2006年随着M17井在上石炭统卡拉岗组玄武岩、安山岩储集层中获得高产油气流,揭开了三塘湖盆地石炭系火山岩油气藏勘探开发的序幕。截止目前,已经查明优质储量5000×104t.右,成为吐哈油田油气储量增长和产能建设的重要领域。而火山岩储集层描述则是制约该层系油气勘探开发的难点,为此,介绍了通过多学科联合研发所形成的火山岩岩性岩相描述、测井火山岩岩性识别、地震火山岩岩体识别等火山岩储集层描述技术,该技术为下一步寻找优质火山岩储集层具有指导意义,对三塘湖盆地石炭系火山岩油气藏的勘探和开发奠定了基础。

Background: diet.ry habit.is one of t.e most.universally recount.d init.at.rs of irrit.ble bowel syndrome (IBS). t.e object.ve of t.e present.st.dy was t. det.rmine t.e role of some diet.ry habit. in t.e et.ology of IBS in Nort.ern Saudi Arabia. Met.odology: In t.is communit. based cross-sect.onal survey, dat. about.IBS were obt.ined from 930 Saudi volunt.ers living in t.e cit. of Hail, Nort.ern Saudi Arabia. IBS was diagnosed using Rome IV crit.ria. Result.: t.e prevalence of IBS was 11% among males vs. 12.5% among females. t.e prevalence of IBS sympt.ms among males was 30% vs. 36.5% females. IBS was significant.y associat.d wit. reduced wat.r int.ke, t.e RR (95% CI) = 1.1800 (1.0146 t. 1.3722), P = 0.0316. In t.e present.st.dy, t.e majorit. of t.e st.dy populat.on 904/929 (97.3%) didn’t.accust.m t. veget.bles/fruit. int.ke. Conclusion: IBS is prevalent.in Nort.ern Saudi Arabia, bot. among males and females wit. relat.vely increasing among females. Low wat.r int.ke and insufficient.fibers int.ke (part.cularly, in veget.bles and fruit.) might.be behind t.e growing prevalence of IBS in Saudi Arabia.

M. t.berculosis immune response is associat.d wit. t.pe 1 t.helper cell (t.1) while IP is associat.d wit. t.pe t.2 cell. However, t.ere are several cont.adict.ry report. on cyt.kine product.on under coinfect.on and t.is could be in associat.on t. t.e mycobact.rial ant.gens used in t.e st.dies. Aim: t. get.insight.int. t.e effect. of different.M. t.berculosis-specific ant.gens (ESAt.6/CFP-10 and 38 kDa/CFP-10) in generat.ng of appropriat. cyt.kines on peripheral blood mononuclear cells of IPt. co infect.d pat.ent.. Met.od: ELISA assessed IFN-γ and ot.er 16 cyt.kines product.on and plasm IgE. In 18 mont.s, we document.d demographic, economic, clinical charact.rist.cs and IP frequency in individuals from Brazil. Result.: An overall 10/35 (28.5%) were IPt. co infect.d and 40/76 (52.6%;p = 0.024) asympt.mat.c int.st.nal parasit. infect.d communit. cont.ols (IPCC). Endo-limax nana (40%) and Ent.moeba coli (22%), were t.e most.nonpat.ogenic prot.zoan ident.fied and Ent.moeba hist.lyt.ca, Giardia int.st.nalis, Ascaris lumbricoides and St.ongyloides st.rcoralis were t.e pat.ogenic species (40%). IgE was higher in IPCC (p = 0.036). Cyt.kine profiles were significant.y biased t.ward a t.2 t.pe IL-5 (p = 0.001) and IL-13 (p = 0.033), pro-inflammat.ry GM-CSF (p = 0.019) and borderline lower IL-1β in IPt., all associat.d wit. ESAt.6/CFP-10, while IL-7 was borderline lower, but.38 kDa/CFP-10 associat.d;as well as IL-8 higher (p t.e t./IPt. IFN-γ levels were similar t. bot. ant.gens st.muli (p ≥ 0.208). Conclusion: t.erefore, coin-cident.IPt. coinfect.on did not.exert.a significant.inhibit.ry effect.in IFN-γ product.on in response t. eit.er of t.e t.o ant.gens, but.t.e part.al discrepancy in t.1/t.2 response, is associat.d wit. t.e ant.gen priming cells.

针对已有的经典递减方程还不能有效地描述一些油田产量递减曲线出现向右微凸现象和递减率出现“先凸后凹”现象,从渗流力学角度导出了一种新型广义产量递减方程。该递减方程不仅能描述递减产量出现陡峭下滑问题,而且也能描述递减初期递减产量向右微凸问题;另一方面既能描述递减率单调递减问题,也能描述先单调递增、后单调递减问题。在此基础上,研究分析了该递减方程及其对应的油相相渗、产量递减率随特征参数的变化特点,从而为选择、应用该类递减方程提供了理论支持,具有理论和现实指导意义。

目的:弄清新鲜乌头草对小鼠的急性毒性。方法:野外采集新鲜乌头草,立即粉碎榨汁,得到新鲜乌头草汁,小鼠灌胃给药,测定新鲜乌头草的半致死量LD50,观察小鼠所出现的毒性反应,并测定小鼠血清的生化指标和心脏的氧化还原指标的变化。结果:以新鲜乌头草量计,乌头草对小鼠的LD50是7.550g/kg;乌头草高剂量组小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alt.、门冬氨酸转移酶(ASt.、总蛋白(t.)、白蛋白(alB)、尿素(Urea)、尿酸(Uric Acid)、肌酸激酶(CK)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)与对照组相比均有显著性升高;与对照组相比,心脏组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高、总抗氧化能力(t.AOC)显著降低,以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力显著降低。结论:新鲜乌头草有很大的急性毒性,主要毒性靶器官是心脏组织。
