Removal of uranium(VI)from nuclear wastewater is urgent due to the global nuclear energy *** study synthesized novel sponge-like 3D porous materials for enhanced uranium adsorption by combining electrospinning and fibrous freeze-shaping *** materials possessed an organic-inorganic hybrid architecture based on the electrospun fibers of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)and SiO_(2).As a sup-porting material,the surface of fibrous SiO_(2) could be further functionalized by cyano groups via(3-cyanopropyl)*** the cyano groups were turned into amidoxime(AO)groups to obtain a amidoxime-functionalized sponge(PAO/SiO_(2)-AO)through the subsequent ami-doximation *** proposed sponge exhibited enhanced uranium adsorption performance with a high removal capacity of 367.12 mg/g,a large adsorption coefficient of 4.0×10^(4)mL/g,and a high removal efficiency of 97.59%.The UO_(2)^(2+)adsorption kinetics perfectly conformed to the pseudo-second-order *** sorbent also exhibited an excellent selectivity for UO_(2)^(2+) with other interfering metal ions.2023 Hohai *** and hosting by Elsevier B.V.

Three new lycopodine-type alkaloids,4a-hydroxyanhydrolycodoline(1),4a,6a-dihydroxyanhydrolycodoline(2),and 6-epi-8b-acetoxylycoclavine(3),and an artifact,lycoposerramine G nitrate(4),along with seventeen related known compounds,were isolated from the club moss Lycopodium japonicum *** Murray(Lycopodiaceae).Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods as well as X-ray *** 1–4 were evaluated for their acetylcholine esterase inhibitory activity.

政商关系亲清化能否缓解公司的成本粘性

利用2016—2020年中国沪深A股上市公司的年度数据，实证考察政商关系亲清化对企业成本粘性的影响。研究发现，亲清政商关系对公司的成本粘性具有显著的抑制作用。机制检验表明，亲清政商关系主要通过降低调整成本和不确定性两个渠道抑制企业成本粘性。进一步研究发现，“亲近”和“清白”的政商关系均会对公司的成本粘性产生抑制作用，而且与费用粘性相比，亲清政商关系对成本粘性的抑制作用显著性更强。此外，本文发现，亲清政商关系对成本粘性的抑制效应在年轻公司以及位于中西部地区的公司中表现得更强，并且亲清政商关系对成本粘性的抑制效应最终提升了公司的市场价值。

In this study,a novel method is proposed for producing perovskite rare-earth manganese oxide magnetic refrigeration materials that exhibit superior properties compared to similar *** maximum magnetic entropy change values for this sample are 1.44 and 3.75 J·kg-1·K-1for magnetic fields of 2 and 7 T,***,its relative cooling power has been calculated to be 101.96 and 404.78 J·kg-1,indicating good *** results were obtained using the sample synthesized under a pressure of 4 GPa,and the sample has undergone a second phase *** critical behavior of the sample fits well with the mean field *** different magnetic fields,there is a significant overlap between the values of the maximum magnetic entropy change and the temperature-averaged entropy change,indicating that the refrigeration performance of the sample after high pressure can approach its maximum capability.

Aging is the major risk factor for many human diseases and ***,clinically effective medicine could delay the process of aging and aging-related diseases are desperately *** traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),some were claimed to slow down ***(Cynanchum otophyllum schneid)is such a ***,we assayed the longevity effect of compound Otophylloside B(Ot B),a C-21 steroidal glycoside isolated from Qingyangshen,in Caenorhabditis elegans,which is a popular model for aging *** results showed that Ot B could modestly extend the lifespan of ***,delay the age-related decline of body movement and improve the stress *** investigating the molecular mechanism of lifespan extension effect revealed that Ot B could activate the FOXO transcription factor *** B could not further extend the lifespan of long-lived mutant of insulin/IGF-1-like receptor(daf-2).In addition,Ot B also requires SIR-2.1 and CLK-1 which is an enzyme in ubiquinone synthesis,for lifespan extension.

Despite the successful application of immune checkpoint therapy,no response or recurrence is typical in lung *** stem cells(CSCs)have been identified as a crucial player in immunotherapy-related ***,a form of cell death driven by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation,is highly regulated by cellular metabolism remolding and has been shown to have synergistic effects when combined with *** adaption of CsCs drives tumor resistance,yet the mechanisms of their ferroptosis defense in tumor immune evasion remain ***,through metabolomics,transcriptomics,a lung epithelialspecific Cptla-knockout mouse model,and clinical analysis,we demonstrate that CPT1A,a key rate-limiting enzyme of fatty acid oxidation,acts with L-carnitine,derived from tumor-associated macrophages to drive ferroptosis-resistance and CD8^(+)T cells inactivation in lung ***,CPT1A restrains ubiquitination and degradation of c-Myc,while c-Myc transcriptionally activates CPT1A *** CPT1A/c-Myc positive feedback loop further enhances the cellular antioxidant capacity by activating the NRF2/GPX4 system and reduces the amount of phospholipid polyunsaturated fatty acids through ACSL4 downregulating,thereby suppressing ferroptosis in ***,targeting CPT1A enhances immune checkpoint blockadeinduced anti-tumor immunity and tumoral ferroptosis in tumor-bearing *** results illustrate the potential of a mechanismguided therapeutic strategy by targeting a metabolic vulnerability in the ferroptosis of CsCs to improve the efficacy of lung cancer immunotherapy.
