Tumor microenvironment(TME)-activatable probes have been proven to effectively increase signal-tobackground ratios(SBRs)and improve the success rate of complete tumor ***,many fluorescence probes have to be loaded into a nanocarrier for tumor targeted delivery,which consequently encounters poor drug loading,heterogeneous composition and non-encapsulated drug aggregates occurred during nanoformulation ***,a nitroreductase(NTR)-activated“OFF-ON”near-infrared fluorescence nanoprobe,named Nano Bodipy,was synthesized by the spontaneous self-assembling of NTRresponsive dye-polyethylene glycol(PEG)amphiphilic polymer in *** NTR-responsive dye acted as the hydrophobic segment in the amphiphilic polymer,yielding a homogeneous composition and a high loading of 12.2 wt%(according to calculation)in the synthesized Nano *** synthesized Nano Bodipy can efficiently accumulate in tumors via the enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)effect,enabling non-invasive tumor-targeted fluorescence imaging and guiding complete tumor *** the synthesized Nano Bodipy entered the tumor cells,they dissociated and were activated by overexpressed *** the real-time fluorescence guide of Nano Bodipy,complete tumor resection surgery was performed successfully.

近年来,民族志译注得到学界越来越多的关注,但仍未对其多声性特征进行深入研究。本文以布洛陀诗经《汉王与祖王》中的民族志注释为文本做成小型语料库,并基于评价理论的介入系统为理论框架,分别检索分析了否认、公告、接纳和归属四种多声性资源。研究发现,民族志译注有显著的多声性,兼具特殊的学术规范与民族志特征。

近年来纳米材料被广泛应用于生物医学、航空航天和精细化工等领域。构成纳米材料的纳米粒子具有小尺寸效应、表面效应和宏观量子隧道效应等性质。其中金纳米粒子(AuNPs)由于其独特的荧光特性、良好的生物相容性和表面等离子共振等性质,被广大科研人员深入研究。然而,目前AuNPs仍存在水分散性差、肾清除效率低和量子发射产率低等问题,限制了其广泛应用。因此,研究者对AuNPs表面进行多样化修饰,从而能有效克服上述缺点。本文就目前主流配体表面修饰AuNPs的研究进展进行总结,着重介绍了功能化AuNPs在生物成像、生物检测、生物治疗三方面的应用,最后对AuNPs的临床治疗机制的探索以及商业化的应用进行了展望,希望能为相关领域的研究者们提供新思路。

Rapid and accurate detection of immunoglobulin E(Ig E) in serum and reduction of serum dosage are of great significance for clinical detection. Herein, we described a rapid magnetic separation of Ig E from patient serum based on Fe3 O4@Si O2-NTA@026 sdab as the capture probe and multiple horseradish peroxidase(HRP)-labeled antibodies linked gold nanoparticles(Au NPs) as chemiluminescence(CL) signal amplifier for ultrasensitive detection of total Ig E. Results showed that the limit of detection of our immunosensor system in serum samples was 0.03 k U/L, which is lowest in comparison with current methods, and far lower than that of Immuno CAP for Ig E detection(0.1 k U/L). Furthermore, our immunosensor possessed satisfied repeatability and accuracy, as well as good stability. In comparison with the Immuno CAP for the quantitative detection of Ig E, highly consistent results were achieved in 20 serum samples. Specially, this method was also successfully utilized for assessing the Ig E traces in breast cancer patients,which provides a new idea for the diagnosis of early cancer. Therefore, we believe that such versatile immunosensor will offer an alternative method for the on-site monitoring and determination of various Ig E-related diseases.

活性酶普遍存在于各种生命活动中,一些疾病与活性酶的异常表达息息相关,精确检测酶的表达水平以及原位成像,为相关疾病的诊断与治疗提供了有力的判断依据。至今,大量的检测技术已经开发出来,其中以分子荧光探针为代表的光学技术具有非侵袭性以及灵敏度高、检测限低、响应时间快和生物相容性好等优势,在检测活性酶上备受青睐。然而,在使用分子荧光探针检测时,由于小分子容易在酶活性位点发生扩散,无法定位,导致探针时空分辨率较差。因此,为提高成像检测的时空分辨率、降低背景干扰和假阳性,原位成像的设计理念随之提出,已成为生物光学成像的研究热点之一。目前,研究者已报道多种分子荧光探针用于酶的原位成像的设计并取得显著效果。本文将深入介绍用于活性酶检测的分子荧光探针的设计策略及其在原位成像中的研究进展,希望为该领域的研究者们提供一些启发。

A thermodynamic perspective on electrode poisoning in solid oxide fuel cells

A critical challenge to the commercialization of clean and high-efficiency solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)technology is the insuf-ficient stack lifespan caused by a variety of degradation mechanisms,which are associated with cell components and chemical *** components related degradation refers to thermal/chemical/electrochemical deterioration of cell materials under operating conditions,whereas the latter regards impurities in feedstocks of oxidant(air)and reductant(fuel).This article provides a thermodynamic perspective on the understanding of the impurities-induced degradation mechanisms in *** discussion focuses on using thermodynamic ana-lysis to elucidate poisoning mechanisms in cathodes by impurity species such as Cr,CO_(2),H_(2)O,and SO_(2) and in the anode by species such as S(or H_(2)S),SiO_(2),and P_(2)(or PH_(3)).The author hopes the presented fundamental insights can provide a theoretical foundation for search-ing for better technical solutions to address the critical degradation challenges.

Distributed Nash Equilibrium Seeking on Compact Action Sets over Jointly Strongly Connected Switching Networks

This paper studies the distributed Nash equilibrium seeking(DNES)problem for games whose action sets are compact and whose network graph is switching satisfying the jointly strongly connected *** keep the actions of all players in their action sets all the time,one has to resort to the projected gradient-based *** the assumption that the unique Nash equilibrium is the unique equilibrium of the pseudogradient system,an algorithm is proposed that is able to exponentially find the Nash ***,the authors also consider the distributed Nash equilibrium seeking problem for games whose actions are governed by high-order integrator dynamics and belong to some compact *** examples are used to illustrate the proposed approach.

Design and pricing of maintenance service contract based on Nash non-cooperative game approach

Nowadays manufacturers are facing fierce *** from the products,providing customers with multiple maintenance options in the service contract becomes more popular,since it can help to improve customer satisfaction,and ultimately promote sales and maximize profit for the *** considering the combinations of corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance,totally three types of maintenance service contracts are ***,attractive incentive and penalty mechanisms are adopted in the *** this basis,Nash non-cooperative game is applied to analyze the revenue for both the manufacturer and customers,and so as to optimize the pricing mechanism of maintenance service contract and achieve a win-win *** experiments are *** results show that by taking into account the incentive and penalty mechanisms,the revenue can be improved for both the customers and ***,with the increase of repair rate and improvement factor in the preventive maintenance,the revenue will increase gradually for both the parties.

Quantitative phase imaging based on holography:trends and new perspectives
