This paper describes an approach to seek for mouse c-Myc/Myn proteins-bound specific sequences among ge-nomic DNA. cDNA fragment of myn gene was obtained through RT-PCR technique from RNA of NIH3.3.cells. DNA fragments encoding BR/HLH/LZ structure of Myc and Myn proteins were cloned in frame into pGEX-2T vec-tor respectively Fusion GST-Myc and GST-Myn synthe-sized in *** hosts showed affinity to CACGTG E-boxDNA and subsequently interacted with genomic fragments prepared through whole-genome-PCR. A PCR-assisted procedure which combines protein-DNA interaction and affinity chromatography was designed to enrich Myc/Myn bound DNA. At least two genomic DNA fragments ob- tained exhibit specifical binding capacity to Myc/Myn complex but not to GST alone. Significance of the work and of the technique itself as well as identification of the DNAs are discussed.

Mouse sp56 is considered as one of the candidates for mouse zona pellucida 3.(mZP3. receptor. Up to date, its homologue has only been cloned from guinea pig. namely AM67. Based on the cDNA sequence of mouse sp56, we designed a pair of primer to amplify its homologue from rat testis cDNA. Using RT-PCR, two fragments of 743.bp and 93. bp were amplified. The PCR products show very high homology to mouse sp56. However, the 743.bp product completely lacks one of the seven Sushi domains of mouse sp56. Using the 743.bp product as the probe to detect the expression profile of sp56 in rat tissues, Northern blot shows that a -2.0 kb mRNA expresses specifically in testis. Employed the RACE method, two full cDNA sequences of rat sp56 were obtained. A Mr -42 KD band was detected in denatured and non-reducing protein sample of rat testis and sperm with anti-mouse sp56 monoclonal antibody by Western blot method. 研究了正在进行化学平衡的富重子夸克胶子物质的双轻子产生 ,发现由于产生在RHIC能量的化学非平衡的富重子夸克胶子物质冷却慢和高的初始温度 ,导致中等质量双轻子产生重大增强 .因此 ,中等质量双轻子的增强可以是夸克胶子物质形成的信号 .同时 ,这个增强能补偿由于初始夸克化学势增加引起的双轻子抑制 ,因而双轻子产额的抑制不再是夸克胶子物质产生的信号 .

Animals’ regional femur blood (F) alteration was studied under an inadequate decompression by using the inhaled isotope 13.Xe washout method. Results showed that the average F on left and right side of minipigs’ femur decreased from 15.4±1.8 and 16 .9±2.0 ml/ (100 ***) (before exposure) to 10±1.8 and 11.1±1.6 ml/(***) (after expposure for 1.5 h under the pressure of 0.5 MPa and then decompression to normal with the rate of 0.03.0.04MPa/min), respectively; the blood flow of hematopoietic marrow tissues (f1)on both sides also decreased from 19.3.2.0 and 22.1±1.9 ml/(***) to 13.9±1.4 and 13.8±1.0 ml/(100 ***). The exact same alteration also happened in the experiment on New Zealand rabbits. It indicates that inadequate decompression in hyperbaric exposure can give rise to decrease animals’ bone blood flow and insufficient bone blood supply serves as one of the reasons for causing decompressive osteonecrosis.

Al precipitates as well as cavities (or open-volume detects) are known for their ability to getter impuri-ties within Si. In order to compare their relative gettering strength we produced both Al precipitates and cavities atdifferent depths within one Si wafer. This was done by H+ and Al+ implantation with different energies and subse-quent annealing process, resulting in Al-Si alloy and cavities at depth of 3.0 nm and 800 nm, respectively. Cu wasthen implanted with an energy of 70 keV to a fluence of 1 × 1014 / cm2. The Cu implanted samples were annealed attemperature from 700℃ to 1200℃. It was found that Cu impurities were gettered primarily by the precipitated Allayer rather than by cavities at the temperature of 700～1000℃, while gettering of Cu occured in both regions at thetemperature of 1200℃. The secondary ion mass spectrometry and transmission electron microscopy analyses wereused to reveal the interaction between Cu impurities and defects at different trap sites.

Plant specimens are collected from the areas between latitude 27°42′N and 40°57′N,and longitude 88°93.E and 103.24′E,with an altitudinal range from 2210 to 5050 m above the sea level in Qinghai-Tibetan *** stable carbon isotope analysis indicates that two of Chenopodiaceae and six of Poaceae in the samples are C *** of the C plants are found in 11 spots with altitudes above 3.00 m, and Pennisetum centrasiaticum,Arundinella yunnanensis and Orinus thoroldii are present in six spots above 4000 m,even up to 4520 *** low CO.,partial pressure,that sufficient energy of high light improving C plant’s tolerance of low temperature and precipitations concentrating in growing season probably are favorable for C4 plants growing at high altitude in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.

Rhizopus rot of peach fruits could be significantly suppressed by Pichia membranefaciens. Polyphenol oxidase (PPO), peroxidase (POD) and phenylalanine ammonium-lyase (PAL) activities induced by inoculation with P. membrane faciens or R. stolonifer were studied in postharvest peach fruits. The activities of PPO and PAL in peaches increased significantly after being inoculated with P. membrane faciens + R. stolonifer by 24 h, the activities maintained at a high level throughout the experiment. Under the condition of infected with R. stolonifer alone, activity of PPO and PAL could also increased, but the levels were lower than those treated with P. membrane faciens+ R. stolonifer. However, fruits inoculaed with P. membrane-faciens + R. stolonifer or R. stolonifer alone did not stimulated POD activity. The results suggest that the activation of these defense enzymes is involved in the action of P. membrane faciens against R. stolonifer.
