Because the lightness,the gloss and the press-formability of electrogalvanized steel sheets change depending on the morphology of deposited Zn,control of this factor is essential to improving these *** effects of plating factors on the morphology of deposited Zn were systematically discussed both from the crystallographic viewpoint of epitaxy between Zn and steel and from the electrochemical viewpoint of the overpotential for Zn *** factors include crystal orientation of steel substrate,current density,flow rate,temperature,addition of inorganic compounds to the solution and pre-adsorption of organic *** plating factors affect the overpotential for Zn deposition and epitaxy between Zn and *** crystal orientation index of the Zn basal plane and the platelet crystal size of Zn are decreased with increasing the overpotential for Zn *** are also decreased with decreasing the epitaxy between Zn and steel,even when the overpotential is kept *** the overpotential for Zn deposition is increased,the surface roughness of deposited Zn increases because of an increase in the inclination of the Zn basal plane to the steel *** the epitaxy between Zn and steel is decreased without changing the overpotential,the surface roughness is reduced due to the decrease in platelet crystal size of Zn,although the inclination of the Zn basal plane is somewhat *** lightness of deposited Zn is enhanced with decreasing the surface roughness of Zn.

A robust static output feedback（SOF） Stackelberg game with multiple followers in stochastic linear parameter varying（LPV） systems is investigated. The conditions for the existence of a robust SOF Stackelberg strategy set under H;constraints are established by the cross-coupled matrix inequality（CCMI）.To determine this strategy set, the optimization problems corresponding to the relevant cost bounds are defined, and their solution sets are derived using the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker conditions. The results show that the robust SOF Stackelberg strategy set can be obtained by solving higher-order cross-coupled matrix equations（CCMEs）. Because CCMEs are complex and difficult to solve numerically, a heuristic algorithm is developed by combining the CCMEs with the CCMIs. The convergence property is proven using the Krasnoselskii-Mann（KM） iteration algorithm. Finally, two numerical examples are solved to demonstrate the reliability and usefulness of the proposed heuristic algorithm.

Zinc oxide, which has photocatalytic activity, is used as white pigment for cosmetics. A certain degree of sebum on the skin is decomposed by ultraviolet radiation in sunlight. In this work, zinc oxide was shaken with phosphoric acid to synthesize a white pigment for cosmetics. Zinc oxide was set with 0.1 mol/L of phosphoric acid at P/Zn = 1/1 and 1/2, and then shaking in hot water for 1 h. The chemical composition, powder properties, photocatalytic activity, color phase, and smoothness of the obtained powder were studied. The P/Zn ratio in preparation had an effect on the reaction between phosphoric acid and zinc oxide. The photocatalytic activity of zinc oxide was inhibited by phosphoric acid treatment. The obtained samples had enough high reflectance at the visible light region.

Bulk samples of lanthanum polyphosphate were synthesized through a hydrothermal hot-pressing(HHP)*** this process,pressing temperature,pressure and volume of water were varied in order to improve the density and strength of the resulting *** strength of the bulk samples was estimated through drilling and ultrasonic *** order to improve the strength of the materials,the use of microwave irradiation was *** polyphosphate formed porous bulk samples with a filling factor of approximately 70%,which was calculated from real and theoretical *** respect to machinable strength,a drilled hole greater than 7.0 mm in diameter was obtained on some bulk samples,and the diameter of the samples was 14 *** HHP process is a useful method for obtaining bulk samples of lanthanum *** lanthanum polyphosphate containing water crumbled easily to a powder form upon ***,these bulk samples retained their shape upon ultrasonication,despite containing water,after exposure to microwave irradiation,and also experienced minimal weight ***,to study the effect of microwave heating,bulk lanthanum orthophosphate,yttrium orthophosphate and polyphosphate were also examined.

The effects of cerium substitution,use of additives,and heating temperature on the chemical composition and catalytic activity of iron phosphate were ***-cerium phosphate was prepared from iron nitrate,ammonium cerium nitrate,and sodium phosphate in ethylene glycol using sodium dodecyl-sulfate or acetylacetone as *** chemical composition,particle shape and size distribution of the obtained samples were respectively evaluated based on ICP and XRD,SEM,and laser diffraction/scattering *** catalytic activity was evaluated based on the decomposition of the complex formed from formaldehyde,ammonium acetate,and *** peaks corresponding to FePO_(4) were observed for the samples heated at 600℃whereas samples treated at lower temperatures were ***-cerium phosphates heated at 200℃and 400℃exhibited high catalytic activity for the decomposition of the aforementioned complex.
