Periconones B-E（1-4）,four new polyketide-terpenoid hybrid molecules were isolated from the endophytic fungus Periconia *** structures and absolute configurations were established by extensive spectroscopic data analysis and electronic circular dichroism（ECD）.Compound 4 exhibited in vitro cytotoxic activity against the human MCF-7 tumor cell line with an IC_（50） value of 4.2 μmol/L,and compound 1 displayed anti-HIV activity with an IC_（50） value of 18.0 μmol/L.

Dynamic plugging regulating strategy of pipeline robot based on reinforcement learning

Pipeline isolation plugging robot (PIPR) is an important tool in pipeline maintenance operation. During the plugging process, the violent vibration will occur by the flow field, which can cause serious damage to the pipeline and PIPR. In this paper, we propose a dynamic regulating strategy to reduce the plugging-induced vibration by regulating the spoiler angle and plugging velocity. Firstly, the dynamic plugging simulation and experiment are performed to study the flow field changes during dynamic plugging. And the pressure difference is proposed to evaluate the degree of flow field vibration. Secondly, the mathematical models of pressure difference with plugging states and spoiler angles are established based on the extreme learning machine (ELM) optimized by improved sparrow search algorithm (ISSA). Finally, a modified Q-learning algorithm based on simulated annealing is applied to determine the optimal strategy for the spoiler angle and plugging velocity in real time. The results show that the proposed method can reduce the plugging-induced vibration by 19.9% and 32.7% on average, compared with single-regulating methods. This study can effectively ensure the stability of the plugging process.

In this paper,the interrupted and ruptured creep tests were carried out in a novel second generation single crystal superalloy named DD11 at 1100℃/130 *** alloy exhibited typical creep curve including primary,steady,and tertiary three creep *** microstructural evolution at different stages of the creep were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that theγ′phases transform into rafted structure at the early stage of the steady creep and keep stable during the steady creep *** the creep goes on,the rafted structure further coarsens and the topological inversion *** addition,at the primary creep,the dislocations mainly move in theγmatrix and pile up in theγ/γ′interface since the matrix channels widen *** formation of the regular interfacial dislocation networks occurs at the early stage of the steady *** the low stress,the dominated deformation mechanism during steady creep stage is the climbing of the〈010〉type edge ***,the effect of the deformation mechanism on creep property was discussed in detail.

Tungsten(W) has been received much attention,since it is regarded as one of the most promising plasma facing materials for fusion *** are two typical morphologies of unirradiated polycrystalline W,which have the equiaxed and columnar grains,***,the role of arrangement of grain boundary(GB) in absorbing irradiation-generated point defects is still waiting to be *** current investigation,irradiation-induced void formations in W with equiaxed and columnar microstructures are predicted,respectively,using the developed phase-field *** significant kinetic behavior,such as the generation and annihilation of point defects and the interaction between point defects and GB,is reasonably *** density,size and porosity of void formed in these two microstructures are examined and analyzed according to the effects of GB ratio,temperature and damage *** analytical results show that higher GB ratio can effectively reduce void porosity,and the columnar-grained structure has better irradiation resistance than that of the equiaxed one in the case of small grain *** importantly,the predicted void sizes changed with temperature and damage rate agree well with the experimentally measured *** work has a more beneficial contribution to the microstructural improvement of International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor-grade W.

Four new norditerpenoid heterodimers with different dimerization patterns-namely,trigofragiloids A-C(denoted as compounds 1-3)and(+)-and(-)-trigofragiloid D(compound 4)-and three new phenanthrenone norditerpenoids-namely,trigofragiloids E-G(compounds 5-7)-were isolated from Trigonostemon *** 1 and 2 feature a novel heterodimeric carbon skeleton formed by the conjugation of a tetra-norditerpenoid and an ennea-norditerpenoid;they have been identified as class 2 atropisomers by means of quantum chemical *** 3 is an unprecedented phenylpropanoid-norditerpenoid adduct with a new dimerization ***(+)-and(-)-4 are the first example of S-shaped 1,4-dioxane-fused norditerpenoid *** by the structure elucidation of compound 4,two co-occurring analogues,actephilol A and epiactephilol A,were structurally revised as a pair of geometrical isomers and were identified as two pairs of enantiomers,(+)-and(-)-8 and(+)-and(-)-9,*** structures were characterized using a combined ***,compound 7 exhibits remarkable adenosine triphosphate-citrate lyase(ACLY)inhibition with a halfmaximal inhibition concentration(IC50)value of(0.46±0.11)lmol·L^(-1),as active as the positive control BMS-303141,and a molecular docking study offers deep insight into the interaction between compound 7 and ACLY.

Cell death can be classified into two categories: apoptosis and necrosis. Apoptotic pathway can beeither caspase-dependent or caspase-independent. Caspase-independent cytopathic effect (CPE) has beendescribed. In order to evaluate the pattern of HeLa cell death induced by Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3)and whether apoptosis involves caspase activation, we co-cultivated HeLa cells with CVB3 and detectedthe cytopathic changes, the alteration of mRNA and protein expression of caspase-3 gene plus caspase-3activity, as well as analyzing DNA fragmentation before and after caspase-3 activity inhibition. Accordingto the results, we propose that CVB3 may induce apoptosis and necrosis in HeLa cells, the latter appearingmuch earlier. Caspase-3 is activated at the levels of both transcription and translation, and procaspase-3 isproteolytically cleaved, thus leading to the continuous increasing of both caspase-3 precursor protein and itssubunit. However, besides CPE, apoptosis induced by CVB3 is not a direct consequence of
