The velocity interferometer system for any reflector(VISAR) coupled with a streaked optical pyrometer(SOP) system is used as a diagnostic tool in inertial confinement fusion(ICF) experiments involving equations of state and shock timing.To validate the process of adiabatically compressing the fuel shell through precise tuning of shocks in experimental campaigns for the double-cone ignition(DCI) scheme of ICF, a compact line-imaging VISAR with an SOP system is designed and implemented at the Shenguang-II upgrade laser facility. The temporal and spatial resolutions of the system are better than 30 ps and 7 μm, respectively. An illumination lens is used to adjust the lighting spot size matching with the target size. A polarization beam splitter and λ/4 waveplate are used to increase the transmission efficiency of our system. The VISAR and SOP work at 660 and 450 nm, respectively, to differentiate the signals from the scattered lights of the drive lasers. The VISAR can measure the shock velocity. At the same time, the SOP system can give the shock timing and relative strength. This system has been used in different DCI campaigns, where the generation and propagation processes of multi-shock are carefully diagnosed.

Tumor recurrence is one of the major life-threatening complications after liver transplantation for liver cancer.In addition to the common mechanisms underlying tumor recurrence,another unavoidable problem is that the immunosuppressive therapeutic regimen after transplantation could promote tumor recurrence and metastasis.Transplant oncology is an emerging field that addresses oncological challenges in transplantation.In this context,a comprehensive therapeutic management approach is required to balance the anti-tumor treatment and immunosuppressive status of recipients.Double-negative T cells(DNTs)are a cluster of heterogeneous cells mainly consisting of two subsets stratified by T cell receptor(TCR)type.Among them,TCRαβ^(+)DNTs are considered to induce immune suppression in immune-mediated diseases,while TCRγδ^(+)DNTs are widely recognized as tumor killers.As a composite cell therapy,healthy donor-derived DNTs can be propagated to therapeutic numbers in vitro and applied for the treatment of several malignancies without impairing normal tissues or being rejected by the host.In this work,we summarized the biological characteristics and functions of DNTs in oncology,immunology,and transplantation.Based on the multiple roles of DNTs,we propose that a new balance could be achieved in liver transplant oncology using them as an off-the-shelf adoptive cell therapy(ACT).

Objective:Lung metastasis is a common and fatal complication of liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).The precise prediction of post-transplant lung metastasis in the early phase is of great value.Methods:The mRNA profiles of primary and paired lung metastatic lesions were analyzed to determine key signaling pathways.We enrolled 241 HCC patients who underwent liver transplantation from three centers.Tissue microarrays were used to evaluate the prognostic capacity of tumor necrosis factor(TNF),tumor necrosis factor receptor 1(TNFR1),and TNFR2,particularly for post-transplant lung metastasis.Results:Comparison of primary and lung metastatic lesions revealed that the TNF-dependent signaling pathway was related to lung metastasis of HCC.The expression of TNF was degraded in comparison to that in para-tumor tissues(Pling pathway,TNFR1 and TNFR2,was higher in HCC tissues than in para-tumor tissues(Plished accordingly.The nomogram achieved excellent prognostic efficiency(area under time-dependent receiver operating characteristic=0.755,concordance-index=0.779)and was superior to conventional models,such as the Milan criteria.Conclusions:TNFR2 is a potent prognostic biomarker for predicting post-transplant lung metastasis in patients with HCC.A nomogram incorporating TNFR2 deserves to be a helpful prognostic tool in liver transplantation for HCC.

MXenes have aroused intensive enthusiasm because of their exotic properties and promising applications.However,to date,they are usually synthesized by etching technologies.Developing synthetic technologies provides more opportunities for innovation and may extend unexplored applications.Here,we report a bottom-up gas-phase synthesis of Cl-terminated MXene(Ti_(2)CCl_(2)).The gas-phase synthesis endows Ti_(2)CCl_(2) with unique surface chemistry,high phase purity,and excellent metallic conductivity,which can be used to accelerate polysulfide conversion kinetics and dramatically prolong the cyclability of li-S batteries.In-depth mechanistic analysis deciphers the origin of the formation of Ti_(2)CCl_(2) and offers a paradigm for tuning MXene chemical vapor deposition.In brief,the gas-phase synthesis transforms the synthesis of MXenes and unlocks the hardly achieved potentials of MXenes.

