肝气郁滞、络气失和是高血压病的重要病机,肝气郁滞、络气失和证是高血压病的常见证型,临床多见于高血压病早期,患者血压多不稳定,常受精神情绪因素影响。结合现代研究,其证候表现的内在微观机制与血管内皮功能障碍、同型半胱氨酸水平升高、交感神经系统过度兴奋、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统过度激活、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴过度激活、性激素代谢紊乱、β-内啡肽水平降低等密切相关。治疗宜以疏肝理气、解郁畅络为法,方选四逆散或柴胡疏肝散加减。

框式信息设备的网口辐射发射日益重要和复杂。文章以机框、网口变压器、印制电路板(PCB)及散热器等关键框式设备作为输入建立了完整的电磁模型,采用CST仿真分析了该模型在宽带内的辐射发射,并与实际测试值进行了比对,结果显示在工作频点仿真与测试一致。分析了辐射信号类型、PCB布局以及散热器接地与否对辐射发射能量的影响,并基于电磁辐射理论给出解释和布局指导。结果表明:共模信号较差模信号明显提高,在808 MHz辐射增强约20 dB以上;散热器接地明显降低辐射发射,比未接地时底部耦合场强降低15 dB以上;强辐射信号底部建议敷设地层以降低辐射。为产品风险快速评估及方案迭代优化提供了参考。

Genome-wide analysis of heat shock transcription factor families in rice and Arabidopsis

The heat shock transcription factors （HSFs） are the major heat shock factors regulating the heat stress response. They participate in regulating the expression of heat shock proteins （HSPs）, which are critical in the protection against stress damage and many other important biological processes. Study of the HSF gene family is important for understanding the mechanism by which plants respond to stress. The completed genome sequences of rice （Oryza sativa） and Arabidopsis （Arabidopsis thaliana） constitute a valuable resource for comparative genomic analysis, as they are representatives of the two major evolutionary lineages within the angiosperms： the monocotyledons and the dicotyledons. The identification of phylogenefic relationships among HSF proteins in these species is a fundamental step to unravel the functionality of new and yet uncharacterized genes belonging to this *** this study, the full complement of HSF genes in rice and Arabidopsis has probably been identified through the genome-wide scan. Phylogenetic analyses resulted in the identification of three major clusters of orthologous genes that contain members belonging to both species, which must have been represented in their common ancestor before the taxonomic splitting of the angiosperms. Fttrther analysis of the phylogenetic tree reveals a possible dicot specific gene group. We also identified nine pairs of paralogs, as evidence for studies on the evolution history of rice HSF family and rice genome evolution. Expression data analysis indicates that HSF proteins are widely expressed in plants. These results provide a solid base for future functional genomic studies of the HSF gene family in rice and Arabidopsis.

Genetic mutants of voltage-gated sodium channels(VGSCs)are considered to be responsible for the increasing number of epilepsy *** research has indicated that mutations of one of the VGSC genes,SCN9A(Navl.7),result in febrile seizures and Dravet syndrome in *** these recent efforts,the electrophysiological basis of SCN9A mutations remains ***,we performed a genetic screen of patients with febrile seizures and identified a novel missense mutation of SCN9A(W1150R).Electrophysiological characterization of different SCN9A mutants in HEK293T cells,the previously-reported N641Y and K655R variants,as well as the newly-found W1150R variant,revealed that the current density of the W1150R and N641Y variants was significantly larger than that of the wild-type(WT)*** time constants of recovery from fast inactivation of the N641Y and K655R variants were markedly lower than in the WT *** W1150R variant caused a negative shift of the G-V curve in the voltage dependence of steady-state *** mutants displayed persistent currents larger than the WT *** addition,we found that oxcarbazepine(OXC),one of the antiepileptic drugs targeting VGSCs,caused a significant shift to more negative potential for the activation and inactivation in WT and mutant ***-induced inhibition of currents was weaker in the W1150R variant than in the ***,with administering OXC the time constant of the N641Y variant was longer than those of the other two SCN9A *** all,our results indicated that the point mutation W1150R resulted in a novel gain-of-function *** findings indicated that SCN9A mutants contribute to an increase in seizure,and show distinct sensitivity to OXC.

