).This ferroptosis was ex-acerbated by GPX4 knockdown(P<0.01)and mitigated by exogenous glutathione(P<0.01).Similarly,ferroptosis was evident in mice subjected to HIRI,with a down-regulation of GPX4 mRNA and protein expression(all P<0.01),and an upregulation of acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family mem-ber 4 mRNA and protein(all P<0.01),as well as prostaglan-din-endoperoxide synthase 2 mRNA and protein expression(all P<0.05).Methylation levels increased,evidenced by upregulation of DNA methylation transferase expression(P<0.05)and down-regulation of Ten-eleven translocation fam-ily demethylases(P<0.01),along with an upregulation of GPX4 promoter ***:Ferroptosis may be the primary mode of cell death in hepatocytes following ischemia-reperfusion *** methylation of the GPX4 promoter and elevated levels of global hepatic methylation are involved in the regulation of ferroptosis.

Fusion pore opening is a transient intermediate state of synaptic vesicle exocytosis,which is highly dynamic and precisely regulated by the soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor(SNARE)complex and synaptotagmin-1(Syt1).Yet,the regulatory mechanism is not fully *** this work,using single-channel membrane fusion electrophysiology,we determined that SNAREpins are important for driving fusion pore opening and dilation but incapable of regulating the *** Syt1 was added,the closing frequency of fusion pores significantly increased,while the radius of fusion pores mildly *** response to Ca^(2+),SNARE/Syt1 greatly increased the radius of fusion pores and reduced their closing ***,the residue F349 in the C2B domain of Syt1,which mediates Syt1 oligomerization,was required for clamping fusion pore opening in the absence of Ca^(2+),probably by extending the distance between the two ***,in Ca^(2+)-triggered fusion,the primary interface between SNARE and Syt1 plays a critical role in stabilizing and dilating the fusion pore,while the polybasic region of Syt1 C2B domain has a mild effect on increasing the radius of the fusion *** summary,our results suggest that Syt1,SNARE,and the anionic membrane synergically orchestrate the dynamics of fusion pore opening in synaptic vesicle exocytosis.

The study conducted a field survey of the invasive plant Oxalis corymbosa DC. in Kunming and an invasion risk assessment was carried out. The results showed that the invasion risk of Oxalis corymbosa DC. in four districts of Kunming was 1.9 in Wuhua District, 2.05 in Panlong District, 0.6 in Xishan District, 1.45 in Guandu District and 0.6 in downtown area, among which Panlong District had the highest invasion risk. Schools(1.9) > Parks(1.45) > Residential communities(0.6). In addition, it was found in the survey that the Oxalis latifolia as a quarantine weed had a sporadic distribution in Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, so it is necessary to pay attention to prevention and control to avoid the harm caused by escape and spread.
