Pertussis is an acute and highly contagious respiratory disease caused by Bordetella pertussis(***),which occurs in people of all ages and is most dangerous for young children,especially *** introduction of whole-cell pertussis vaccines(wPVs)in the 1950s dramatically reduced the incidence of pertussis worldwide[1].However,over the past two decades,many studies have reported the resurgence of pertussis in different countries[2].Epidemiological surveillance in Hubei Province over the last 3 years revealed a clear increasing trend in the incidence of pertussis during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.

The incorporation of partial A-site substitution in perovskite oxides represents a promising strategy for precisely controlling the electronic configuration and enhancing its intrinsic catalytic *** methods for A-site substitution typically involve prolonged high-temperature *** these processes promote the development of unique nanostructures with highly exposed active sites,they often result in the uncontrolled configuration of introduced ***,we present a novel approach for synthesizing two-dimensional(2D)porous GdFeO_(3) perovskite with A-site strontium(Sr)substitution utilizing microwave shock *** technique enables precise control of the Sr content and simultaneous construction of 2D porous structures in one step,capitalizing on the advantages of rapid heating and cooling(temperature~1100 K,rate~70 K s^(-1)).The active sites of this oxygen-rich defect structure can be clearly revealed through the simulation of the electronic configuration and the comprehensive analysis of the crystal *** electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction application,the synthesized 2D porous Gd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)FeO_(3) electrocatalyst exhibits an exceptional overpotential of 294 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)and a small Tafel slope of 55.85 mV dec^(-1)in alkaline *** study offers a fresh perspective on designing crystal configurations and the construction of nanostructures in perovskite.

为了制备烟草花叶病毒(TMV)免疫诱抗剂,研究采用壳寡糖、高锰酸钾、内生真菌发酵液、紫外线、银杏叶提取物等试剂处理,筛选出TMV弱毒/无毒株系制备的最优方法,并在室内开展免疫激活效应。结果表明:紫外线、0.1%高锰酸钾溶液、内生真菌发酵液16倍浓缩液、100μg/mL壳寡糖溶液对TMV表现出良好的钝化效果,钝化液对TMV有较高的抑制率。钝化TMV能引起烟草多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)5种防御酶活性显著升高,从而提高烟株对TMV感染的抗性。烟苗和大田烟叶TMV防控试验也证明钝化TMV在烟叶生产中可以作为TMV免疫诱抗剂使用,提高烟株的TMV免疫力和抵抗力。

Coal is a solid combustible mineral,and coal-bearing strata have important hydrocarbon generation potential and contribute to more than 12%of the global hydrocarbon ***,the deposition and hydrocarbon evolution process of ancient coal-bearing strata is characterized by multiple geological times,leading to obvious distinctions in their hydrocarbon generation potential,geological processes,and production,which affect the evaluation and exploration of hydrocarbon resources derived from coaly source rocks *** study aimed to identify the differences on oil-generated parent macerals and the production of oil generated from different coaly source rocks and through different oil generation *** with the analysis of previous tectonic burial history and hydrocarbon generation history,high-temperature and high-pressure thermal simulation experiments,organic geochemistry,and organic petrology were performed on the Carboniferous-Permian(C-P)coaly source rocks in the Huanghua Depression,Bohai Bay *** oil-generated parent macerals of coal's secondary oil generation process(SOGP)were mainly hydrogen-rich collotelinite,collodetrinite,sporinite,and cutinite,while the oil-generated parent macerals of tertiary oil generation process(TOGP)were the remaining small amount of hydrogen-rich collotelinite,sporinite,and cutinite,as well as dispersed soluble organic matter and unexhausted residual *** with coal,the oil-generated parent macerals of coaly shale SOGP were mostly sporinite and *** part of hydrogen-poor vitrinite,lacking hydrocarbon-rich macerals,and macerals of the TOGP,in addition to some remaining cutinite and a small amount of crude oil and bitumen from SOGP contributed to the oil *** results indicated that the changes in oil yield had a good junction between SOGP and TOGP,both coal and coaly shale had higher SOGP aborted oil yield than TOGP starting yield,and coaly shale TOGP peak oil yield was low

Background：It has been demonstrated that only 10%-20% cigarette smokers finally suffer chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）.The underlying mechanism of development remains uncertain so *** oxide （NO） has been found to be closely associated with the pathogenesis of COPD,the alteration of NO synthase （NOS） expression need to be *** study aimed to investigate the alterations of NOS isoforms expressions between smokers with and without COPD,which might be helpful for identifying the susceptibility of smokers developing into ***：Peripheral lung tissues were obtained from 10 nonsmoker control subjects,15 non-COPD smokers,and 15 smokers with *** NOS （nNOS）,inducible NOS （iNOS）,and endothelial NOS （eNOS） mRNA and protein levels were measured in each sample by using real-time polymerase chain reaction and Westem ***：INOS mRNA was significantly increased in patients with COPD compared with nonsmokers and smokers with normal lung function （P 〈 0.001,P =0.001,respectively）.iNOS protein was also higher in COPD patients than nonsmokers and smokers with normal lung function （P 〈 0.01 and P =0.01,respectively）.However,expressions ofnNOS and eNOS did not differ among nonsmokers,smokers with and without ***,there was a negative correlation between iNOS protein level and lung function parameters forced expiratory volume in 1 s （FEV1）（% predicted）（r =-0.549,P =0.001） and FEV1/forced vital capacity （%,r =-0.535,P =0.001）.Conclusions：The expression of iNOS significantly increased in smokers with COPD compared with that in nonsmokers or smokers without *** results suggest that iNOS might be involved in the pathogenesis of COPD,and may be a potential marker to identify the smokers who have more liability to suffer COPD.

