Optimizing circumferential assembly angle of rotor parts connected by curvic couplings based on acquired tooth surface error data

Due to the excellent self-centering and load-carrying capability,curvic couplings have been widely used in advanced aero-engine rotors.However,curvic tooth surface errors lead to poor assembly precision.Traditional physical-master-gauge-based indirect tooth surface error measurement and circumferential assembly angle optimization methods have the disadvantages of high cost and weak generality.The unknown tooth surface fitting mechanism is a big barrier to assembly precision prediction and improvement.Therefore,this work puts forward a data-driven assembly simulation and optimization approach for aero-engine rotors connected by curvic couplings.The origin of curvic tooth surface error is deeply investigated.Using 5-axis sweep scan method,a large amount of high-precision curvic tooth surface data are acquired efficiently.Based on geometric models of parts,the fitting mechanism of curvic couplings is uncovered for assembly precision simulation and prediction.A circumferential assembly angle optimization model is developed to decrease axial and radial assembly runouts.Experimental results show that the assembly precision can be predicted accurately and improved dramatically.By uncovering the essential principle of the assembly precision formation and proposing circumferential assembly angle optimization model,this work is meaningful for assembly quality,efficiency and economy improvement of multistage aero-engine rotors connected by curvic couplings.

For decades,a powerful approach to adding data capacity in an optical communication link has been to multiplex independent data-carrying channels and transmit them simultaneously along a fiber.^(1)For example,wavelength-division-multiplexing(WDM)was a key technology in the 1990s and early 2000s to dramatically increase aggregate capacity in a fiber by multiplexing beams of different wavelengths.^(2)For the past roughly 15 years,there has been great promise that space-division-multiplexing(SDM)may bring similar capacity enhancements to optical fiber communications.^(1–3)

Tunable Multicolor Circularly Polarized Luminescence via Co-assembly of One Chiral Electron Acceptor with Various Donors

Chiroptical materials with multicolor and signinvertible circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)are important for advanced optical devices and display technologies.Here,a general strategy is developed to generate CPL with highly tunable emission bands and handedness through charge-transfer(CT)complexation and co-assembly of one chiral non-emissive tetranitrofluorene-based acceptor with various achiral purple to blue emissive donors.The resulting assemblies exhibit intense CPL with a rich array of colors(519-668 nm)and prominent dissymmetry factors(|glum|)in the range of 10^(-3)-10^(-2).Notably,the CPL sign can be readily inverted by slightly changing the molecular structure of achiral donors.Single-crystal analysis reveals that the donor and acceptor molecules are alternately and asymmetrically packed in a lamellar fashion through CT interactions,leading to efficient transfer of chirality.Furthermore,the refined packing is mediated by the intensity and manner of CT interactions,rendering an inversion of chirality.The chiral co-assembly not only occurs for planar achiral donor molecules,but is also accessible to nonplanar conjugated molecules such as[4]helicene derivatives.Thus,the CPL feature of the resulting products can be easily and broadly manipulated,aiming at advanced chiroptical systems.

The synthesis of multimodal hierarchically porous materials is of great challenge by facile approach.Herein,we assemble BPO_(4) hollow spheres into macroscopic foam materials with multimodal hierarchically porous structure by combining down-to-up process and Ostwald ripening effect.Tailored monolithic B_(2)O_(3)@BPO_(4) foams were obtained from a sticky hydrogel precursor by a one-step annealing process.The foam has the self-supporting frame of BPO_(4) hollow spheres with covering B_(2)O_(3) nanowires and shows excellent permeability and relatively high surface area due to hierarchical structure.The formation mechanism of monolithic B_(2)O_(3)@BPO_(4) foams mainly undergoes inflation,particle aggregation,and Ostwald ripening process.Monolithic foams exhibit superior catalytic activity in oxidation dehydrogenation of alkanes due to the sufficient exposure of active sites over the special frame structure.Furthermore,various monolithic functionalized BPO_(4) foam composites can be easily synthesized and exhibit superior performance in different applications including the oxidation of carbon monoxide,and the self-driven removal of organic pollutants.More interestingly,we also found the sticky hydrogel precursor possesses good heat shielding effect.This work provides a new insight for constructing multimodal hierarchically porous materials with the remaining superior property of nanoscale to cope with various challenges.

