Mobile telemedicine systems based on the next-generation communication will significantly enhance deep fusion of network automation and federated learning(FL), but data privacy is a paramount issue in sectors like healthcare. This work hence considers FL augments 5G-and-beyond networks by training deep learning(DL) models without the need to exchange raw data. The substantial communication loads imposed on by extensive parameters involved in DL models are managed through adaptive scheduling mechanisms effectively. To address the opaque nature of DL models and to improve the interpretability of FL models, we introduce a convolutional fuzzy rough neural network specifically designed for medical image processing. We also develop a multiobjective memetic evolutionary algorithm to streamline and optimize the neural network architectures. Our comprehensive FL framework integrates smart scheduling, interpretable fuzzy rough logic,and neuroevolution. This framework is shown to improve communication efficiency, increase interpretability of diagnosis with protected privacy, and generate low-complexity neural architectures.

This paper deduced the temporal evolution of the magnetic field through a series of high-resolution vector magnetograms and calculated the fine distribution map of current density during an X9.3.class flare eruptions using Ampère's *** results show that a pair of conjugate current ribbons exist on both sides of the magnetic neutral line in this active region,and these conjugate current ribbons persist before,during,and after the *** was observed that the X9.3.class flare brightened in the form of a bright core and evolved into a double-ribbon flare over ***,the position of the double-ribbon flare matches the position of the current ribbons with high accuracy,and their morphologies are very *** investigating the complexity of current density and flare morphology,we discovered a potential connection between the eruption of major flares and the characteristics of current density.

Intelligent fault diagnosis is an important method in rotating machinery fault diagnosis and equipment health *** deal with co-frequency vibration faults,a type of typical fault in rotating machinery,this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on the stacked autoencoder(SAE)and ensembled ***,the time-and frequency-domain features of several co-frequency vibration faults are summarized based on the mechanism analysis and calculated using actual vibration *** realize and validate the high-precision diagnosis method of rotating equipment with co-frequency faults proposed in this study,the following three criteria are required:First,to improve the effectiveness and robustness of the ensembled model and the sliding window using data augmentation,adding noise,autoencoder(AE)and SAE methods are analyzed in terms of principle and practical ***,ResNet is used as the feature extractor for the ensembled ResNet-SVM *** extraction is carried out twice,and the extracted co-frequency fault features are more ***,the data augmentation method and ensemble ResNet-SVM are combined for fault diagnosis and compared with other *** experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed method can exceed 99.9%.

In unit cell simulations,identification of ordered phases in block copolymers(BCPs)is a tedious and time-consuming task,impeding the advancement of more streamlined and potentially automated research *** this study,we propose a scattering-based automated identification strategy(SAIS)for characterization and identification of ordered phases of BCPs based on their computed scattering *** approach leverages the scattering theory of perfect crystals to efficiently compute the scattering patterns of periodic morphologies in a unit *** the first stage of the SAIS,phases are identified by comparing reflection conditions at a sequence of Miller *** confirm or refine the identification results of the first stage,the second stage of the SAIS introduces a tailored residual between the test phase and each of the known candidate ***,our strategy incorporates a variance-like criterion to distinguish background species,enabling its extension to multi-species BCP *** has been demonstrated that our strategy achieves exceptional accuracy and robustness while requiring minimal computational ***,the approach allows for real-time expansion and improvement to the candidate phase library,facilitating the development of automated research workflows for designing specific ordered structures and discovering new ordered phases in BCPs.

Intestinal microbiota imbalance may worsen the progression of ulcerative colitis(UC).Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus LS8(LR)has the potential ability to regulate microbiota through producing a novel antibacterial substance,cyclic opine:*** study aimed to investigate whether LR could ameliorate dextran sulfate sodium-induced UC in mice via modulating intestinal microbiota using fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)*** results showed that both LR and FMT attenuated UC as evidenced by 1)alleviating disease activity index and colonic pathology;2)up-regulating MUCs and tight junction proteins;3.increasing oxidative mediators and decreasing antioxidant mediators;4)down-regulating proinflammatory cytokines and *** results were mainly attributable to the microbiota-regulating effect of LR,including increasing beneficial bacteria(like Akkermansia)and its related SCFAs,while decreasing harmful bacteria(like Proteobacteria)and its related LPS,thereby suppressing the hyperactivation of TLR4/NF-κB ***,LR can alleviate UC and is a potential dietary supplement to attenuate UC.

This paper is concerned with the optimal threshold selection and resource allocation problems of quantized identification, whose aims are improving identification efficiency under limited resources. Firstly, the first-order asymptotically optimal quantized identification theory is extended to the weak persistent excitation condition. Secondly, the characteristics of time and space complexities are established based on the Cramér-Rao lower bound of quantized systems. On these basis, the optimal selection methods of fixed thresholds and adaptive thresholds are established under aperiodic signals, which answer how to achieve the best efficiency of quantized identification under the same time and space complexity. In addition, based on the principle of maximizing the identification efficiency under a given resource, the optimal resource allocation methods of quantized identification are given for the cases of fixed thresholds and adaptive thresholds, respectively, which show how to balance time and space complexity to realize the best identification efficiency of quantized identification.

Cholestatic liver disease is a group of diseases in which bile acid accumulates in the liver for various reasons,resulting in abnormal liver biochemical indicators and histological *** can be divided into intrahepatic cholestasis and extrahepatic cholestasis,which will contribute to liver damage and progress to liver fibrosis and *** biliary cholangitis(PBC)and primary sclerosing cholangitis are the two most typical cholestatic liver *** acid is currently the first-line treatment for PBC,while obeticholic acid,budesonide and fibrates have also shown good potential in the treatment of *** are currently no official drugs approved to treat primary sclerosing cholangitis,and the use of ursodeoxycholic acid may have certain clinical *** present,progress has been made in new treatment directions for cholestatic liver disease,including fibroblast growth factor 19,cholestyramine,S-adenosyl-L-methionine,steroid drugs,farnesoid X receptor agonists,and *** progress has been made in the management of cholestatic liver disease but there are still many opportunities and *** this review,we summarized the recommended guidelines for the management of cholestatic disease and the progress of new drug research and development,in order to provide an important reference for the clinical practice of cholestatic liver disease.

Rapid prediction of damaged ship roll motion responses in beam waves based on stacking algorithm

Accurate modeling for highly non-linear coupling of a damaged ship with liquid sloshing in waves is still of considerable interest within the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and AI *** paper describes a data-driven Stacking algorithm for fast prediction of roll motion response amplitudes in beam waves by constructing a hydrodynamics model of a damaged ship based on the dynamic overlapping grid CFD *** general idea is to optimize various parameters varying with four types of classical base models like multi-layer perception,support vector regression,random forest,and hist gradient boosting *** offers several attractive properties in terms of accuracy and efficiency by choosing the standard DTMB 5415 model with double damaged compartments for *** is clearly demonstrated that the predicted response amplitude operator(RAO)in the regular beam waves agrees well with the experimental data available,which verifies the accuracy of the established damaged ship hydrodynamics *** high-quality CFD samples,therefore,implementation of the designed Stacking algorithm with its optimal combination can predict the damaged ship roll motion amplitudes effectively and accurately(e.g.,the coefficient of determination 0.9926,the average absolute error 0.0955 and CPU 3.),by comparison of four types of typical base models and their various ***,the established Stacking algorithm provides one potential that can break through problems involving the time-consuming and low efficiency for large-scale lengthy CFD simulations.
