Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM, an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December 10. We developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic Box. This onboard software has the following features: high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation, dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts, and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation system. This paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for GECAM. It covers the general design, workflow, the main functions, and the algorithms used in the system. The paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube, as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

Construction of prokaryotic expression system of TGF-β1 epitope gene and identification of recombinant fusion protein immunity

AIM： To insert the constructed TGF-β1 epitope gene into the el loop of C-terminus of truncated hepatitis B core antigen to increase TGF-β1 antigenicity in its prokaryotic expression system and to identify immunity of the expressed recombinant protein in order to exploit the possibility for obtaining anti- TGF-β1 vaccine. METHODS： The TGF-β1 encoding epitope gene （the mature TGF-β1 from 78-109 amino acid residues, TGF-β1^32） was amplified by polymerase chain reaction from the recombinant pGEM-7z/ TGF-β1 ^32 vector. The HBcAg gene fragments （encoding HBcAg from 1-71 and 89-144 amino acid residues） were amplified from PYTAI- HBcAg vector. The recombinant vector pGEMEX-1 was used to insert HBcAg1-71, TGF-β1^32 and HBcAg89-144 into restrictive endonuclease enzyme and ligated with T4 Ugase. The fusion gene fragments ***1-71-TGF-β1^32 HBcAg89-144 were recloned to pET28a（＋） and the DNA sequence was confirmed by the dideoxy chain termination method. The recombinant vector pET28a （＋）/ CTC was transformed and expressed in E. coli BL21 （DE3） under induction of IPTG. After purification with Ni^＋2 NTA agarose resins, the antigenicity of purified protein was detected by ELISA and Western blot and visualized under electron microscope. RESULTS： Enzyme digestion analysis and sequencing showed that TGF-β1 epitope gene was inserted into the el loop of C-terminus of truncated hepatitis B core antigen. SDS-PAGE analysis showed that relative molecular mass （Mr） of the expressed product by pET28a （＋）/CTC was Mr 24 *** output of the target recombinant protein was approximately 34.8% of the total bacterial protein,mainly presented in the form of inclusion body. Western blotting and ELISA demonstrated that the fusion protein could combine with anti-TGF-β1 polyclonal IgG but not with anti-HBcAg. The purity of protein was about 90 % and the protein was in the form of self-assembling particles visualized under electron microscope. This fusion protein had good anti-TGF-β1 antigenicity and

Ibuprofen induced drug loaded polymeric micelles

Three model drugs with different function groups were chosen to dialyze with dextran-graft-poly （N-isopropylacrylalaide）. Only ibuprofen could induce the formation of drug loaded micelles, which was contirmed with dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscope. Hydrogen-bonding between the amide groups of poly （N-isopropylacrylamide） and the carboxyl groups of ibuprofen was driving force for the drug-loaded micelle. It was also found thai the diameter of the ibuprofen-loaded micelles changed reversibly against temperature.

Exponential Stability of Periodic Solution for Delayed Hopfield Networks

The paper is devoted to periodic attractor of delayed Hopfield neural networks with time-varying. By constructing Lyapunov functionals and using inequality techniques, some new sufficient criteria are obtained to guarantee the existence and global exponential stability of periodic attractor. Our results improve and extend some existing ones in [13-14]. One example is also worked out to demonstrate the advantages of our results.

Inverse Spin Hall Effect in Two-Terminal Device with Rashba Spin-Orbit Coupling

We report a theoretic study on the inverse spin-Hall effect （ISHE） in a two-terminal nano-device that consists of a two-dimensional electron gas （2DEG） with Rashba spin-orbit coupling （RSOC） and two ideal leads. Based on a two-site toy model and Keldysh Green＇s function method, we derive an analytic result of ISHE, which shows clearly that a nonzero transverse charge current stems from the combined effect of the RSOC, the spin bias, and its spin polarization direction in spin space. Our further numerical calculations in a larger system other than two-site lattice model demonstrate that the transverse charge current, dependent on the strength of the RSOC, the Fermi energy of the system, as well as the system size, can exhibit oscillating behavior and even reverse its sign due to Rashba spin precession. These properties may be helpful for eficient detection of the spin current （spin bias） by measuring the transverse charge current in a spin-orbital coupling system.

