Silicon(Si)has mild discharge potential and high theoretical capacity,making it a highly desirable material for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Nevertheless,the excessive volume expansion,poor ion/electron conductiv ity and unstable solid electrolyte interface(SEI)hinde practical application to ***,the metallic antimony(Sb)stabilized porous Si(SiDSb)composite was prepared by magnesiothermic reduction of Sb_(2)O_(3)and Mg_(2)Si and chemical etching to remove the by-product of *** highly conductive Sb nanodots embedded in the Si liga ments promote not only the formation of conductive and stable LiF-rich SEI,but also the electron/ion transpor ability of *** to the outstanding bulk/interface stability,excellent conductivity,as well as ideal porous structure,the SiDSb electrode demonstrates a capacity of820 mAh·g^(-1)after undergoing 320 turns at 1000 mA·g^(-1).Additionally,it exhibits a stable capacity of 675 m Ah·g^(-1)when tested at a higher current density of 5000 m A·g^(-1).The results reveal a viable solution to solve three problems at the same time,namely the poor conductivity,inferior SEI and excessive volume expansion of Si,boding well for the design of Si-based materials for high-energy LIBs.

目的探讨气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定盐酸普罗帕酮原料药中基因毒性杂质环氧氯丙烷的可行性。方法选用VF-624 ms(Agilent,30 m×0.25 mm,1.4μm)毛细管色谱柱,以高纯氦为载气,柱流量为1.5 ml/min,分流比为5∶1,程序升温法;离子源温度为230℃,接口温度260℃,溶剂延迟时间2.0 min;选择离子监测(SIM),定量离子质荷比(m/z)为57。结果环氧氯丙烷在4~128 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 8;检测限为0.4 ng/ml;定量限为1.1 ng/ml;进样精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)值为1.9%;低、中、高3个浓度水平平均加样回收率为88%~95%。结论该方法简便高效,专属性好,灵敏度高,实用性强,适用于测定盐酸普罗帕酮中环氧氯丙烷的残留量。

目的:探讨预后营养指数(PNI)和HALP评分与中晚期前列腺癌病人预后的关系。方法:纳入2013年至2018年3所综合性三级医院收治的中晚期前列腺癌病人168例,回顾病人病历资料,随访总生存时间(OS)和无进展生存时间(PFS),采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)曲线计算PNI和HALP评分预测病人预后的曲线下面积(AUC)和最佳截断值,Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,Log-rank检验和Cox回归分析病人OS和PFS的影响因素。结果:随访时间55(38.5,63)个月,随访期内死亡87例(51.79%),中位总生存时间和中位无进展生存时间分别为50个月和45个月,3年OS和PFS生存率分别为72.02%和64.29%。PNI和HALP评分预测病人预后的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.912和0.828,最佳截断值分别为46.30和31.64(P<0.05)。多因素Cox回归显示:PNI<46.3、HALP评分<31.64和年龄≥60岁是病人OS的危险因素,其HR(95%CI)分别为6.016(3.273~11.056)、2.537(1.531~4.205)和1.776(1.221~2.967),P<0.05;AJCC分期Ⅳ期、PNI<46.30和HALP<31.64均是病人PFS的危险因素,HR(95%CI)分别为2.777(1.381~5.419)、5.940(3.245~10.872)和2.481(1.498~4.109),P<0.05。结论:PNI和HALP评分可预测中晚期前列腺癌病人预后。

