modern medicine is reliant on various medical imaging technologies for non-invasively observing patients’***,the interpretation of medical images can be highly subjective and dependent on the expertise of ***,some potentially useful quantitative information in medical images,especially that which is not visible to the naked eye,is often ignored during clinical *** contrast,radiomics performs high-throughput feature extraction from medical images,which enables quantitative analysis of medical images and prediction of various clinical *** have reported that radiomics exhibits promising performance in diagnosis and predicting treatment responses and prognosis,demonstrating its potential to be a non-invasive auxiliary tool for personalized ***,radiomics remains in a developmental phase as numerous technical challenges have yet to be solved,especially in feature engineering and statistical *** this review,we introduce the current utility of radiomics by summarizing research on its application in the diagnosis,prognosis,and prediction of treatment responses in patients with *** focus on machine learning approaches,for feature extraction and selection during feature engineering and for imbalanced datasets and multi-modality fusion during statistical ***,we introduce the stability,reproducibility,and interpretability of features,and the generalizability and interpretability of ***,we offer possible solutions to current challenges in radiomics research.

Deformation quantization is a powerful tool to deal with systems in noncommutative space to get their energy spectra and corresponding Wigner functions, especially for the ease of both coordinates and momenta being noneommutative. In order to simplify solutions of the relevant .-genvalue equation, we introduce a new kind of Seiberg Witten-like map to change the variables of the noncommutative phase space into ones of a commutative phase space, and demonstrate its role via an example of two-dimensional oscillator with both kinetic and elastic couplings in the noneommutative phase space.

Objective We determined the genetic diversity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis（MTB） in a remote mountainous area of southwest china and evaluated the resolving ability of single nucleotide polymorphism（SNP） genotyping combined with variable number tandem repeat（VNTR） genotyping for Beijing family strains in association with drug resistance *** Three hundred thirty-one MTB strains were isolated from patients living in mountainous regions of southwest china,and 8-loci SNP,VNTR-15 genotyping assays,and drug susceptibility testing of 9 drugs were *** A total of 183 [55.29%（183/331）] strains were classified into the Beijing *** the 183 strains,111（60.66%） were defined as modern Beijing *** most predominant modern Beijing sub-lineage and ancient Beijing sub-lineage were Bmyc10 [39.34%（72/183）] and Bmyc25 [20.77%（38/183）],*** the isolates,19.64%（65/331） were resistant to at least 1 of the 9 anti-TB drugs and 17 [4.98%（17/331）] MTB isolates were multi-drug resistant tuberculosis（MDR-TB）.Two hundred sixty-one isolates showed a clustering rate of 14.18%（37/261） and a discriminatory index of *** Beijing lineage exhibited a significantly higher prevalence of MDR-TB,as well as resistance to isoniazid（INH）,rifampin（RIF）,and para-aminosalicylic acid（PAS） when analyzed independently（P = 0.005,P = 0.017,P = 0.014,and P = 0.006 respectively）.The Beijing lineage was not associated with genetic clustering or resistance to any *** addition,genetic clustering was not associated with drug *** MTB strains demonstrate high genetic diversity in remote mountainous areas of southwest *** strains,especially modern Beijing strains,are predominant in remote mountainous area of *** combination of 8-loci SNPs and VNTR-15 genotyping is a useful tool to study the molecular epidemiology of MTB strains in this area.

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the china Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the china Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

目的探讨规培医生肠易激综合征(IBS)患病情况及危险因素。方法以罗马Ⅳ标准为基础制定问卷调查表,选取306名华北理工大学附属医院规培医生进行问卷调查,了解IBS患病情况,并对危险因素进行分析。结果规培医生IBS总体患病率为18.6%。女性患病率显著高于男性(22.7%vs 11.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年级IBS患病率不同,一年级患病率18.6%,二年级患病率10.3%,三年级患病率26.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素分析显示饮酒、进食辛辣刺激食物、运动、每周工作时间、焦虑、失眠是规培医生IBS患病的影响因素。多因素Logistic回归分析显示饮酒、经常进食辛辣刺激食物、少运动、每周工作时间≥55小时、焦虑是规培医生IBS发病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论规培医生IBS总体患病率较高,女性患病率高于男性,三年级患病率较高,饮酒、经常进食辛辣刺激食物、少运动、每周工作时间≥55小时、焦虑是IBS发病的独立危险因素,应积极采取干预措施,降低规培医生IBS患病率,提高生活质量。

Dear Editor,Weeds are one of the most common biotic stresses causing severe crop yield decline(Jin et al.,2022).Chemical herbicides are an economical and effective method for weed control and are widely used in modern agriculture(Amna et al.,2019).However,the improper use of herbicides can impede crop growth,ultimately leading to reduced crop ***,it is of great significance to develop herbicide-resistant crops to alleviate weed infestations and maintain sustainable crop production.
