It is critical to establish a direct and precise method with a high sensitivity and selectivity in analytical chemistry. In this research, making use of a well known phenomenon of capillary flow, we have proposed an image analysis method of nucleic acids at the price of a small amount of sample. When a droplet of the supramolecular complex solution, formed by neutral red and nucleic acids(NA) under an approximate neutral condition, was placed on the hydrophobic surface of dimethyl dichlorosilane pretreated glass slides, and it was evaporated, the supramolecular complex exhibited the periphery of the droplet due to the capillary effect, and accumulated there to form a red capillary flow directed assembly ring(CFDAR). A typical CFDAR has an outer diameter of (2 r ) about 1.18 mm and a ring width(2 δ ) of about 41 μm. Depending on the experimental conditions, a variety of CFDAR can be assembled. The experimental results are in agreement with our former theoretical discussion. It was found that when a droplet volume is 0.1 μL, the fluorescence intensity of the CFDAR formed by the NR NA is in proportion to the content of calf thymus DNA in the range of 0-0.28 ng, fish sperm DNA of 0-0.24 ng and yeast RNA of 0-0.16 ng with the limit of detection(3 σ ) of 1 7, 1.4 and 0.9 pg, respectively for the three nucleic acids.

A new drug delivery system was developed using the interaction of nutrient broth treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes(NBT-MWCNTs) and cefotaxime sodium(CTX) as a *** factors of the drug delivery system include dispersion effect,biocompatibility of NBT-MWCNTs,pharmacodynamic effect and delivery efficiency in *** was found that MWCNTs can be well dispersed in the nutrient broth and stable at least for one week at 4 °*** formed NBT-MWCNTs suspension scarcely exhibits toxicity to *** at concentrations lower than 10.24 μg/mL,but displays enhanced pharmacodynamic effect of CTX via its bridge effect and targeted *** with general acid treated MWCNTs(AT-MWCNTs),our present NBT-MWCNTs show good biocompatibility,enhanced pharmacodynamic effect,and high delivery efficiency.

Water-soluble CdS quantum dots（CdS-QDs） capped with thioglycohc acid were easily prepared, and a detection method of adriamycin was presented based on the fluorescence quenching of CdS-QDs. It was found that a complex could be formed between cetyhrimethyl ammonium bromide（CTAB） and CdS-QDs by using electrostatic interaction in Britton-Robinson（BR） buffer at pH = 7.00, and the strong fluorescence emission of the complex was observed at 500 nm when the complex was excited at 378 run. The presence of adriamycin, however, could strongly quench the fluorescence through hydrophobic interaction. The overall quenching percentage as a function of adriamycin concentration matches the Stern-Volmer equation very well. These properties make CdS-QDs a potential fluorescence probe for the detection of adriamycin. The detection hmit（3σ） of adriamycin is approximately 10^-9 mol/L.

提出了一种基于溶剂毛细流效应的微波加热自组装成环荧光显微成像技术在环境水样中的应用方法。在pH 4.58的HAc-NaAc反应介质和聚乙烯醇-124存在下,盐酸小檗碱液滴在疏水性玻璃表面上受热挥发形成直径为1.1 mm,环带宽为19.2μm自组装环（self-ordered ring,SOR）,其荧光被苦味酸猝灭,猝灭强度与苦味酸的浓度成正比。当点样体积为0.1μL时,线性范围为1.3-30.0×10^-7mol·L^-1,方法的检测限为1.3×10^-8mol·L^-1。应用于天然水样及合成水样分析,回收率为96.3%-108.0%,RSD小于3.3%。该方法灵敏度比斑点分析提高50倍,比液相分析方法提高了60倍,且来源于背景的干扰大大降低。检测方法在环境、生化等领域具有广泛的实用性和优越性。

Objective：Gastroscopy combined with gastric mucosa biopsies is currently regarded as a gold standard for diagnosis of gastric ***,its application is restricted in clinical practice due to its invasive property.A new noninvasive population screening process combining the assay ofanti-Helicobacterpylori antibody and serum pepsinogen （PG）（ABC method） is adopted to recognize the high-risk patients for further endoscopy examination,avoiding the unnecessary gastroscopy for most population and saving the cost consumption for mass screening ***,controversies exist for the grouping of ABC method and the intervals of gastroscopy surveillance for each *** this review,we summarized these popular concerned topics for providing useful references to the healthcare practitioner in clinical *** Sources：The PubMed databases were systematically searched from the inception dates to November 22,2017,using the keywords ＂Helicobacterpylori,＂＂Pepsinogens,＂ and ＂Stomach Neoplasms.＂Study Selection：Original articles and reviews on the topics were ***：*** antibody and serum PG concentration showed significant changes under the different status *** infection and the progression of atrophic gastritis,which can be used for risk stratification of gastric cancer in *** addition,anti-H,pylori antibody titer can be used for further risk stratification of gastric cancer contributing to determine better endoscopy surveillance ***：The early detection and diagnosis of gastric cancer benefit from the risk stratification,but the cutoff values for *** antibody and serum PG concentration require further modification.

“No-donor” liver transplantation

Liver transplantation is hindered by organ shortage. The potential way to relieve this issue is to expand the donor pool via extending the donor criteria and make full use of all available grafts. The concept of “no-donor” liver transplantation allows grafts to be recovered from other liver recipients. This review summarizes the current clinical practice of “no-donor” liver transplantation, focusing on the experiences of Chinese transplant teams. Domino liver transplantation was introduced by Furtado in 1995 and implemented later in 2013 in China, and novel donor indications including some essential-to-treat inherited metabolic liver-based diseases have emerged. The concept of cross-auxiliary domino liver transplantation brings a further expansion of the domino liver graft pool, and the first pair of liver transplantation performed “rigorously without donation” was accomplished in our center in 2018. Our experience with this original transplantation procedure is hereby reviewed. In order to further promote and make successful “no-donor” liver transplantation, close co-operation between researchers, surgeons, physicians, organ procurement organizations, as well as ethical committees is required.
