Achieving flexible electronics with comfort and durability comparable to traditional textiles is one of the ultimate pursuits of smart wearables.Ink printing is desirable for e-textile development using a simple and inexpensive process.However,fabricating high-performance atop textiles with good dispersity,stability,biocompatibility,and wearability for high-resolution,large-scale manufacturing,and practical applications has remained challenging.Here,waterbased multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)-decorated liquid metal(LM)inks are proposed with carbonaceous gallium–indium micro-nanostructure.With the assistance of biopolymers,the sodium alginate-encapsulated LM droplets contain high carboxyl groups which non-covalently crosslink with silk sericin-mediated MWCNTs.E-textile can be prepared subsequently via printing technique and natural waterproof triboelectric coating,enabling good flexibility,hydrophilicity,breathability,wearability,biocompatibility,conductivity,stability,and excellent versatility,without any artificial chemicals.The obtained e-textile can be used in various applications with designable patterns and circuits.Multi-sensing applications of recognizing complex human motions,breathing,phonation,and pressure distribution are demonstrated with repeatable and reliable signals.Self-powered and energy-harvesting capabilities are also presented by driving electronic devices and lighting LEDs.As proof of concept,this work provides new opportunities in a scalable and sustainable way to develop novel wearable electronics and smart clothing for future commercial applications.

Deoxys-BC is the primitive tweakable block cipher of the Deoxys family of authenticated encryption schemes.Based on existing related-tweakey boomerang distinguishers,this paper improves the boomerang attacks on 11-round Deoxys-BC-256 and 13-round Deoxys-BC-384 by the optimized key guessing and the precomputation technique.It transfers a part of subtweakey guess in the key-recovery phase to the precomputation resulting in a significant reduction of the overall time complexity.For 11-round Deoxys-BC-256,we give a related-tweakey boomerang attack with time/data/memory complexities of 2218.6/2125.7/2125.7,and give another attack with the less time complexity of2215.8and memory complexity of 2120 when the adversary has access to the full codebook.For 13-round Deoxys-BC-384,we give a related-tweakey boomerang attack with time/dat a/memory complexities of 2k-96+2157.5/2120.4/2113.For the key size k=256,it reduces the time complexity by a factor of 231compared with the previous 13-round boomerang attack.In addition,we present two new related-tweakey boomerang distinguishers on 11-round Deoxys-BC-384 with the same probability as the best previous distinguisher.

Heat integration is important for energy-saving in the process industry.It is linked to the persistently challenging task of optimal design of heat exchanger networks(HEN).Due to the inherent highly nonconvex nonlinear and combinatorial nature of the HEN problem,it is not easy to find solutions of high quality for large-scale problems.The reinforcement learning(RL)method,which learns strategies through ongoing exploration and exploitation,reveals advantages in such area.However,due to the complexity of the HEN design problem,the RL method for HEN should be dedicated and designed.A hybrid strategy combining RL with mathematical programming is proposed to take better advantage of both methods.An insightful state representation of the HEN structure as well as a customized reward function is introduced.A Q-learning algorithm is applied to update the HEN structure using theε-greedy strategy.Better results are obtained from three literature cases of different scales.

Background:Obesity is a common public health issue and is currently deemed a disease.Research has shown that the risk of gallstones in individuals with obesity is elevated.This study aimed to explore the bile proteomics differences between cholelithiasis patients with obesity and normal body weight.Methods:Bile samples from 20 patients(10 with obesity and 10 with normal body weight)who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at our center were subjected to tandem mass tag labeling(TMT)and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),followed by further bioinformatic analysis.Results:Among the differentially expressed proteins,23 were upregulated and 67 were downregulated.Bioinformatic analysis indicated that these differentially expressed proteins were mainly involved in cell development,inflammatory responses,glycerolipid metabolic processes,and protein activation cascades.In addition,the activity of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR,a subfamily of nuclear receptors)signaling pathway was decreased in the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analysis.Two downregulated proteins in the PPAR signaling pathway,APO A-I and APO A-II,were confirmed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Conclusions:The PPAR signaling pathway may play a crucial role in the development of cholelithiasis among patients with obesity.Furthermore,biliary proteomics profiling of gallstones patients with obesity is revealed,providing a reference for future research.