Tin-based materials with high theoretical capacity and suitable working voltage are ideal anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs). However, to overcome their shortcomings(volume expansion and inferior stability), the preparation processes are usually complicated and expensive. Herein, a tin-based metal-organic complex(tin 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, Sn-BDC)with one-dimensional microbelt morphology is synthesized by a facile, rapid and low-cost co-precipitation method, and served as anode material for LIBs without any post-treatment. Sn-BDC exhibits a high reversible capacity with609/440 m Ah·g^(-1) at 50/2000 m A·g^(-1), and robust cycling stability of 856 m Ah·g^(-1) after 200 cycles at 200 m A·g^(-1),which are obviously superior to that of the Sn Ox/C counterparts. Moreover, an electrochemical reconstruction perspective on the lithium storage mechanism of Sn-BDC is proposed by systematic ex-situ characterizations. The reconstructed SnO_(2) replaces Sn-BDC and becomes the active material in the subsequent cycles. As the by-product of the lithiation reaction, the formed Li-based metal-organic complex(Li-BDC, wrapped around the reconstructed SnO_(2)) plays an important role in alleviating volume expansion and accelerating the charge transfer *** work is beneficial to design and construct the new electrode materials based on the electrochemical reconstruction for advanced LIBs.

Two-dimensional(2 D) hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites(HOIPs) have recently gained tremendous interest because of their unique features in contrast to three-dimensional counterparts and traditional 2 D materials. However, although some 2 D HOIP ferroelectrics have been achieved, the issue of toxic Pb and uniaxial nature impede their further application. Herein, for the first time, we report a lead-free 2 D HOIP multiaxial ferroelectric, [3,3-difluorocyclobutylammonium]2CuCl4(1), which shows four ferroelectric axes and eight equivalent polarization directions, more than those of the other 2 D HOIP ferroelectrics and even the inorganic perovskite ferroelectric BaTiO3(three ferroelectric axes and six equivalent polarization directions). 1 also features a high Curie temperature of 380 K and exhibits remarkable thermochromism of color change from green-yellow to dark brown. To our knowledge, 1 is the first multiaxial lead-free2 D HOIP ferroelectric. This work sheds light on the exploration of better lead-free 2 D HOIP ferroelectrics.

GC/MS Analysis of Fractional Extraction of Fusain from Tongting Bituminous Coal in CS_2

Fusain from Tongting (Huaibei, Anhui Province) bituminous (FTTB) coal was fractionally extracted using Soxhlet extractor with CS2. Then the extracts were analyzed with GC/MS. Comparison of experimental data between FTTB coal and clarain from Tongting bituminous (CTTB) coal was carried out. The results show that the kinds of small molecule components detected by GC/MS of FTTB are less than those of CTTB. Long-chain alkanes exist mostly in the extracts of fusain. Macromolecular networks are predominant in the FTTB coal mainly composed of inertinite in the coal petrography. The size of micropores in the FTTB coal is relatively small, and the development of micropores is relatively low. Thus the content of aromatic compounds with affinity for micropores is relative low in FTTB, while the content of long-chain alkanes with affinity for macromolecule networks is relatively high. Sub-components in exinite determine the distribution of long-chain alkanes extracted in the last stage. Odd-numbered carbon distribution appears when resin is most in exinite, while high carbon alkane distribution appears when exinite is dominant in cutinite. Small aromatic molecules are firstly packed in micropores, and exist in a free state after micropores are saturated.

研究网络攻击下一般线性多智能体系统的动态事件触发一致性问题.考虑多智能体系统在受到网络攻击后,被攻击节点的状态会改变,导致与其相应的连接无法工作,设计修复策略恢复被攻击节点及其相应的连接,给出网络攻击下分布式事件触发控制协议.在静态事件触发机制基础上,通过引入动态阈值参数,提出动态事件触发机制.进一步,利用图论、线性矩阵不等式和李雅普诺夫函数方法,给出网络攻击下实现多智能体系统一致性的充分条件,并证明在所提出的动态事件触发条件下,能够有效避免芝诺行为.最后,通过仿真例子来验证理论结果的有效性.

Ultrathin AgPt alloy nanowires as a high-performance electrocatalyst for formic acid oxidation

To address the insufficient electrocatalytic activity and stability of formic acid oxidation reaction （FAOR） electrocatalysts, as well as their high cost, we herein demonstrate the facile hydrothermal synthesis of ultrathin AgPt alloy nanowires using amine-terminated poly（N-isopropylacrylamide）（PNIPAM-NH2） as a structure-directing agent. The initial generation of AgC1 precipitates, subsequent formation of AgPt nanoparticles, and their oriented attachment account for the formation of ultrathin AgPt alloy nanowires. Benefiting from their unique one-dimensional （1D） anisotropy and alloyed composition, the prepared ultrathin AgPt nanowires exhibit a superior electrocatalytic activity and better CO tolerance for the FAOR, reaching a 1.6-fold and 3.7-fold higher specific current density than AgPt nanoparticles and a commercial Pt black catalyst, respectively. Additionally, the ultrathin AgPt alloy nanowires manifest a superior electrochemical stability and structural robustness during electrocatalysis, making them a promising FAOR electrocatalyst. This work not only provides a reliable strategy for the synthesis of noble metal-based ultrathin nanowires, but also opens an avenue towards the rational des ign of efficient electrocatalysts for fuel cell systems.
