Effect of 2–6 at.% Mo addition on microstructural evolution of Ti-44Al alloy

In order to understand the effect of Mo alloying on the microstructural evolution of TiAl alloy, the as-cast microstructure, heat treated microstructure characteristic, and hot compression microstructure evolution of Ti-44Al alloy have been studied in this work. The as-cast microstructure morphology changes from （γ＋α2） lamellar colony and β/β0＋γ mixture structure to β/β0 phase matrix widmannstatten structure, when Mo content increases from 2 at.% to 6 at.%. Affected by the relationship between β phase and α90℃phase, the angles between the lamellar orientation and the block β/β0 phase are roughly at 0℃, 45℃ and 90℃. comparing with heat treatment microstructure, the hot compression microstructure contains less β/β0 phase, however, theβ/β0 phase containing 2Mo alloy and 3Mo alloy hot compressed at 1275 ℃ has the inverse tendency. Effect of Substrate Bias on Microstructure and Properties of Tetrahedral Amorphous carbon Films

Field experiments were conducted at Taigu,Shanxi province,to evaluate the efficacy of flumioxazin plus acetochlor and flumiclorac-pentyl plus clethodim applied preemergence and postemergence in summer-sowing *** showed that tank-mixing flumioxazin at 50g ai/ha and acetochlor at 800g ai/ha was an effective soilapplied herbicide for weed control in *** control efficacy was better than applied alone,and no injury was found to soybean and the following crop wheat. Flumiclorac-pentyl at 50g ai/ha plus clethodim at 70g ai/ha could suppress both broadleaf weeds and grass weeds with an efficacy of more than 90%.Flumicloracpentyl applied alone or incorporated caused some injury to soybean seedlings,but soybean recovered 2-3 weeks after treatment and no affect was found to the yield.

＜正＞The microstructure and properties of tetrahedral amorphous carbon （ta-c） films deposited by the filtered cathodic vacuum arc technology has been investigated by visible Raman spectroscopy, AFM and Nano-indentor. The Raman spectra have been fitted with a single skewed Lorentzian lineshape described by BWF function defining coupling coefficient, which characterizes the degree of asymmetry and is correlated with the sp3 content. When the substrate bias is -80 V, the sp3 content is the most and simultaneously the coupling coefficient is the least, following with the minimum root mean square surface roughness （Rq=0.23 nm） and the highest hardness （51.49 GPa）, Young’s modulus （512.39 GPa）, and critical scratching load （11.72 mN）. As the substrate bias is increased or decreased, the sp3 content and other properties lower correspondingly.

A high-temperature reduction roasting method was used to achieve metallic iron and zinc recovery from blast furnace gas ash(BFA).The reduction processes for Zn-containing and Fe-containing oxides were analyzed in detail by using ther-modynamic equilibrium calculation and the principle of minimum free *** results showed that the main reaction in the system is the reduction of ZnFe_(2)_(4)and iron *** the full temperature range,iron oxides were more easily reduced than zinc *** of the amount of cO contained in the system,the reduction of ZnO to Zn was difficult to proceed below the boiling point(906℃)of *** the reduction temperature is below 906℃,the reduction process of zinc ferrate was ZnFe_(2)_(4)→ZnO;when the reduction temperature is above 906℃,its reduction process becomed ZnFe_(2)_(4)→ZnO→Zn(g).The metallization and dezincification rates of the BFA gradually increased with increasing reaction *** the c/O ratio increased,the metallization and dezincification rates first increased and then *** effect of reduction time on BFA reduction was similar to that of reaction temperature.

In this study,interconnected porous Mg-2Zn-xY alloys with different phase compositions were prepared by various Y additions(x=0.4,3,and 6 wt.%)to adjust the compressive properties and energy absorption *** characterization methods were then applied to identify the microstructure of the porous Mg-Zn-Y and describe the details of the second *** tests were performed at room temperature(RT),200℃,and 300℃to study the impact of the Y addition and testing temperature on the compressive properties of the porous *** experimental results showed that a high Y content promotes a microstructure refinement and increases the volume fraction of the second *** the Y content increases,different Mg-Zn-Y ternary phases appear:I-phase(Mg_(3)Zn_(6)Y),W-phase(Mg_(3)Zn_(3)Y_(2)),and LPSO phase(Mg_(12)ZnY).When the Y content ranges between 0.4%and 6%,the compressive strength increases from 6.30MPa to 9.23 MPa,and the energy absorption capacity increases from 7.33 Mj/m^(3)to 10.97 Mj/m^(3)at RT,which is mainly attributed to the phase composition and volume fraction of the second ***,the average energy absorption efficiency is independent of the Y *** addition,the compressive deformation behaviors of the porous Mg-Zn-Y are altered by the testing *** compressive strength and energy absorption capacity of the porous Mg-Zn-Y decrease due to the softening effect of the high temperature on the *** deformation behaviors at different temperatures are finally observed to reflect the failure mechanisms of the struts.

The widespread adoption of lithium-ion batteries has been driven by the proliferation of portable electronic devices and electric vehicles,which have increasingly stringent energy density *** metal batteries(LMBs),with their ultralow reduction potential and high theoretical capacity,are widely regarded as the most promising technical pathway for achieving high energy density *** this review,we provide a comprehensive overview of fundamental issues related to high reactivity and migrated interfaces in ***,we propose improved strategies involving interface engineering,3D current collector design,electrolyte optimization,separator modification,application of alloyed anodes,and external field regulation to address these *** utilization of solid-state electrolytes can significantly enhance the safety of LMBs and represents the only viable approach for advancing *** review also encompasses the variation in fundamental issues and design strategies for the transition from liquid to solid *** noteworthy is that the introduction of SSEs will exacerbate differences in electrochemical and mechanical properties at the interface,leading to increased interface inhomogeneity—a critical factor contributing to failure in all-solidstate lithium metal *** on recent research works,this perspective highlights the current status of research on developing high-performance LMBs.

Hydrogen embrittlement of pipelines depends on the hydrogen-induced cracking behavior of the pipeline steel *** on molecular dynamics analysis,the ferrite–cementite(α-Fe/Fe3c)lamellar atomic structure with the Bagaryatskii orientation relationship was established,and stepwise relaxation of the conjugate gradient energy minimization and constant-temperature and constant-pressure relaxation were performed under NPT(the isothermal–isobaric)*** mechanical property curves of theα-Fe/Fe3c models were obtained under different cementite terminal plane structures,and the evolution of the atomic structure was analyzed in *** addition,the influence of different hydrogen concentrations,different temperatures,different strain rates,changes in voids,and different micro-degrees of freedom on the deformation and failure mechanism of the model was investigated,aiming to provide a reliable way to explore the micro-mechanism of macro-cracking behavior of pipeline steel.

A novel X-shaped variable stiffness vibration isolator(X-VSVI)is *** Runge-Kutta method,harmonic balance method,and wavelet transform spectra are introduced to evaluate the performance of the X-VSVI under various *** layer number,the installation angle of the X-shaped structure,the stiffness,and the active control parameters are systematically *** addition,a prototype of the X-VSVI is manufactured,and vibration tests are carried *** results show that the proposed X-VSVI has a superior adaptability to that of a traditional X-shaped mechanism,and shows excellent vibration isolation performance in response to different amplitudes and forms of ***,the vibration isolation efficiency of the device can be improved by appropriate adjustment of parameters.
