In a recent article,1 we have demonstrated a significant difference in the theoretical knowledge of both junior and senior emergency department （ed） medical officers （m0s） from Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, and the Royal Adelaide Hospital （RAH） Adelaide, South Australia, in the management of severely injured trauma patients, when comparing m0s who had completed an ATLS-type program with those who had not undertaken such a program.

Objective:To evaluate the anti-hyperglycemic potential of sinigrin using in *** silico and in riro streptozotocin(STZ) induced hyperglycemic zebrafish ***:The in vitro enzyme inhibition assay was carried out to determine the IC_(50) value against α-glucosidase and α-*** silico molecular docking was performed against both enzymes with PyRx tool and simulations were performed using GROmACS *** was induced in zebrafishes using three intraperitoneal injections on alternating days for one week at 350mg/kg of *** fishes were treated intraperitoncally with 50.100 and 150 mg of sinigrin/kg of body weight for 24 h and glucose levels were ***:The sinigrin showed very strong inhibition against α-glucosidase and α-amylase with 0.248 and0.00124 μm while reference drug acarbose showed IC_(50) value of 73.0700 and 0.0017 μm against α-glucosidase and α-amylase,*** analysis revealed that sinigrin has the mixed type mode of inhibition against α-*** docking results revealed its strong binding affinity with α-glucosidase(-10.00 Kcal/mol) and α-amylase(-8.10 Kcal/mol).Simulations graphs confirmed its stability against both *** hyperglycemic zebrafishes most significant(Peduction of glucose was occurred at150 mg/*** significant reduction of glucose was observed at 100 mg/kg and no any significant reduction of glucose was measured at 50 mg/***:It can be evident from the present results that sinigrin has potent anti-hyperglycemic activity and it may prove to be effective treatment for the hyperglycemia.

To check previous findings of the most common complications among pregnancies with vanishing embryo（VE） in another actual study retropective and in group of patiens with selective embryo reduction （SER） methods We defined vanishing phenomenon as the spontaneous loss of one or more embryos after visualizing heart activity at the first trimester of pregnancy. Selective embryo reduction was performed between 8th-12th pregnancy week, through vaginal punction and aspiration of embryonic mass. Results Vanishing embryo was observed in 86 patients （18.0%）. In 61 patients （70.9%） this phenomenom happened before 9th pregnancy week. The incidence of VE increased with higher number of gestational sacs initially visualized （P〈0.03）. First trimester bleeding was more common among pregnancies with VE than in the control （P〈0.005）. The incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension was lower in pregnancies with VE than in the controls （P〈0.03）. In contrast, preterm spontaneous rupture of membranes was higher, although without statistical significance. Gestational age at delivery, mode of delivery and birth weight was similar in the group of VE and the controls （P=NS）. Conclusion All these informations may be useful in counselling patients on the prognosis and outcome of pregnancies achieved by oocyte donation.

以半胱氨酸为配体合成一种新型亚金配合物NH4Au（Cys）2,对该配合物进行元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热失重分析和导电性测量等理化性质研究;以该亚金配合物为金源开展相关的电镀金工艺探索,并通过四因素三水平的正交试验获得其最佳条件参数;采用扫描电子显微镜（SEm）和X线衍射（XRD）对镀金层的表面质量进行探讨。研究结果表明：该目标产物的分子式为NH4Au（Cys）2·2H2O,该配合物中以半胱氨酸的巯基和金配位为成健特征,在170℃以下热稳定性较好,该亚金配合物是一个典型的离子化合物。在电流密度为200-300 A/m^2,p H为10.5-12.0,温度为35-45℃,金质量浓度为15-25 g/L的电镀工艺条件下,得到粒度为0.5-1.0μm的单质金,且主要沿着（111）面进行生长。

This empirical study focused on investigating the perceived trust surrogated by a number of hy-pothesized factors and its effect on the choice of method of payment. The data were collected using a questionnaire, as the instrument for the primary data collection, with total collected back responses of 214 from customers of markaVIP. Structural equation modeling technique was used to fully analyze the data in order to determine what level of the relationship between the constituting factors of the perceived trust and the method of payment. The main findings were related to confirming the seven main hypotheses of the research that were related to testing if some factors were important to forming perceived trust by customers. Four factors (reputation, security, familiarity, and ease of use) were found to have a positive effect and the remaining three were not (privacy, size and usefulness). In addition, having perceived trust meant no preference to any method of payment by the customers.

Construction of the Antisense Eukaryotic Vector for Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen Gene and Its Expression in Bladder Cancer EJ Cell Line

To explore a novel strategy for antisense gene therapy of cancer,the coding sequence of hum an proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) c DNA was reversely inserted into the eukaryotic vector p L XSN by molecular cloning techniques and transferred into bladder cancer EJcells with li- posome. The PCNA expression in transferred cells was dynamically detected by immunofluo- rescence and RT- PCR techniques. Changes of proliferation activities of cancer cells were assayed by mTT colorim etric and cloning formation m *** the experiment,the antisense eukaryotic vector was successfully constructed and nam ed as p L *** transfection with it for1- 7 days,PCNA protein and m RNA levels in cancer cells were blocked by16 .74 % - 84 .2 1% (Ped cells were inhibited by 2 7.91% - 6 2 .0 7% (Pmation abilities being de- creased by 5 0 .81% (Ped that the in vitro proliferation activities of cancer cells could be effectively inhibited by blocking PCNA expression with antisense technique,which could serve as an ideal strategy for gene therapy of bladder cancer.
