摘      要：Dear Editor,Tetralogy of Fallot(TOF)is the most common complex congenital heart *** gene mutations and copy number variants,altered protein function induced by posttranscriptional or translational regulation also contributes to the onset of TOF.1 MiRNAs are short noncoding RNAs that bind to the 3’-UTR of target mRNAs to repress protein ***,the causal link between miRNAs and TOF and the underlying mechanism has not been established.
