The quality of crushing,power consumption,and discharging performance of a straw crusher are greatly influenced by the characteristics of its *** enhance the straw crusher’sflowfield properties and improve the efficiency with which crushed material is discharged,first,the main structural parameters influencing the airflow in the crusher are ***,the coupled gas-solidflowfield in the straw crusher is numerically calculated through solution of the Navier-Stokes equations and application of the discrete element method(DEM).Finally,the discharge performance index of the crusher is examined through detailed analysis of the crushed material ***,a multi-island genetic algorithm is used to optimize the structure and operational factors that have significant effects on the discharge *** optimization,the accumulation rate of crushed materials in the bottom region of the straw crusher decreases by 20.08%,and the massflow rate at the discharge outlet increases by 11.63%.

An iodine-PPh3 mediated sulfenylation of indoles in water with stable and odorless sodium sulfinates as the sulfur source is described. The reaction could afford monosulfenylated indoles in moderate to excellent yields under metal free conditions. Moreover, double C--H sulfenylation of in- doles at 2- and 3-positions has also been achieved by using excess sodium sulfinates under the optimized reaction conditions.

Photosynthesis and biochemical responses to elevated O_3 in Plantago major and Sonchus oleraceus growing in a lowland habitat of northern China

A field experiment was carried out to compare the responses to ozone （03） in two common herbaceous plant species, Plantago major L. and Sonchus oleraceus L., by building open-top growth chambers in situ to simulate 03 stress （＋03, 85 ± 5 ppb, 9 hr/day for 30 days） in a lowland habitat in Inner Mongolia, Northern China. Responses to 03 of gas exchange, chlorophyll a fluorescence, leaf pigment content, andoxidant capability, soluble protein content, membrane lipid peroxidation and dark respiration （Rd） were analyzed. Results showed that elevated 03 exposure significantly reduced the light-saturated net photosyn- thesis （PNsat）, stomata] conductance （gs） and transpiration rate （E） in both species. Although non-significant interactive effect between species and 0s on PNsat was analyzed, the reduction in PNsat in S. oleraceus might be due primarily to the higher fraction of close PSII reaction centers and impaired activities of plant mesophyll cells as evidences by decreased maximum efficiency of PSII photochemistry after dark adapted state （Fv/Fm） and unchanged intercellular CO2 concentration （Ci）. Besides, biochemical analysis showed that S. oleraceus had lower antioxidant ability compared to P. major. As a result, S. oleraceus was damaged to the larger extent in terms of lipid peroxidation and visible O3 injury, indicating that S. oleraceus was more sensitive to O3 than P. major. Our results indicated that wild herbaceous plant species growing in a lowland habitat in sandy grassland were sensitive to O3 stress and S. oleraceus can be considered as one of the bio-indicators for high O3 concentration in semi-arid -rassland of northern China.

A New Species of Genus Microhyla(Amphibia： Anura： Microhylidae) from Zhejiang Province, China

We described a new species, Microhyla beilunensis sp. nov., from Zhejiang Province of China. Phylogenetic analyses based on the mitochondrial 12 S, 16 S and CO1 gene sequences suggested that the new taxon was distinctly separated from its congeners and closed to M. mixtura and M. okinavensis. Morphologically, the new species could be identified from its congeners except M. mixtura by several characters：（1） rudimentary webs on toe base;（2） absence of disks and dorsal median longitudinal grooves on finger tips;（3） presence of disks and dorsal median longitudinal grooves on toe tips. As well, the new species could be identified from topotype M. mixtura by the combination of characters：（1） apart from the stripes, bar-shaped and oval-shaped patterns, the rounded spots present on the dorsum of body and legs;（2） the outer metacarpal tubercles prominently larger than the inner one;（3） of males, the ratios of HW, IND, UEW and LAW to SVL of the new species were significantly larger than those of M. mixtura（P 〈 0.01）, and the ratios of SL, IOD, LAHL, HLL, TL, TFL and FL to SVL of the new species were significantly less than those of M. mixtura（P 〈 0.05）.

Classification of Young Females' Body Shape in Jiaodong Area Based on 3D Morphological Characteristics

To improve the classification method of body type, 103 young female college students in Jiaodong area(Shandong, China) were measured by a 3 D body scanning system, and variables of upper body parts were selected and analyzed by SPSS software. According to the indices such as the chest ratio, the chest sagittal diameter ratio, and the shoulder angle, the tested population was quickly clustered into six categories by the classification method of “size feature+shape index+front and back indices”, which were divided into flat chest body, graceful body, breast augmentation body, normal body, convex back body, and flat body. The proportion of various body types and classification rules were obtained. According to the classification rules, 103 samples and 15 new females’ body data were analyzed and verified. Finally, according to the descriptive statistical analysis of upper body-related indicators of young female in this area, the height and the chest circumference were selected as independent variables, regression analysis was carried out on 11 related indicators, and the mapping relationship between height and chest circumference was studied, which provided a mathematical model for the design of fit clothing structure of young females in Jiaodong area.

Periodontitis is a frequent chronic inflammatory disorder destroying *** studies have revealed the role of bromodomain and extraterminal domain inhibitor(BETi)and microRNA(miR)-130a in regulating macrophage polarization and pro-inflammatory ***,little is known about whether apabetalone(a novel BETi)and miR-130a are correlated with chronic inflammatory state in periodontitis by regulating macrophage *** murine RAW264.7 macrophages were applied as an in vitro inflammatory *** treatment with Porphyromonas gingivalis-derived lipopolysaccharide(Pg LPS)and apabetalone,the expression of macrophage M1 polarization markers and inflammatory cytokines was assessed using real-time PCR,western blot,and enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA).MiR-130a level was assessed using real-time PCR,and the target gene was identified using dual luciferase reporter *** demonstrated that apabetalone repressed Pg LPS-induced macrophage M1 polarization in a dose-dependent manner,as evidenced by decreased expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),CD86,and pro-inflammatory cytokines,and increased expression of Arg-1 and ***,Pg LPS increased miR-130a expression in macrophages,whereas apabetalone treatment repressed the ***,forced expression of miR-130a promoted macrophage M1 polarization,and signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT)-3 was the direct target gene of miR-130a in the *** together,apabetalone decreases Pg LPS-induced macrophage M1 polarization via regulating miR-130a-3p/STAT3 axis,and may be a promising target for the clinical management of periodontitis.

The evaluation of the implementation effect of the power substation project can find out the problems of the project more comprehensively,which has important practical significance for the further development of the power substation *** ensure accuracy and real-time evaluation,this paper proposes a novel hybrid intelligent evaluation and prediction model based on improved TOPSIS and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)optimized by a Sperm Whale Algorithm(SWA).Firstly,under the background of considering the development of new energy,the influencing factors of power substation project implementation effect are analyzed from three aspects of technology,economy and ***,an evaluation model based on improved TOPSIS is ***,an intelligent prediction model based on SWA optimized LSTM is ***,the scientificity and accuracy of the proposed model are verified by empirical analysis,and the important factors affecting the implementation effect of power substation projects are pointed out.
