Combining pMINFLUX,graphene energy transfer and DNA-PAINT for nanometer precise 3D super-resolution microscopy

3D super-resolution microscopy with nanometric resolution is a key to fully complement ultrastructural techniques with fluorescence ***,we achieve 3D super-resolution by combining the 2D localization of pMINFLUX with the axial information of graphene energy transfer(GET)and the single-molecule switching by *** demonstrate≤2 nm localization precision in all 3 dimension with axial precision reaching below 0.3 *** 3D DNA-PAINT measurements,structural features,i.e.,individual docking strands at distances of 3 nm,are directly resolved on DNA origami *** and GET represent a particular synergetic combination for super-resolution imaging near the surface such as for cell adhesion and membrane complexes as the information of each photon is used for both 2D and axial localization ***,we introduce local PAINT(L-PAINT),in which DNA-PAINT imager strands are equipped with an additional binding sequence for local upconcentration improving signal-to-background ratio and imaging speed of local clusters.L-PAINT is demonstrated by imaging a triangular structure with 6 nm side lengths within seconds.

The population of Saynoceras verrucosum （d＇Orbigny） from the Polish basin （Wawal section, central Poland） shows no significant intraspecific variability. Dimorphism has not been found in this population. Statistical analyses of material from the shallow epicratonic Polish basin and the relatively deep Vocontian basin （southeastern France） indicated two populations. Forms from the Polish basin are somewhat more inflated and smaller than forms from the Vocontian basin.

The risk of thromboembolism(TE)is increased in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),mainly due to an increased risk of venous TE(VTE).The risk of arterial TE(ATE)is less pronounced,but an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases needs to be addressed in IBD *** predisposes to arterial and venous thrombosis through similar prothrombotic mechanisms,including triggering activation of coagulation,in part mediated by impairment of the intestinal barrier and released bacterial *** in IBD has clinical specificities,i.e.,an earlier first episode in life,high rates during both active and remission stages,higher recurrence rates,and poor *** increased likelihood of VTE in IBD patients may be related to surgery,the use of medications such as corticosteroids or tofacitinib,whereas infliximab is ***-term complications of VTE can include post-thrombotic syndrome and high recurrence rate during post-hospital discharge.A global clot lysis assay may be useful in identifying patients with IBD who are at risk for *** VTEs occur in IBD outpatients;therefore,outpatient prophylaxis in high-risk patients is *** is crucial to continue focusing on prevention and adequate treatment of VTE in patients with IBD.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2)seems to employ two routes of entrance to the host cell;via membrane fusion(with the cells expressing both angiotensin converting enzyme 2(ACE2)and transmembrane peptidase/serine subfamily member 2/4(TMPRSS2/4))or via receptor-mediated endocytosis(to the target cells expressing only ACE2).The second mode is associated with cysteine cathepsins(probably cathepsin L)involvement in the virus spike protein(S protein)proteolytic *** furin might activate the virus S protein enabling it to enter *** tract(GIT)involvement in SARS-CoV-2 infection is evident in a subset of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)patients exhibiting GIT symptoms,such as diarrhea,and presenting viral-shedding in *** the abundance and co-localization of ACE2 and TMPRSS2 in the lower GIT(especially brush-border enterocytes),these two receptors seem to be mainly involved in SARS-CoV-2 invasion of the digestive ***,in vitro studies have demonstrated the virions capability of infection and replication in the human epithelial cells lining ***,also furin and cysteine cathepsins(cathepsin L)might participate in the activation of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein contributing to the virus invasiveness within ***,cathepsin L(due to its involvement in extracellular matrix components degradation and remodeling,the processes enhanced during SARS-CoV-2-induced inflammation)might be responsible for the dysregulation of absorption/digestion functions of GIT,thus adding to the observed in some COVID-19 patients symptoms such as diarrhea.

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a chronic, inflammatory autoimmune disease sustained by genetic factors. Various aspects of the genetic contribution to the pathogenetics and outcome of RA are still unknown. Several genes have been indicated so far in the pathogenesis of RA. Apart from human leukocyte antigen, large genome wide association studies have identified many loci involved in RA pathogenesis. These genes include protein tyrosine phosphatase, nonreceptor type 22, Peptidyl Arginine Deiminase type Ⅳ, signal transducer and activator of transcription 4, cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4, tumor necrosis factor-receptor associated factor 1/complement component 5, tumor necrosis factor and others. It is important to determine whether a combination of RA risk alleles are able to identify patients who will develop certain clinical outcomes, such myocardium infarction, severe infection or lymphoma, as well as to identify patients who will respond to biological medication therapy.

We present an extension of the resource-constrained multi-product scheduling problem for an automated guided vehicle(AGV) served flow shop, where multiple material handling transport modes provide movement of work pieces between machining centers in the multimodal transportation network(MTN). The multimodal processes behind the multi-product production flow executed in an MTN can be seen as processes realized by using various local periodically functioning processes. The considered network of repetitively acting local transportation modes encompassing MTN's structure provides a framework for multimodal processes scheduling treated in terms of optimization of the AGVs fleet scheduling problem subject to fuzzy operation time constraints. In the considered case, both production takt and operation execution time are described by imprecise data. The aim of the paper is to present a constraint propagation(CP) driven approach to multi-robot task allocation providing a prompt service to a set of routine queries stated in both direct and reverse way. Illustrative examples taking into account an uncertain specification of robots and workers operation time are provided.

The self-assembled formation of a one-dimensional lanthanum salicylald imine coordination polymer was proved by the X-ray diffraction analysis of new l anthanum(Ⅲ) nitrate complex containing N,N’-bis(salicylidene)-1,5-pentanediami ne ligand(H2L) . It was obtained in situ in a one-step,metal-templated condensa tion of salicylaldehyde with 1,5-pentanediamine(cadaverine,biogenic polyamine) and characterized by microanalysis and spectroscopic(IR,ESI-MS,UV-Vis,and 1 H NMR) data. The [La(NO3) 3(μ-H2L) 2]∞ complex displayed 10-coordinate distorted bicapped dodecahedron geometry with unusual coordination pattern of undeprotonat ed salicylaldimines which acted as μ-bridging ditopic ligands using exclusivel y the oxygens as donor atoms with the nitrogen atoms not being involved in the c oordination environment.

The aim of the present study was to find the relation between mineral composition of human hair and illnesses such as infections of the respiratory system,asthma,vertigo,migraine,nervousness,hair loss,dandruff,brittle fingernails and white spots on *** mineral content of human hair was determined by multielemental analysis using ICP-OES and *** about the health condition of the examined subjects was obtained by *** was found that the hair of individuals who currently suffered from infections of the respiratory system or who had asthma had higher Zr content,the hair of sufferers of vertigo had a lower Ca,La and Sr content and in the hair of migraine sufferers the W content was higher than in the hair of healthy *** level of K in the hair of nervous people was three times higher than in hair of people who never suffered from *** who complained of hair loss had an increased level of Cu in the *** individuals with dandruff,brittle fingernails and white spots on fingernails,the content of Ca and La in the hair was higher than in the hair of individuals who did not suffer from any of these *** results of this study indicate that the metal content in hair could be used in the diagnosis of some common illnesses.
