One-pot Three-component Reaction for Efficient and Facile Synthesis of γ-Nitrocarbonyl Compounds Under Solvent-free Conditions

A simple and efficient protocol was established to synthesize γ-nitrocarbonyl compounds via three-component one-pot tandem condensation reaction of aldehydes, Meldrum＇s acid and nitroalkanes under solventfree conditions. The present method shows fascinating features such as using readily available starting materials, promoting the yields by inexpensive and mild organic base triethylamine, omiting the synthesis of Michael acceptor and avoiding the use of organic solvent. This strategy provides an easy alternative synthetic approach to the useful intermediate, γ-nitrocarbonyl compounds, with moderate to good yields.

四川省鲜食玉米品种审定现状及特性分析

鲜食玉米因其良好的食用品质和营养价值,受到市场的青睐。通过搜集2014—2023年四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定的鲜食玉米品种数据,对其基本情况和性状特点进行了系统梳理和分析,总结了四川省鲜食玉米品种发展趋势。结果表明:2014—2023年四川省共审定鲜食玉米品种95个,省内科研单位的育种主导优势地位凸显;品种审定数量前期发展缓慢,自2020年起迅速增多,甜加糯玉米逐渐成为主流审定类型;甜玉米籽粒颜色以黄色为主,糯玉米和甜加糯玉米以白色为主色调;审定品种全生育期以85~90 d居多,产量和品质均较对照有所提高,但均有一定的提升空间,高抗玉米主要病害的品种匮乏。针对鲜食玉米品种审定中存在的问题进行了总结,从加快多元化品种培育,强化品种综合抗性,优化审定标准方面提出了建议。

Inulin-type fructan CP-A,a predominant polysaccharide in Codonopsis pilosula,demonstrates regulatory effects on immune activity and *** efficacy of CP-A in treating ulcerative colitis(UC)is,however,not *** study employed an in vitro lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced colonic epithelial cell model(NCM460)and an in vivo dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis mouse model to explore CP-A’s protective effects against experimental colitis and its underlying *** monitored the clinical symptoms in mice using various parameters:body weight,disease activity index(DAI),colon length,spleen weight,and histopathological ***,molecular markers were assessed through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),immunofluorescence(IF),immunohistochemistry(IHC),and Western blotting *** showed that CP-A significantly reduced reactive oxygen species(ROS),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),and interleukins(IL-6,IL-1β,IL-18)in LPS-induced cells while increasing IL-4 and IL-10 levels and enhancing the expression of Claudin-1,ZO-1,and occludin proteins in NCM460 ***,in vivo findings revealed that CPA administration markedly improved DAI,reduced colon shortening,and decreased the production of myeloperoxidase(MPO),malondialdehyde(MDA),ROS,IL-1β,IL-18,and NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome-associated genes/proteins in UC ***-A treatment also elevated glutathione(GSH)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels,stimulated autophagy(LC3B,P62,Beclin-1,and ATG5),and reinforced Claudin-1 and ZO-1 expression,thereby aiding in intestinal epithelial barrier repair in colitis ***,the inhibition of autophagy via chloroquine(CQ)diminished CP-A’s protective impact against colitis in *** findings elucidate that CP-A’s therapeutic effect on experimental colitis possibly involves mitigating intestinal inflammation through autophagymediated N

Soybean is a source of edible oil for humans and provides a third of the vegetable oil consumed *** seed oil content in seeds is thus a key objective in soybean *** the present study,a four-way recombinant inbred line(FW-RIL)population comprising 144 lines,planted in 10 environments,and a germplasm panel of 455 accessions,planted in two environments,were used to collect oil-content ***,59 quantitative trait loci(QTL)were detected in the FW-RIL population by inclusive complete interval mapping on a linkage map consisting of 2232 single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)*** in the FW-RILs,44 quantitative trait nucleotides(QTNs)were detected by association analysis using 109,676 SNP markers and fivemethods of multi-locus genome-wide association ***,77 QTN were detected by association analysis in the germplasm panel using 63,306 *** of the QTL and QTN suggested four QTN controlling oil *** analysis was performed on genes in attenuation regions of these four QTN,and two candidate genes involved in the synthesis or metabolism of soybean oil were *** findings provide useful information about the genetics of oil content and may contribute to its genetic improvement by marker-assisted selection.

Number of pods per plant and number of seeds per pod are quantitative,multigenic traits and important components of yield in soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.].Pods are distributed unevenly in the upper,middle,and lower segments of the plant and this distribution is affected by sowing date(SD).A population of four-way recombinant inbred lines(FW-RIL),containing 160 F2:8 individuals,was generated from the cross(Kenfeng 14×Kenfeng 15)×(Heinong 48×Kenfeng 19).A linkage map consisting of 275 simple sequence repeat(SSR)markers was used to map quantitative trait loci(QTL)associated with the production of one,two,three,and four seeds per pod in the upper,middle,and lower segments of plants at two SDs,totaling 12 measurements per SD.A wide range of variation in the twelve characteristics was observed among the four parental lines and the FW-RIL population at the two *** effect of SD2(May 17,2016)on pod number was stronger than that of SD1(May 7,2016)because the heritability of each trait in the SD1 experiment was generally greater than that of *** study identified 76 QTL controlling pod number,with the phenotypic variation explained by each QTL ranging from 1.86%to 13.71%.The numbers of QTL controlling one,two,three,and four seeds per pod were 28,23,23,and 23,*** were 30,28,and 28 QTL controlling the pod number in the upper,middle,and lower segments of the plant,***-five QTL were identified at SD1 and 38 QTL were identified at *** QTL were associated with pod-number *** QTL qPNA1–3 was associated with the number of pods containing one seed in the middle segment of the plant at both ***-three QTL were published QTL(common areas existed when integrating on a map GmComposite2003 of Wm82 based on left and right markers).and 13 QTL related to pod number were newly *** results provide a reference for breeders to improve soybean yield by combining advantageous alleles for these *** studies may reveal candi

Retinal degeneration is a main class of ocular *** far,retinal progenitor cell(RPC)transplantation has been the most potential therapy for it,in which promoting RPCs neuronal differentiation remains an unmet *** address this issue,innovatively designed L/D-phenylalanine based chiral nanofibers(LPG and DPG)are employed and it finds that chirality of fibers can efficiently regulate RPCs ***,western blot,and immunofluorescence analysis show that right-handed helical DPG nanofibers significantly promote RPCs neuronal differentiation,whereas left-handed LPG nanofibers decrease this *** effects are mainly ascribed to the stereoselective interaction between chiral helical nanofibers and retinol-binding protein 4(RBP4,a key protein in the retinoic acid(RA)metabolic pathway).The findings of chirality-dependent neuronal differentiation provide new strategies for treatment of neurodegenerative diseases via optimizing differentiation of transplanted stem cells on chiral nanofibers.
