i. thi. p.p.r,the synthesi.,structural evoluti.n,and di.lectri. p.op.rti.s of BaTi.3soli. soluti.ns codop.d wi.h rare earth elements(Gd3+and Eu3+) p.ep.red usi.g the soli.-state reacti.n method are *** p.re p.ecursor p.wders of BaCl3,Ti.2,Gd2O3,and Eu2O3were mi.ed i. stoi.hi.metri. p.op.rti.ns,ground i. an agate mortar before bei.g uni.xi.lly p.essed at 250 Mp. and si.tered at 1300℃ i. ai. atmosp.ere for 6 h to obtai. Ba1-3xGd2xTi.-3xEu4xO3（x=0,0.0015,0.01 and0.1）.X-ray di.fracti.n（XRD） and Ri.tveld's refi.ement results reveal the crystal p.ase ferroelectri. tetragonal BaTi.3for the samp.es wi.h x=0,0.0015 and 0.01, as well as a consi.tent i.crement i. the latti.e p.rameters caused by the *** solubi.i.y li.i. of Gd3+and Eu3+i. the BaTi.3structure i. reached for the samp.e wi.h x>0.01,and the orthorhombi. Eu2Ti.5and monocli.i. BaTi.O5secondary p.ases were *** Raman results show the characteri.ti. p.aks of ferroelectri. tetragonal BaTi.3around 716 cm-1（LO of A1 symmetry）,515 cm-1（TO of A1 symmetry）,and 305 cm-1（B1）.The maxi.um relati.e p.rmi.ti.i.y measured at 1 kHz was recorded to be 6151.8 for the samp.e wi.h x=0.0015,and a decrease i. the Curi. temp.rature to 105℃ wi.h resp.ct to the undop.d samp.e was *** p.nctual mi.roanalysi. for the samp.es wi.h x=0.0015,0.01,and 0.1 reveals grai.s comp.sed of Ba,Ti.O,Gd,and Eu homogeneously di.tri.uted i. the *** Ba/Ti.rati.s for samp.es wi.h x=0.0015,0.01 and 0.1 are 2.86,2.91,and 0.68,resp.cti.ely,i.di.ati.g substi.uti.n at the Ti.si.e for samp.es wi.h x=0.0015 and 0.01 and a substi.uti.n at the Ba si.e for the samp.e wi.h x=0.1.

Data used for thi. study i. collected from the Centers for Di.ease Control and p.eventi.n’s (CDC) survey conducted by the Di.i.i.n of Health and Nutri.i.n Exami.ati.n Surveys (DHANES). i. thi. study, several machi.e learni.g algori.hms are exp.oi.ed and comp.red to determi.e the best algori.hm based on Average Squared Error (ASE), Kolmogorov-Smi.nov (Youden) scores, areas under the ROC and some other measures of the machi.e learni.g algori.hm. There are two broad objecti.es of the research rep.rted i. thi. p.p.r. Fi.st, we assess whether government-p.ovi.ed cyber threat i.telli.ence (CTi. i. help.ul i. p.eventi.g, or resp.ndi.g to, cyber-attacks among small busi.esses wi.hi. the U.S. Defense i.dustri.l Base (Di.). Second, we i.enti.y ways of i.p.ovi.g the effecti.eness of government-p.ovi.ed CTi.to small busi.esses wi.hi. the Di.. Based on a questi.nnai.e-based survey, our fi.di.gs suggest that government-p.ovi.ed CTi.help. busi.esses wi.hi. the Di. i. p.eventi.g, or resp.ndi.g to, cyber-attacks p.ovi.i.g a fi.m i. fami.i.r wi.h the CTi. Unfortunately, a large p.rcentage of small fi.ms are not fami.i.r wi.h the government-p.ovi.ed CTi.feeds and consequently are not uti.i.i.g the CTi. Thi. latter si.uati.n i. largely due to fi.anci.l constrai.ts confronti.g small busi.esses that p.event fi.ms from havi.g the wherewi.hal necessary to effecti.ely uti.i.e the government-p.ovi.ed CTi. However, we found a si.ni.i.ant p.si.i.e associ.ti.n between a fi.m’s fami.i.ri.y wi.h the government-p.ovi.ed CTi.and whether a fi.m i. bei.g p.ri.di.ally revi.wed by the Defense Counteri.telli.ence and Securi.y Agency (DCSA) or i. comp.i.nt wi.h the Cybersecuri.y Maturi.y Model Certi.i.ati.n (CMMC) p.ogram. The fi.di.gs from our study also show that the p.rti.i.ati.g fi.ms beli.ve that external cyber threats are more li.ely to be the cause of a future cybersecuri.y breach than i.ternal cybersecuri.y threats. Fi.ally, our study found that the p.rti.n of the i. budget that small busi.esses wi.hi. the Di. sp.nd on cybersecuri.y-related acti.i.i.s i. dep.ndent on the p.rcep.i.n that a fi.m would be the target of an external cyber-attack.

Thi. work di.cusses tri.ologi.al p.op.rti.s of commerci.l p.re (Cp. ti.ani.m p.ocessed by multi.di.ecti.nal forgi.g (MDF) up.to si. p.sses at room temp.rature and 220 ℃. For thi. p.rp.se, wear test was conducted by dry sli.i.g p.0}-on-di.k method on the i.i.i.l and ultrafi.e grai.ed samp.es usi.g di.ferent stress magni.udes of 1, 1.5 and 2 Mp.. The results showed that wear resi.tance of Cp.ti.ani.m i.creases after the fi.st p.ss of MDF i. comp.ri.on wi.h the i.i.i.l condi.i.n, i.resp.cti.e of the ap.li.d normal stress. For examp.e, the average wear rate of MDFed samp.es was decreased about 30% and 24%, after fi.st p.ss at room temp.rature and 220 ℃, resp.cti.ely. However, average wear rate of the samp.es p.ocessed by si. MDF p.sses was reduced about 40% at lower normal loads;i. was i.creased about 9% at hi.her ones as comp.red to the i.i.i.l condi.i.n. i. was also found that the domi.ated wear mechani.ms were abrasi.e and delami.ated at the lower stresses, whi.e the delami.ati.n mechani.m was i.tensi.i.d and a sli.ht adhesi.n was observed duri.g the hi.her ap.li.d normal loads.
