Detection and interpretation of the time-varying seasonal signals in China with multi-geodetic measurements

The time-varying periodic variations in Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS) stations affect the reliable time series analysis and appropriate geophysical interpretation. In this study, we apply the singular spectrum analysis(SSA) method to characterize and interpret the periodic patterns of GNSS deformations in China using multiple geodetic datasets. These include 23-year observations from the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China(CMONOC), displacements inferred from the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment(GRACE), and loadings derived from Geophysical models(GM). The results reveal that all CMONOC time series exhibit seasonal signals characterized by amplitude and phase modulations, and the SSA method outperforms the traditional least squares fitting(LSF) method in extracting and interpreting the time-varying seasonal signals from the original time series. The decrease in the root mean square(RMS) correlates well with the annual cycle variance estimated by the SSA method, and the average reduction in noise amplitudes is nearly twice as much for SSA filtered results compared with those from the LSF method. With SSA analysis,the time-varying seasonal signals for all the selected stations can be identified in the reconstructed components corresponding to the first ten eigenvalues. Moreover, both RMS reduction and correlation analysis imply the advantages of GRACE solutions in explaining the GNSS periodic variations,and the geophysical effects can account for 71% of the GNSS annual amplitudes, and the average RMS reduction is 15%. The SSA method has proved to be useful for investigating the GNSS timevarying seasonal signals. It could be applicable as an auxiliary tool in the improvement of nonlinear variations investigations.

The reform stems from honesty and determination. Since 2005, organ donation and transplantation in China has undergone thorough reform, which complies with legislation requirements and ethical principles established by the World Health Organization(WHO). Reform in China has demonstrated the unwavering confidence and utmost determination of the Chinese government and the Chinese transplantation community. The year 2015 marked a historic turning point when voluntary donations from Chinese citizens became the sole legitimate source for organ transplantation. Since 2015, China has gradually established and refined the “Chinese Mode” and “China System” for organ donation and transplantation, fulfilling its political pledge of reform, and has garnered international recognition, and fostered a social culture which promotes organ donation. This article reviewed the history of reform on organ donation and transplantation in China, presented a new pattern of establishment of organ donation system in the new era of the country, and the direction of advances in the future.

目的探讨整块自体椎板棘突骨用于胸腰椎结核后路手术中前、中柱骨缺损修复重建的近期临床疗效。方法回顾分析2012年1月—2023年5月因胸腰椎结核采取后路手术并行前、中柱植骨重建的78例患者临床资料,其中采用整块自体椎板棘突骨移植38例(A组),自体结构性髂骨移植40例(B组)。两组患者性别、年龄、病程、结核累及节段及术前红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、美国脊髓损伤协会(ASIA)分级、节段性后凸角及椎间高度等基线资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。记录并比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间、ESR、CRP、VAS评分、ODI、骨融合情况、ASIA评级改善情况、术后并发症及节段性后凸角变化和椎间高度变化。结果A组手术时间明显短于B组(P0.05)。两组患者均获随访,随访时间14~110个月,平均64.1个月;两组随访时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后各时间点ESR、CRP、ODI、VAS评分均较术前显著改善,并随时间延长进一步改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组骨融合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。绝大多数患者术后神经功能较术前改善,末次随访时两组ASIA分级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各时间点两组间节段性后凸角和椎间高度差异,以及两组节段性后凸角和椎间高度矫正及丢失差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组发生1例手术切口脂肪液化、1例切口感染;B组发生1例下肢肌间深部静脉血栓,2例胸腔积液、10例取骨区疼痛;两组各有2例患者因高尿酸引发痛风;两组取骨区疼痛发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论整块自体椎板棘突骨在胸腰椎结核后路手术中修复前、中柱骨缺损效果接近结构性髂骨,可有效重建脊柱前、中柱稳定性,且手术时间更短,避免了取骨区疼痛等并发症。