Lightweight aluminum(Al)alloys have been widely used in frontier fields like aerospace and automotive industries,which attracts great interest in additive manufacturing(AM)to process high-value Al parts.As a mainstream AM technique,laser-directed energy deposition(LDED)shows good scalability to meet the requirements for large-format component manufacturing and repair.However,LDED Al alloys are highly challenging due to their inherent poor printability(e.***.low laser absorption,high oxidation sensitivity and cracking tendency).To further promote the development of LDED high-performance Al alloys,this review offers a deep understanding of the challenges and strategies to improve printability in LDED Al alloys.The porosity,cracking,distortion,inclusions,element evaporation and resultant inferior mechanical properties(worse than laser powder bed fusion)are the key challenges in LDED Al alloys.Processing parameter optimizations,in-situ alloy design,reinforcing particle addition and field assistance are the efficient approaches to improving the printability and performance of LDED Al alloys.The underlying correlations between processes,alloy innovation,characteristic microstructures,and achievable performances in LDED Al alloys are discussed.The benchmark mechanical properties and primary strengthening mechanism of LDED Al alloys are summarized.This review aims to provide a critical and in-depth evaluation of current progress in LDED Al alloys.Future opportunities and perspectives in LDED high-performance Al alloys are also outlined.

Dielectric and energy storage properties of PbOSrO-Na_(2)O-Nb_(2)O_(5)-SiO_(2)(PSNNS) thin films with annealing temperature from 700 to 850 ℃ were investigated by measuring their capacitance-electric filed curve and hysteresis loops.The results show that the highest dielectric constant and energy density are 81.2 and 17.0 J·cm^(-3),respectively,which is obtained in the sample with annealing temperature of 800 ℃.Annealed from 700 to800 ℃,the dielectric constant and energy storage performance of PSNNS films are continuously improved.However,with annealing temperature up to 850 ℃,their dielectric constant decreases,which might be related with the removal of interfacial defects as a function of annealing temperature.Defect is one of the causes of space charge phenomenon,resulting in the increase in dielectric constant.Moreover,the micro structure analysis by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) indicates that the change of crystallization phase and interfacial polarization takes responsibility to the results.

Antihypertensive effects of whey protein hydrolysate involve reshaping the gut microbiome in spontaneously hypertension rats

Novel angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)inhibitory peptides were identified from whey protein hydrolysates(WPH)in vitro in our previous study and the antihypertensive abilities of WPH in vivo were further investigated in the current study.Results indicated that WPH significantly inhibited the development of high blood pressure and tissue injuries caused by hypertension.WPH inhibited ACE activity(20.81%,Ptaneously hypertensive rats.The increased Akkermansia,Bacteroides,and Lactobacillus abundance promoted high short chain fatty acid content in feces after WPH intervention.These changes jointly contributed to low blood pressure.The heart weight and cardiomyocyte injuries(hypertrophy and degeneration)were alleviated by WPH.The proteomic results revealed that 19 protein expressions in the heart mainly associated with the wingless/integrated(Wnt)signaling pathway and Apelin signaling pathway were altered after WPH supplementation.Notably,WPH alleviated serum oxidative stress,indicated by the decreased malondialdehyde content(P<0.01),enhanced total antioxidant capacity(P<0.01)and superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.01).The current study suggests that WPH exhibit promising antihypertensive abilities in vivo and could be a potential alternative for antihypertensive dietary supplements.

The ageing behavior of as-extruded Ti_(P)/VW94 composites was investigated.The peak hardness of the composites increases compared to the matrix alloy and the 5%Ti_(P)/VW94 composite presents the highest peak hardness of 148.7 HV after aging for about 50 h.However,the hardness increments first decrease and then slightly increase with increasing Ti particle content due to the introduction of high-density dislocations by Ti particles.

When applying the widely-used Newton-Raphson(N-R)method to the integrated solution of the hybrid power-water flow problem of the power-water integrated energy system(PW-IES),it is found that there are numerical differences among Jacobian elements,which may yield an ill-conditioned Jacobian matrix and even cause convergence problem.Therefore,this letter proposes to per-unitize the water distribution network(WDN)to reduce the numerical differences and thus to improve the Jacobian matrix conditioning and the integrated N-R solution to the hybrid power-water flow problem.
