At the end of 2019,the novel coronavirus infection outbroke in Wuhan,Hubei *** Feb.2,2020,Wuhan,as the worst-hit region,began to build“shelter hospital”rapidly to treat patients with mild *** shelter hospital has multiple functions such as emergency treatment,surgical treatment and clinical test,which can adapt to emergency medical rescue *** on the characteristics that shelter hospital only treats patients with mild ilness,tests of shelter laboratory,including coronavirus nucleic acid detection,IgM/IgG antibody serology detection,monitoring and auxiliary diagnosis and/or a required blood routine,urine routine,C-reactive protein,calcitonin original,biochemical indicators(liver enzymes,myocardial enzymes,renal function,etc.)and blood coagulation function test etc,were used to provide important basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the *** order to ensure laboratory biosafety,it is necessary to first evaluate the harm level of various *** the laboratory biosafety management,the harm level assessment of microorganisms is the core work of biosafety,which is of great significance to guarantee *** an emergency deployment afcted by the environment,shelter laboratory must possess strong *** paper will explore how to combine the biosafety model of traditional laboratory with the particularity of shelter laboratory to carry out effective work in response to the current epidemic.

Spread of Staphylococcus aureus between medical staff and high-frequency contact surfaces in a large metropolitan hospital

Objective:To examine whether bacteria are transferred between the hands of medical staff and high-frequency contact surfaces within and between departments of a major metropolitan hospital,and to further analyze the patterns of ***:Microbiological samples were collected from the hands of 112 hospital employees as well as from 120 high-frequency contact surfaces in four hospital *** were collected on agar plates,analyzed for the presence of Staphylococcus aureus or methicillin-resistant ***(MRSA)by standard microbiology testing,and partially genotyped using pulsed-field gel ***:Genetically identical MRSA was identified on the surface of an electrocardiography device in the medical intensive care unit and on the same type of device in the neurosurgical *** similar *** was identified on an infusion pump in the medical intensive care unit and on the hands of several doctors in a different department who regularly use that *** identical *** was also identified on bedside rail restraint in the medical intensive care unit and on the hands of the nurse in the neurosurgical ***,genetically similar MRSA was identified both on the surface of an electrocardiography device and on the suction apparatus in the medical intensive care ***:Cross-contamination of *** or MRSA on medical workers'hands and contact surfaces was demonstrated within and between departments of a large metropolitan *** are needed in medical staff hygiene habits and in the cleaning of highfrequency contact surfaces to help prevent and control nosocomial infections.

High-dense nanocrystalline W-based alloy prepared by hot isostatic pressing with uniform microstructure, ultrahigh hardness and good thermal stability

High-density uniform microstructure nanocrystalline W-10wt.% Cr-5wt.% Y（W-10Cr-5Y） alloy with an average grain size of 85 nm and a relative density of 99.8% was successfully prepared.W-Cr-Y alloys with different amounts of second-phase particles were prepared by high-energy ball milling and hot isostatic pressing *** effects of composition design,ball milling parameters,and sintering parameters on the microstructure of W-Cr-Y alloys were studied.A feasible technology for controlling the synthesis of high-density nanocrystalline W-based alloys has been *** microstructure analysis of nanocrystalline W-10Cr-5Y alloy shows that there are two types of doping in the second phase:intergranular doping and intragranular *** "uniform distribution YOx-rich particles" effectively suppresses the grain growth of W and leads to the formation of nanocrystalline W-10Cr-5Y alloy.W-10Cr-5Y has an ultra-high hardness,with a Vickers hardness of 1312±12 kgf·***-temperature annealing treatment shows that W-10Cr-5Y has good thermal stability at 1000 and1100℃,as demonstrated by the comparison of Vickers hardness and grain size between annealed and unannealed alloys.

Thickness and sp3 bond modulation of（Ti/tetrahedral amorphous carbon）_n multilayer coatings

The durability of wear-resistant tetrahedral amorphous carbon（ta-C） coatings is intimately linked to their thickness and the concentration of *** enhance the lifespan of the coatings,we have prepared a multilayer coating consisting of alternating layers of Ti and ta-C,denoted as（Ti/ta-C）_n,using arc ion plating.A multi-layer structure in conjunction with stage cooling is employed to enhance the thickness and promote *** results indicate that the ID/IGvalue,representing the ratio of the intensity of the D peak to that of the G peak in Raman spectroscopy,decreases from 0.85 when no stage cooling is applied to 0.35 when stage cooling is employed,suggesting an enhancement in the fraction of sp3bonds within the *** obtained（Ti/ta-C）_n multilayer coating without peeling off has a maximum thickness of 1.14 μm,which is almost double that of the ta-C coating single layer *** the same time,the coating has a low coefficient of friction,down to 0.069,and maintains excellent friction properties with a wear rate of 3.4×10-6mm3·N-1·*** results conclusively show that the preparation technology can enhance both thickness and sp3bonding in ta-C coatings,significantly expanding their utility across tools,molds,and precision engineering components.