目的分析本地区老年下呼吸道感染患者的病原学特征。方法选取2020-2022年张家口学院附属人民医院治疗的286例老年下呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,选取同期住院、年龄≥65岁未发生下呼吸道感染的住院患者为对照组。患者入院后未进行抗菌治疗前,采集清晨第一口痰液,接种不同培养基,培养分离纯化后用全自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析系统进行菌株鉴定及药敏分析,采用聚合酶链反应检测铜绿假单胞菌毒力基因的携带情况。结果286例老年下呼吸道感染患者中,主要为肺炎(49.65%,142/286),检出286株病原菌。212株为革兰阴性菌,主要为肺炎克雷伯菌(22.73%,22/286)和铜绿假单胞菌(14.69%,42/286)。72株为革兰阳性菌(25.17%,72/286),主要为肺炎链球菌(11.89%,34/286)。对革兰阴性菌进行药敏试验,对氨曲南、左氧氟沙星、复方新诺明的耐药率高于50%,分别为50.47%、53.77%和52.36%,对头孢他啶、莫西沙星的耐药率低于30%,分别为29.72%和24.53%,对亚胺培南、美罗培南、阿米卡星耐药率低于10%。对革兰阳性菌进行药敏试验,对青霉素、红霉素、克林霉素、复方新诺明的耐药率高于50%,分别为95.83%、72.22%、61.11%和55.56%,对莫西沙星的耐药率为26.39%,未产生对万古霉素、替考拉宁的耐药株。42株铜绿假单胞菌中,28株携带exoS基因(66.67%,28/42),11株携带exoU基因(26.19%,11/42)。携带exoU基因的铜绿假单胞菌,对环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星、庆大霉素、阿米卡星的耐药率均高于携带exoS基因的铜绿假单胞菌,携带exoU基因的铜绿假单胞菌对氨曲南的耐药率低于携带exoS基因的铜绿假单胞菌,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对比三组患者血清PCT水平,细菌感染组患者高于对照组,革兰阴性菌感染者水平高于革兰阳性菌感染者,差异有统计学意义(F=351.778,P<0.05)。以老年下呼吸道感染病原菌为基准,绘制ROC曲线,血清PCT水平的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.972(95%CI:0.952~0.993),最佳截断值为1.605 ng/mL时,敏感度为95.3%,特异性为100%。结论老年下呼吸道感染患者病原菌主要为革兰阴性菌,对临床常见抗菌药物耐药率较高,exoU基因与铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性显著相关。血清PCT水平可以作为对老年下呼吸道感染的初步筛查指标,对诊断患者感染病原菌类型具有一定临床价值。

为了满足电子系统对时钟源功耗和精度的要求,设计了一种超低功耗高精度的RC振荡器电路.电路利用恒流源对电容充电的方式实现振荡,输出的时钟频率为32 kHz.首先,电路通过电流复用的方式,降低了整体的功耗;其次,通过电路内部集成数字修调结构,提高了输出频率的精度;同时,电路设计有启动和防死锁的功能,保证了电路的安全性.电路采用和舰0.11μm的工艺进行流片,典型情况下电路的整体功耗仅为160 nA;在修调后由电压和温度变化引起的频率偏差分别在±0.56%和(-1.8%)-(+0.44%)以内;且电路可以在2-5.5 V的电压范围内正常工作.

旱灾是制约农业发展的主要因素,为提高湖南省应对干旱灾害的能力,基于机器学习构建湖南省农业旱灾风险评价模型,探究湖南省农业干旱危害的时空分布特征。结果显示:湖南省农业旱灾综合风险由西向东减小,整体风险处于中低等级,波动小且稳定性好。旱灾受灾率与农业旱灾综合风险分布相一致。采用Pearson检验,将旱灾综合风险与绝收率、受灾率进行对比发现,湖南省农业旱灾综合风险与绝收率和受灾率存在显著相关性,证明本研究旱灾风险评价模型的有效性。

新冠大流行给全球带来了很大冲击,后疫情时代,加强生物安全能力建设成为世界各国高度重视的议题。本文梳理了美国、英国以及欧盟在新冠疫情影响下密集出台的一系列举措,涉及战略行动、机构改革、能力建设等方面。总的来说,美国、英国以及欧盟纷纷加大生物安全战略投资,寻求技术变革以保持对生物威胁的态势感知,以及加强检测、疫苗、疗法等医疗防御能力。值得注意的是,美国、英国以及欧盟均新设立大流行协调应对永久性机构。此外,在应对抗微生物药物耐药性方面,美国、英国以及欧盟除了加大研发投入,还试图通过创新的市场激励措施来应对研发管线不足带来的严峻风险。美国、英国以及欧盟的这些政策和举措对于我国具有一定的启示和借鉴意义,我们需要制定更加全面的生物安全战略并积极投资,才能未雨绸缪、防范风险。

综采工作面回采过程中,面间保护煤柱的稳定性直接影响矿井的安全生产,分析面间煤柱的片帮特征和控制技术至关重要。通过对片帮面间煤柱的应力分布规律和塑性区分布状态进行分析,揭示工作面回采过程中面间煤柱的片帮显现特征,理论分析覆岩结构破断诱发面间煤柱片帮的影响因素,确定面间煤柱片帮的控制技术并进行现场工程实践。结果表明,面间煤柱在单侧、双侧工作面回采过程中,面间煤柱片帮呈不对称分布,回采工作面侧面间煤柱片帮程度明显大于回采巷道侧片帮程度,双侧工作面回采面间煤柱片帮程度大于单侧工作面回采时片帮程度,最大网兜直径约为1.25 m。上覆岩层形成的走向、倾向、砌体梁关键块B的长度和破断线位置,是工作面回采过程中面间煤柱片帮的主要影响因素。通过改变面间煤柱上覆岩层走向和倾向破断线位置和长度,有效控制了面间煤柱不规律性片帮并减小了片帮程度,现场实践效果良好。
