Model updating for aircraft in a high temperature environment(HTE)is proposed based on the hierarchical *** this method,the problem can be decomposed into temperature field updating and dynamic structural *** order to improve the estimation accuracy,the model updating problem is turned into a multi-objective optimization problem by constructing the objective function which combined with residues of modal frequency and effective modal *** the metamodeling,support vector regression(SVR)is introduced to improve the optimization effic.ency,and the solution can be determined by adaptive weighted-sum method(AWS).Finally,the proposed method is tested on a finite element(FE)model of a reentry vehicle *** results show that the multi-objective model updating method in HTE can identify the input parameters of the temperature field and structure with good accuracy.

Extracellular matrix （EcM） plays a very important role in regulating cell function and fate. It is highly desirable to fabricate biomimetic models to investigate the role of EcM in stem cell differentiation. In this study, arginine- glycine--aspartate （RGD）-modified gold nanoparticles （Au NPs） with tunable surface ligand density were prepared to mimic the EcM microenvironment. Their effect on osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells （MScs） was investigated. The biomimetic Au NPs were taken up by MScs in a ligand density-dependent manner. The biomimetic NPs with a high RGD density had an inhibitive effect on the alkaline phosphatase （ALP） activity, calcium deposition, and osteogenic marker gene expression of MScs. Their effect on oil droplet formation and adipogenic marker gene expression was negative when RGD density was low, while their effect was promotive when RGD density was high. The biomimetic Au NPs regulated the osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of MScs mainly through affecting the focal adhesion and cytoskeleton. This study highlights the roles of biomimetic NPs on stem cell differentiation that could provide a meaningful strategy in fabricating functional biomaterials for tissue engineering and biomedical applications.

In this paper, we propose a delayed fractional-order congestion control model which is more accurate than the original integer-order model when depicting the dual congestion control algorithms. The presence of fractional orders requires the use of suitable criteria which usually make the analytical work so harder. Based on the stability theorems on delayed fractionalorder differential equations, we study the issue of the stability and bifurcations for such a model by choosing the communication delay as the bifurcation parameter. By analyzing the associated characteristic equation, some explicit conditions for the local stability of the equilibrium are given for the delayed fractionalorder model of congestion control algorithms. Moreover, the Hopf bifurcation conditions for general delayed fractional-order systems are proposed. The existence of Hopf bifurcations at the equilibrium is established. The critical values of the delay are identified, where the Hopf bifurcations occur and a family of oscillations bifurcate from the equilibrium. Same as the delay, the fractional order normally plays an important role in the dynamics of delayed fractional-order systems. It is found that the critical value of Hopf bifurcations is crucially dependent on the fractional order. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the main results. © 2017 chinese Association of Automation.

厄尔尼诺—南方涛动(enSO)对长江中游夏季降水(YRSR)的年际变化影响较大.基于cMIP6模式数据,本文预估了未来enSO与长江中游夏季降水关系的变化.与1979~2014年相似,SSP5-8.5高排放情景下enSO-YRSR的关系仍表现为前冬发生厄尔尼诺(拉尼娜)后,长江中游夏季降水为正异常(负异常).同时,仍然受三个物理过程影响:前冬enSO影响次年夏季印度洋海温(enSO-TIO SST),印度洋海温异常进而影响菲律宾对流(TIO SST-PSc),菲律宾对流对长江中游夏季降水产生影响(PSc-YRSR).例如,(1)5个cMIP6好模式的中位数和20个Ec-Earth3好子集的中位数均预估enSO-YRSR在2015~2100年大部分时段保持显著正相关关系,因为上述三个物理过程的相关关系在未来也显著.(2)30个cMIP6模式的中位数和56个Ec-Earth3子集的中位数预估enSO-YRSR关系略有增强;主要是因为上述三个物理过程在未来变强.(3)5个cMIP6好模式的中位数预估enSO-YRSR关系仍强于30个cMIP6模式的中位数结果,主要是因为前者预估的TIO SST-PSc和PSc-YRSR关系更强.未来将关注enSO-YRSR预估的不确定性来源.

The design and performance analysis of networked control systems with random network delay in the forward channel is proposed, which are described in a state-space form. A new control scheme is used to overcome the effects of network transmission delay, which is termed networked predictive control （NPc）. Furthermore, three different ways to choose control input are discussed and the performances are analyzed, respectively. Both real-time simulations and practical experiments show the effectiveness of the control scheme.
