Background Assessment of minimal erythemal dose(MED) for individual patients has been used to guide the narrow- band UVB(NB-UVB) phototherapy,which sometimes causes discomfort and additional *** L value(the lightness of color in Commission Internationlale de l’Eclairge Lab color scale) measured by colorimeter was shown to be useful for predicting sensitivity to NB-UVB *** aim of the study was to compare the efficacy and safety of NB-UVB phototherapy between 50%of MED and colorimetric L value starting dose regimens for skin phototype III to V Korean patients with psoriasis. Method Twenty seven patients determined starting doses based on colorimetric L value,and 27 patients based on 50% of *** correlation analysis showed that L value had the most significant association with MED compared with skin phototypes,a,and b values,we designated starting doses of L value regimen as follows:300 mJ/cm(L >66), 400 mJ/cm(62 < L <66),and 500 mJ/cm(L <62). Results There was no significant difference between two groups in clinical efficacy including response rate,mean number of sessions,duration of treatment,maximum dose,and cumulative dose until achieving the state of near *** proportion of adverse effects was not also significantly different. Conclusions NB-UVB starting dose determination based on colorimetric L value was comparable with conventional MED based regimen in efficacy and safety for skin phototype III-V *** it provides much convenience and ease for both patients and physicians,colorimetric L value could partly substitute the MED checking methods in NB-UVB phototherapy.

Background: Capecitabine and irinotecan combination therapy(XELIRI) has been examined at various dose levels to treat metastatic colorectal cancer(m CRC). Recently, in the Association of Medical Oncology of the German Cancer Society(AIO) 0604 trial, tri?weekly XELIRI plus bevacizumab, with reduced doses of irinotecan(200 mg/m^2 on day 1) and capecitabine(1600 mg/m^2 on days 1–14), repeated every 3 weeks, has shown favorable tolerability and eicacy which were comparable to those of capecitabine and oxaliplatin(XELOX) plus bevacizumab. The doses of capecit?abine and irinotecan in the AIO trial are considered optimal. In a phase I/II study, XELIRI plus bevacizumab(BIX) as second?line chemotherapy was well tolerated and had promising eicacy in Japanese ***: The Asian XELIRI Projec T(AXEPT) is an East Asian collaborative, open?labelled, randomized, phase Ⅲ clinical trial which was designed to demonstrate the non?inferiority of XELIRI with or without bevacizumab versus standard FOLFIRI(5?fluorouracil, leucovorin, and irinotecan combination) with or without bevacizumab as second?line chemo?therapy for patients with m CRC. Patients with 20 years of age or older, histologically conirmed m CRC, Eastern Coop?erative Oncology Group performance status 0–2, adequate organ function, and disease progression or intolerance of the irst?line regimen will be eligible. Patients will be randomized(1:1) to receive standard FOLFIRI with or with?out bevacizumab(5 mg/kg on day 1), repeated every 2 weeks(FOLIRI arm) or XELIRI with or without bevacizumab(7.5 mg/kg on day 1), repeated every 3 weeks(XELIRI arm). A total of 464 events were estimated as necessary to show non?inferiority with a power of 80% at a one?sided α of 0.025, requiring a target sample size of 600 patients. Th is study was conducted to investigate the effect of site-specific variable fertilization following digital fert ility map generated fro m soil analysis on rice growth and yield. The site -specific application of fert ilizer was implemented by using rice transplanter equipped with side dressing applicator and global positioning system（GPS）. Coefficient of variation（C.V.） o f soil nitrogen content was reduced after experiment, and spatial variat ion of semivariogram was reduced. Rice g rowth fro m tillering to ripening stage, plant height, tiller and panicle nu mber increased at site -specific variable fertilization treat ment, and coefficient variation（C.V.） of each growth characteristics was lower than those of conventional fertilizat ion treat ment. As a result, rice field uniformity increased by site-specific variable fertilizer application. Head rice y ield of site-specific application plot increased by 9% to 492kg/10a fro m 450kg/10a of the control plot, and its CV was significantly reduced to 3.5 compared to 7.8 o f the control plot. In addition, there was no significant difference at amy lose, protein contents and whiteness of milled rice, but its CV was reduced.

世界各地利用水资源的水电装机容量达到1 000 GW,占世界发电量的20%。除新增装机容量外,考虑到现有发电机的老化以及气候变化导致的水力发电所需的来水变化,对现有水电站进行扩容增效,现代化改造的需求正在增加并受到重视。本文以韩国水资源公社(K-water)老水电站现代化改造项目为案例,分析了韩国水资源公社水电站的以往运行模式,并对其老化状态进行了评估,进而讨论了老水电站的扩容问题。韩国水资源公社经营的水电站(HPP)的平均运行年限达到33年,水轮机运行效率平均下降3.52%。随着对老水电站现代化改造的需求迫在眉睫,相关项目正在逐步推进当中,其中安东和Namang水电站的现代化改造项目正在实施当中。作为现代化改造的一个案例,我们分析了Namang水电站2000～2014年的运行模式,结果发现夏季来水量逐渐增加,无效排水量占比达到55.42%,比其他发电站约高出5.4倍。从运行水位来看,我们分析了在汛期和非汛期整体上观察到的超出正常高水位运行历史。使用Hydro CAP评估了水轮机和发电机的老化程度,分析表明,有必要进行现代化改造。最后,通过分析以往运行条件,我们发现重新计算最佳容量,可以将发电机容量从7 MW增加到9 MW。