In ophthalmology,the quality of fundus images is critical for accurate diagnosis,both in clinical practice and in artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted *** the broad view provided by ultrawide-field(UWF)imaging,pseudocolor images may conceal critical lesions necessary for precise *** address this,we introduce UWF-Net,a sophisticated image enhancement algorithm that takes disease characteristics into *** the fudan University ultra-wide-field image(FDUWI)dataset,which includes 11294 Optos pseudocolor and 2415 Zeiss true-color UWF images,each of which is rigorously annotated,UWF-Net combines global style modeling with feature-level lesion *** consistency loss is also applied to maintain fundus feature integrity,significantly improving image *** and qualitative evaluations demonstrated that UWF-Net outperforms existing methods such as contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization(CLAHE)and structure and illumination constrained generative adversarial network(StillGAN),delivering superior retinal image quality,higher quality scores,and preserved feature details after *** disease classification tasks,images enhanced by UWF-Net showed notable improvements when processed with existing classification systems over those enhanced by StillGAN,demonstrating a 4.62%increase in sensitivity(SEN)and a 3.97%increase in accuracy(ACC).In a multicenter clinical setting,UWF-Net-enhanced images were preferred by ophthalmologic technicians and doctors,and yielded a significant reduction in diagnostic time((13.17±8.40)s for UWF-Net enhanced images vs(19.54±12.40)s for original images)and an increase in diagnostic accuracy(87.71%for UWF-Net enhanced images vs 80.40%for original images).Our research verifies that UWF-Net markedly improves the quality of UWF imaging,facilitating better clinical outcomes and more reliable AI-assisted disease *** clinical integration of UWF-Net holds great

目的建立液相色谱法测定洛索洛芬钠含量的方法并对其进行方法学研究。方法采用液相色谱法,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(600∶400∶1∶1)为流动相,等度洗脱,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长222 nm。结果洛索洛芬钠浓度在30~78μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 99),重复性、中间精密度、准确性及耐用性均满足要求,检测限为0.012μg/ml,定量限为0.048μg/ml。结论该方法适用性较强,耐用性好,灵敏度高,可用于洛索洛芬钠原料药含量测定,洛索洛芬钠片及胶囊溶出度、含量均匀度及含量测定等项目分析。

Elevating photoluminescence properties of Y_(3)MgAl_(3)SiO_(12):Ce^(3+)transparent ceramics for high-power white lighting

Compared with Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12):Ce^(3+),Y3MgAl3SiO12:Ce^(3+)(YMASG:Ce^(3+))reveals great potential for highpower white lighting with red-shift ***,YMASG:Ce^(3+)transparent ceramics were explored to be synthesized in the air following hot isostatic pressure(HIP)treatment to obtain tunable and optimized optical *** phase purity,microstructure,transmittance,and photoluminescence of YMASG:Ce^(3+)ceramics were *** emission peak of YMASG:Ce^(3+)transparent ceramic can be tuned from 573 to 592 nm with the variation of Ce^(3+)doping *** should be noted that this YMASG:0.2 at%Ce^(3+)transparent ceramic with emission peak at 579 nm under 450 nm excitation exhibits the highest internal/external quantum efficiency(72%/65%).The white LED device using YMASG:0.2 at%Ce^(3+)transparent ceramic with a 0.4 mm thickness demonstrates a luminous efficiency(LE)of 106 lm/W,correlated color temperature of 3158 K,and color coordinate(0.3933,0.3265).Thermal stability can be significantly imporoved by the incorporation of Lu^(3+)in YMASG transparent ceramic,and the Y3-yLuyMgAl3SiO12:0.2 at/Ce^(3+)(y=0-2.5)transparent ceramics were *** highest thermal stability(88%@150℃of the integrated emission intensity at 25℃)can be achieved wheny=*** maximum LE of 154 Im/W can be obtained from Y_(0.5)Lu_(2.5)MgAl_(3)SiO_(12):0.2 at%Ce^(3+)transparent *** results indicate that YMASG:Ce^(3+)transparent ceramics with optimized properties can be regarded as an encouraging candidate for highpower white lighting.

脑小血管病认知功能障碍(CSVD-VCI)是在脑小血管病基础上,引起认知功能受损的一类临床综合征。近年来,随着人口老龄化的加速,CSVD-VCI的发病率逐年上升,早诊断早治疗对该病的防治具有重要意义。CSVD-VCI属于中医学健忘、痴呆的范畴,中医学认为其病机涉及虚、痰、瘀、毒等多种因素,可分为脏腑亏虚型、痰瘀阻络型、毒损脑络型等主要证候类型。中医通过辨证论治在该病的治疗中发挥着重要作用,并取得显著进展,本文就CSVD-VCI的病因病机、辨证分型以及近年来中药单药、复方治疗该病的动物实验和临床研究展开综述,为中医药治疗CSVD-VCI提供参考依据。