The accessory β1 subunits,regulating the pharmacological and biophysical properties of BK channels,always undergo post-translational modifications,especially the *** date,it remains elusive whether the glycosylation contributes to the regulation of BK channels by β1 ***,we combined the electrophysiological approach with molecular mutations and biochemical manipulation to investigate the function roles of glycosylation in β1 *** results show that deglycosylation of β1 subunits through double-site mutations(β1 N80 A/N142 A or β1 N80 Q/N142 Q) or exerting N-glycosidase significantly increase the inhibitory potency of iberiotoxin,a specific BK channel *** channels also have a different sensitivity to martentoxin,another specific modulator of BK ***’s more,the deglycosylated forms of BK channels were activated at a faster speed than glycosylated *** present work reveals that N-glycosylation is an indispensable determinant of the modulation of β1-subunits on BK channel pharmacology and its *** loss of N-glycosylation on β1 subunits could lead to the dysfunction of BK channel and result in a pathological state.

The Insight-Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope(Insight-HXMT) is a broadband X-ray and γ-ray(1-3000 ke V) astronomy satellite. One of its three main telescopes is the High Energy X-ray telescope(HE). The main detector plane of HE comprises 18 Na I(Tl)/Cs I(Na) phoswich detectors, where Na I(Tl) is used as the primary detector to measure ~ 20-250 ke V photons incident from the field of view(FOV) defined by collimators, and Cs I(Na) is used as the active shielding detector to Na I(Tl) by pulse shape discrimination. Additionally, Cs I(Na) is used as an omnidirectional γ-ray monitor. The HE collimators have a diverse FOV,i.e. 1.1°×5.7°(15 units), 5.7°×5.7°(2 units), and blocked(1 unit). Therefore, the combined FOV of HE is approximately5.7°×5.7°. Each HE detector has a diameter of 190 mm resulting in a total geometrical area of approximately 5100 cm2, and the energy resolution is ~15% at 60 ke V. For each recorded X-ray event by HE, the timing accuracy is less than 10 μs and the deadtime is less than 10 μs. HE is used for observing spectra and temporal variability of X-ray sources in the 20-250 ke V band either by pointing observations for known sources or scanning observations to unveil new sources. Additionally, HE is used for monitoring the γ-ray burst in 0.2-3 Me V band. This paper not only presents the design and performance of HE instruments but also reports results of the on-ground calibration experiments.

针对研究单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分子生物实验的特点和需求,利用Java技术开发一套基于SNP实验流程的,并且集成TaqMan、Sequencing、Illumina 3个实验平台数据的实验室信息管理系统。系统为B/S体系,采用基于MVC(Model-View-Con- troller)模式的J2EE架构,层次清晰、界面友好、使用方便、支持多用户同时在线操作,且可跨操作系统平台(Windows/Linux/ Unix)运行。本文简要介绍系统的设计思路、体系架构、实现过程和主要功能。本系统实现了实验室数据的收集、存储、整合、查询,提高实验室的工作效率和管理水平,可为今后分子生物学、化学、医学以及其他实验学科的实验室信息管理系统的建设提供参考。

化学链燃烧(CLC)被认为是最有前途的碳捕集利用和封存技术之一,其成本是走向商业应用必须考虑的一个重要因素,但目前尚无对CLC燃煤发电技术进行成本变化预测的相关研究。对CLC燃煤电站(2×350 MW)进行技术经济性分析,得到CLC改造电站的发电成本为419.595元/MWh,二氧化碳减排成本和碳捕集成本分别为96.142、85.847元/t(以CO_(2)计,下同)。为预测CLC燃煤电站的投资成本变化趋势,提出一种新的学习速率模型并获得双因子学习曲线。然后考虑基准、高速、低速3种技术发展情景,对CLC技术的中长期成本进行预测。结果显示,随着累计装机容量和研发投入的增加,发电成本将逐步下降。基准情景下CLC电站的发电成本可下降至311.767元/MWh,降幅在100元/MWh以上;高速情景下CLC电站的单位投资成本降至2593.789元/kW,接近传统燃煤电站水平,发电成本降至202.689元/MWh,与常规CFB电站相比成本优势明显。