The deformation mechanism of C5191 phosphor bronze sheet under ultra-high-speed blanking was *** virtue of a DOBBY-OMEGA F1 ultra-high-speed press,the ultra-high-speed blanking test was conducted on C5191 phosphor bronze sheets with a thickness of 0.12 mm at 3000 strokes per *** microstructures of the blanked edges were characterized and analyzed separately by electron back-scatter diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that grains in the blanked edges are stretched along the blanking ***{001}cube textures(maximum pole densities of 9 and 12,respectively)and secondarily strong{011}textures(maximum pole densities of 4 and 7,respectively)are formed in local ***,deformation twins are found in the shear zone of the blanked edges which are rotated and coarsened due to the blanking-induced extrusion and local thermal effect which can further form into sub-grains with clear and high-angle *** C5191 phosphor bronze sheet is subjected to adiabatic shear during ultra-high-speed blanking,accompanied with dynamic recrystallization.

Effect of V and N on Microstructures and Properties of Grade-70 Tire Cord Steel during Cold Drawing

Commercial grade-70 tire cord steel was microalloyed with V and N to explore the possibility of substitu- ting V for C and the effect of V and N on cementite dissolution during cold drawing process. Tensile strength, elon- gation and torsion laps of cold-drawn wires were determined. Microstructures of secondary phases were studied by transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and energy dispersive spectroscopy （EDS）. Saturation magnetization was measured by using a vibrating sample magnetometer （VSM） to evaluate cementite dissolution during cold drawing process. Experimental results showed that with the increase of V content, tensile strength increased, elongation slightly decreased, and the torsion laps of the cold-drawn wires decreased. Results also showed that with the increase of N content, a peak （increasing first and then decreasing） appeared in the tensile strength graph, and an increase of elongation and a decrease of torsion laps of the cold-drawn wires occured. N is soluble in ferrite when its content is low. The increase in the content of N to 82 × 10^-6 will result in the precipitation of the V-containing secondary pha- ses. Also, cementite tended to be stable during cold drawing process with the increase of V and N contents. Grade-80 tire cord steel can be replaced by grade 70 tire cord steel microalloyed with 0. 086 mass% V.

Electron Transport Behavior of Multiferroic Perovskite BiMnO_3 Prepared by Co-Precipitation Method

Perovskite BiMnO_3 samples are successfully synthesized by the co-precipitation method at relatively low pressure and moderate *** temperature dependences of resistivity are measured and systematically *** is shown that the electrical resistivity increases sharply with the decrease of temperature above 210 K and the fitted results demonstrate that the thermally activated conduction model is the dominant conduction mechanism for the electron transport behaviors in this temperature region.A dual conducting mechanism,i.e.,the variable range hopping and thermal activated conduction,is suggested to be responsible for the transport behaviors of BiMnO_3 in the region of 180-200 ***,the resistivity increases slightly with the decrease of temperature below 180 K and the transport is governed by the variable range hopping mechanism.

Synthesis and biological evaluation of hydrazino-containing polyamine skeletons as drug delivery system

A new series of polyamine-toxic cargo conjugates was synthesized with aryl aldehydes conjugating to hydrazino-containing triamine skeletons. The in vitro cytotoxicity of target compounds was evaluated in several cancer cell lines （e.g., L I 210, HeLa and B16） and the cellular entry of these polyamine conjugates via polyamine transporter was investigated on SPD- or DFMO-treated B 16 cell line. Of these compounds, 6c show significant cytotoxicity on L 1210, HeLa and B 16 cell lines （IC50 value, 3.74 μmol/L, 5.66μmol/L and 4.04 μmol/L, respectively）. The polyamine transporter assay demonstrated the suitability of hydrazino-containing polyamine backbones for application as vectors in drug delivery systems.
