We report on the fabrication and electrical characteristics of Ga-doped ZnO thin film transistors(TFTs).Low Ga-doped(0.7wt%)ZnO thin films were deposited on SiO_(2)/p−Si substrates by rf magnetron *** GZO TFTs show a mobility of 1.76 cm2/V⋅s,an on/off ratio of 1.0×10^(6),and a threshold voltage of 35 *** time−dependent instability of the TFT is *** VTH shifts *** addition,the device shows a decrease of the on/off ratio,mainly due to the increase of the *** mechanisms of instability are discussed.

The contact angle,as a vital measured parameter of wettability of material surface,has long been in dispute whether it is affected by ***,we measured the advancing and receding contact angles on extremely low contact angle hysteresis surfaces under different gravities(1-8G)and found that both of them decrease with the increase of the *** underlying mechanism is revealed to be the contact angle hysteresis and the deformation of the liquid-vapor interface away from the solid surface caused by gradient distribution of the hydrostatic *** real contact angle is not affected by gravity and cannot measured by an optical *** measured apparent contact angles are angles of inclination of the liquid-vapor interface away from the solid ***,a new equation is proposed based on the balance of forces acting on the three-phase contact region,which quantitatively reveals the relation of the apparent contact angle with the interfacial tensions and *** finding can provide new horizons for solving the debate on whether gravity affects the contact angle and may be useful for the accurate measurement of the contact angle and the development of a new contact angle measurement system.

Background: Severe fever with thrombocytopenia (SFTS) caused by SFTS virus (SFTSV) was a tick-borne hemorrhagic fever that posed significant threat to human health in Eastern Asia. The study was designed to measure the seroprevalence of SFTSV antibody in healthy population residing in a high endemic ***: A cohort study was performed on healthy residents in Shangcheng County in xinyang City from April to December in 2018, where the highest SFTS incidence in China was reported. Anti-SFTSV IgG was measured by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and neutralizing antibody (NAb) was detected by using PRNT50. The logistic regression models were performed to analyze the variables that were associated with seropositive ***: Totally 886 individuals were recruited. The baseline seroprevalence that was tested before the epidemic season was 11.9% (70/587) for IgG and 6.8% (40/587) for NAb, which was increased to 13.4% (47/350) and 7.7% (27/350) during the epidemic season, and further to 15.8% (80/508) and 9.8% (50/508) post epidemic. The IgG antibody-based seropositivity was significantly related to the patients aged ≥ 70 years old [adjusted odds ratio (OR) = 2.440, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.334-4.461 compared to the group of he NAb based seropositivity was similarly related to the patients aged ≥ 70 years old (adjustedOR = 2.691, 95%CI: 1.271-5.695 compared to the group of he anti-SFTSV IgG were maintained at a stable level, while the NAb level ***: Subclinical infection might not provide adequate immunity to protect reinfection of SF

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.