Niobium pentoxide(Nb_(2)O_(5))is deemed one of the promising anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)for its outstanding intrinsic fast Li-(de)intercalation kinetics.The specific capacity,however,is still limited,because the(de)intercalation of excessive Li-ions brings the undesired stress to damage Nb_(2)O_(5) crystals.To increase the capacity of Nb_(2)O_(5) and alleviate the lattice distortion caused by stress,numerous homogeneous H-and M-phases junction interfaces were proposed to produce coercive stress within theNb_(2)O_(5)crystals.Such interfaces bring about rich oxygen vacancies with structural shrinkage tendency,which pre-generate coercive stress to resist the expansion stress caused by excessive Li-ions intercalation.Therefore,the synthesized Nb_(2)O_(5) achieves the highest lithium storage capacity of 315 mA h g−1 to date,and exhibits high-rate performance(118 mA h g^(-1) at 20 C)as well as excellent cycling stability(138 mA h g^(-1) at 10 C after 600 cycles).

PbGIF1 promoting cell-proliferation in pear fruit is transcriptionally activated by Pb RR1

As a cell proliferation regulator involved in wide biological processes in plants,GRF-INTERACTING FACTOR(GIF)controls different tissues development.However,whether GIF participates in fruit development remains unclear.According to transcriptome data,we identified PbGIF1was highly expressed during fruit development in cytokinins induced parthenocarpy pear.In the present study,the biofunction of PbGIF1 was initially verified.Overexpression of PbGIF1 promoted fruit size of transgenic tomato.The size of flesh fruit was not affected by cell expansion but the cell proliferation was promoted by overexpressing Pb GIF1.The accelerated cell proliferation process was also observed in PbGIF1-overexpressed transgenic pear fruit calli.The transcriptional regulation of cytokinins on PbGIF1 was further confirmed by exogenous CPPU treatments in pear fruitlets.To investigate the underlying mechanism,the cytokinins-responded factor,PbRR1,was further focused on.The results of Yeast-one-hybrid assay suggested that PbRR1 can bind to the promoter sequence of PbGIF1.The transcriptional activation of PbRR1 on PbGIF1 was also confirmed by Dual-Luciferase assays.Taken together,the results showed that cytokinins control pear fruit development via the transcriptional activation of PbGIF1 by PbRR1.

Helical Conformation Tunability via Hydrogen Bonding in Supramolecular Frameworks

Hydrogen-bonded molecules and their dynamics are significantly important in chemistry and biology due to their widespread functionality.Besides their natural abundance and diversity,applications of molecules with dynamic conformations in artificial networks allow information storage and molecular motor design on the nanometer scale.Here,we report hydrogen-bonded molecular networks with tunable helical conformation on metal surfaces.The dynamics of helical conformation in two-dimensional hydrogenbond networks are triggered and resolved by scanning probe microscopy at the single-molecule level.In combinationwith theoretical calculations,the surfacespecific hydrogen bonds are identified as the origin of the dynamic helical conformation.Our results provide a distinctive access to molecular architecture with tunable helical conformation driven by hydrogenbond interaction on surfaces.

Colorectal carcinoma(CRC),the third most commonly diagnosed cancer,accounts for 9.7%of all newly diagnosed cancer cases and 9.4%of cancer-related deaths globally.1 Recent studies have demonstrated that post-transcriptional RNA modifications,such as N^(6)-methyladenosine,N^(5)-methylcytosine,and N^(7)-methylguanosine,play critical roles in the regulation of mRNA stability and translation,primary microRNA processing,and lncRNA-protein complex that contributes to the progression of human cancer.

峰终定律揭示了经验的世界与记忆的世界的不同:在经验之中人们实际感觉到的十分钟剧痛,自然少于同样的痛苦再外加十分钟逐渐减弱的痛苦,但在记忆的世界中,人们却觉得后者更好受,因为记忆首先聚焦于峰值和终值。悲剧摹仿的主要是记忆的世界,聚焦于一个具有整一性的行动,往往一开始就触动观众的心,然后痛苦节节攀升,在接近尾部的地方达到高潮,让峰值尽量后置,使峰终定律发挥到极致,容易获得观众和批评家的好评。人对痛苦的感知敏感度高,持续性强,所以能够在两个小时左右始终保持兴奋,关注力度可以逐步升级一直到高潮。与其他作品相比,悲剧审美的强度、长度和整一性都明显胜出,所以历来受到评论家的青睐。
