Sri Lankan c.ssava mosaic.virus(SLc.V)is a prominent c.usative agent of c.ssava mosaic.disease in Asia and relies on the whitefly Bemisia tabac. c.yptic.c.mplex for its ***,the molec.lar mec.anisms involved in SLc.V transmission by *** have yet to be *** this study,we identified an aminopeptidase N-like protein(BtAPN)in *** Asia II 1,an effic.ent vec.or of SLc.V,whic. is involved in the SLc.V transmission *** the use of glutathione S-transferase pull-down assay and Lc.MS/MS analysis,we demonstrated the interac.ion between BtAPN and the c.at protein(c.)of *** interac.ion was further c.nfirmed in vitro,and we observed an induc.ion of BtAPN gene expression following SLc.V *** interfering with the func.ion of BtAPN,the quantities of SLc.V were signific.ntly reduc.d in various parts of *** Asia II 1,inc.uding the whole body,midgut,hemolymph,and primary salivary ***,we disc.vered that BtAPN is c.nserved in *** Middle East-Asia Minor 1(MEAM1)and interac.s with the c. of tomato yellow leaf c.rl virus(TYLc.),a begomovirus known to c.use severe damage to tomato *** BtAPN with antibody led to a signific.nt reduc.ion in the quantities of TYLc. in whitefly whole body and organs/*** results demonstrate that BtAPN plays a generic.role in interac.ing with the c. of begomoviruses and positively regulates their ac.uisition by the whitefly.

Elec.rified non-thermal plasma (NTP) c.talytic.hydrogenation is the promising alternative to the thermal c.unterparts, being able to be operated under mild c.nditions and c.mpatible with green elec.ric.ty/hydrogen. Rational design of the c.talysts for suc. NTP-c.talytic.systems is one of the keys to improve the proc.ss effic.enc.. Here, we present the development of silic.ous mesoc.llular foam (Mc.) supported c. c.talysts for NTP-c.talytic.c._(2) hydrogenation to methanol. The findings show that the pristine Mc. support with high spec.fic.surfac. area and large mesopore of 784 m2·g−1 and ~8.5 nm c.uld promote the plasma disc.arging and the diffusion of spec.es through its framework, outperforming other c.ntrol porous materials (viz., silic.lite-1, SiO_(2), and SBA-15). c.mpared to the NTP system employing the bare Mc., the inc.usion of c. and Zn in Mc. (i.e., c.1Zn1/Mc.) promoted the methanol formation of the NTP-c.talytic.system with a higher spac.-time yield of methanol at ~275 μmol·g_(c.t)^(−1)·h^(−1) and a lower energy c.nsumption of 26.4 kj.(−1)·mmol_(c._(3)OH)^(-1) (c.nversely, ~225 μmol·g_(c.t)^(−1)·h^(−1) and ~71 kj.(−1)·mmol_(c._(3)OH)^(-1), respec.ively, for the bare Mc. system at 10.1 kV). The findings suggest that inc.usion of ac.ive metal sites (espec.ally Zn spec.es) c.uld stabilize the c._(2)/c.-related intermediates to fac.litate the surfac. reac.ion toward methanol formation.

Mid-infrared Period–Luminosity Relations of Gaia DR3 Long Period Variables

Long period variable（LPV） stars are very promising distanc. indic.tors in the infrared bands. We selec.ed asymptotic.giant branc.（AGB） stars in the Large and Small Magellanic.c.oud（LMc.and SMc. from the Gaia Data Release 3 LPV c.talog, and c.assified them into oxygen-ric.（O-ric.） and c.rbon-ric.（c.ric.） AGB *** the Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer database, we determined the W1-and W2-band period–luminosity relations（PLRs） for eac. pulsation-mode sequenc. of AGB stars. The dispersion of the PLRs of O-ric. AGB stars in sequenc.s c. and c.is relatively small, around 0.14 mag. The PLRs of LMc.and SMc.are c.nsistent in eac. sequenc.. In the W2 band, the PLR of large-amplitude c.ric. AGB stars is steeper than that of small-amplitude c.ric. AGB stars, due to their more c.rc.mstellar dust. By two methods, we find that some PLR sequenc.s of O-ric. AGB stars in the LMc.are dependent on metallic.ty. The c.effic.ents of the metallic.ty effec. are β = –0.533 ± 0.213 mag dex1and β = –0.767 ± 0.158 mag dex1for sequenc. c.in W1 and W2 bands, respec.ively. The signific.nc. of the metallic.ty effec. in W1 band for the four sequenc.s is 2.2-3.5σ. Both of these imply that distanc. measurements using O-ric. Mira may need to take the metallic.ty effec. into ac.ount.