Understanding the local structure and thermophysical behavior of Mg-La liquid alloys via machine learning potential

The local structure and thermophysical behavior of Mg-La liquid alloys were in-depth understood using deep potential molecular dynamic(DPMD) simulation driven via machine learning to promote the development of Mg-La alloys. The robustness of the trained deep potential(DP) model was thoroughly evaluated through several aspects, including root-mean-square errors(RMSEs), energy and force data, and structural information comparison results;the results indicate the carefully trained DP model is reliable. The component and temperature dependence of the local structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy was analyzed. The effect of Mg content in the system on the first coordination shell of the atomic pairs is the same as that of temperature. The pre-peak demonstrated in the structure factor indicates the presence of a medium-range ordered structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy, which is particularly pronounced in the 80at% Mg system and disappears at elevated temperatures. The density, self-diffusion coefficient, and shear viscosity for the Mg-La liquid alloy were predicted via DPMD simulation, the evolution patterns with Mg content and temperature were subsequently discussed, and a database was established accordingly. Finally, the mixing enthalpy and elemental activity of the Mg-La liquid alloy at 1200 K were reliably evaluated,which provides new guidance for related studies.

Toward Analytical Homogenized Relaxation Modulus for Fibrous Composite Material with Reduced Order Homogenization Method

In this manuscript,we propose an analytical equivalent linear viscoelastic constitutive model for fiber-reinforced composites,bypassing general computational *** method is based on the reduced-order homogenization(ROH)*** ROH method typically involves solving multiple finite element problems under periodic conditions to evaluate elastic strain and eigenstrain influence functions in an‘off-line’stage,which offers substantial cost savings compared to direct computational homogenization *** to the unique structure of the fibrous unit cell,“off-line”stage calculation can be eliminated by influence functions obtained *** the standard solid model to the ROH method enables the creation of a comprehensive analytical homogeneous viscoelastic constitutive *** method treats fibrous composite materials as homogeneous,anisotropic viscoelastic materials,significantly reducing computational time due to its analytical *** approach also enables precise determination of a homogenized anisotropic relaxation modulus and accurate capture of various viscoelastic responses under different loading *** sets of numerical examples,including unit cell tests,three-point beam bending tests,and torsion tests,are given to demonstrate the predictive performance of the homogenized viscoelastic ***,the model is validated against experimental measurements,confirming its accuracy and reliability.

目的　研究分离、培养、扩增人脐静脉内皮细胞及进行冷冻保存技术 ,探讨建立脐带血管内皮细胞库的可能性。方法　新鲜脐带 4 2条 ,脐静脉内灌注消化酶消化 ,获得内皮细胞 ;以含 2 0 %的胎牛血清M 199液进行培养。采用Ⅷ因子免疫荧光染色及扫描电镜检查 ,鉴定所获内皮细胞及其纯度 ;内皮细胞加入含 10 %DMSO冷冻保存液 ,置于液氮进行保存 ,复苏后进行锥虫蓝试验 ,四氮唑盐 (MTT)试验以及细胞凋亡的流式细胞仪检测。结果　血管内灌注消化液法可获取高纯度的内皮细胞 ,与未冻存细胞相比 ,复苏的细胞活力保持在 95 %以上。复苏后的内皮细胞的生长曲线与未冻存细胞的生长曲线无差异。冻存内皮细胞的凋亡率较未冻存细胞高 ,但无统计学意义。结论　脐静脉灌注酶消化法可获取足够数量及纯度的内皮细胞。冻存的内皮细胞复苏后仍保持较高的活力及体外增殖能力。

Achieving ultralow leakage current in Schottky-MIS cascode anode lateral field-effect diode based on AlGaN/GaN HEMT

In this paper,we design and fabricate a Schottky-metal-insulator-semiconductor（MIS） cascode anode GaN lateral field-effect diode（CA-LFED） to achieve ultralow reverse leakage current(ILEAK).The device based on AlGaN/GaN highelectron-mobility-transistor（HEMT） includes a normally-off MIS-controlled channel that is cascoded with a high barrier height Schottky *** reverse bias,the high electric-field is effectively prevented by the normally-off MIS-controlled channel *** with the high barrier height Schottky contact,this feature significantly suppresses the *** by the device fabrication,the CA-LFED with high breakdown voltage（BV）>600 V shows an ultralow ILEAKof 3.6×10-9A/mm as well as a low forward voltage drop（VF） of 2.2 *** performance suggests that the CA-LFED can be a promising candidate for ultralow ILEAKand better VF-ILEAKtrade-off GaN power diode applications.

为了制备牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒(IBRV)gD蛋白的单克隆抗体,本研究用纯化的IBRV免疫BALB/c小鼠,然后以纯化的昆虫细胞表达的gD蛋白作为ELISA包被抗原筛选杂交瘤细胞株。结果获得3株能够稳定分泌抗gD蛋白单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株1B4、3E8和4F12。采用夹心ELISA鉴定单克隆抗体的Ig亚类,结果显示,1B4、3E8为IgG2b,4F12为IgG1。免疫印迹试验与间接免疫荧光试验表明,3株单克隆抗体均能与IBRV发生特异性反应。微量中和试验结果显示,1B4和3E8单克隆抗体具有中和IBRV的活性,中和效价均为1∶320。本研究成功制备了具备中和作用的抗牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒gD蛋白单克隆抗体,为建立特异性的IBRV诊断方法及致病机理的研究提供了工具。