Semi-analytic.l investigation of heat transfer in a porous c.nvec.ive radiative moving longitudinal fin exposed to magnetic.field in the presenc. of a shape-dependent trihybrid nanofluid

The thermal examination of a non-integer-ordered mobile fin with a magnetism in the presenc. of a trihybrid nanofluid(Fe_3O_4-Au-Zn-blood) is c.rried out. Three types of nanopartic.es, eac. having a different shape, are c.nsidered. These shapes inc.ude spheric.l(Fe_3O_4), c.lindric.l(Au), and platelet(Zn) c.nfigurations. The c.mbination approac. is utilized to evaluate the physic.l and thermal c.arac.eristic. of the trihybrid and hybrid nanofluids, exc.uding the thermal c.nduc.ivity and dynamic.visc.sity. These two properties are inferred by means of the interpolation method based on the volume frac.ion of nanopartic.es. The governing equation is transformed into a dimensionless form, and the Adomian dec.mposition Sumudu transform method(ADSTM) is adopted to solve the c.nundrum of a moving fin immersed in a trihybrid nanofluid. The obtained results agree well with those numeric.l simulation results, indic.ting that this researc. is reliable. The influenc. of diverse fac.ors on the thermal overview for varying noninteger values of γ is analyzed and presented in graphic.l representations. Furthermore, the fluc.uations in the heat transfer c.nc.rning the pertinent parameters are studied. The results show that the heat flux in the presenc. of the c.mbination of spheric.l, c.lindric.l, and platelet nanopartic.es is higher than that in the presenc. of the c.mbination of only spheric.l and c.lindric.l nanopartic.es. The temperature at the fin tip inc.eases by 0.705 759% when the value of the Pec.et number inc.eases by 400%, while dec.eases by 11.825 13% when the value of the Hartman number inc.eases by 400%.

The thermoluminesc.nc.(TL)emission of synthetic.and natural c.-monazites was c.arac.erized here to determine the potential applic.tion in the identific.tion of mic.osc.pic.defec.s from a qualitative point of view trying to link eac. TL peak to a c.emic.l-physic.l *** kinetic.parameters that lead the luminesc.nc. proc.sses were c.lc.lated by means of variable heating rate and c.mputing glow c.rve dec.nvolution methods and allow identifying three groups of c.mponents at~90,130 and 290℃(for the mineral sample)and~90,170,220,270 and 320℃(for the synthetic.c.PO_(4):Nd_(0.20),La_(0.25)).The main differenc.s apprec.ated in these c.mplex TL c.rves are mainly due to(i)the c.ntent of impurities(natural sample c.ntains lanthanides as well as U 0.60%and Th 5.22%)and(ii)the degree of c.ystallinity of the samples whic. is direc.ly related to the type of impurities(synthetic.monazite relies only on Nd and La).The behavior of the dose response in the range of 1-8 Gy is similar for both samples;the TL intensity inc.eases linearly as the dose inc.eases without c.anges in the position of the maxima,denoting first-order kinetic.luminesc.nc. *** peak c.uld be mostly assoc.ated with struc.ural defec.s(i.e.,phase transitions),c.emic.l reac.ions(i.e.,c.3+?c.4+redox reac.ion,dehydration or dehydroxylation proc.sses)or intrinsic.defec.s(i.e.,Frenkel defec.s,ODc. or NBOHc.).
