In order to meet the requirements of higher and higher request of real-time data transmission between inferior devices and superior devices in industry, a new serial communication platform based on Visual Basic 6.0 and RS-232 standard is proposed. A set of reasonable communication procedure is designed, which has satisfied the industry operation timeliness and data prompt refurbishing request. The test results have indicated that the design has a strong significance on practical engineering and can apply in the aircraft breaking system.

Biocompatible Chemically Fueled Transient Polymer Nanoparticles for Temporally Programmable in Vivo Imaging

Chemically fueled dissipative self-assembly paves the way for innovative materials with lifelike properties and functions.Achievement of nonequilibrium systems with biocompatibility and biofunctions remains an important and challenging task.Here,we present biocompatible chemically fueled transient polymer nanoparticles and their applications in temporally programmable in vivo imaging.The lifetime of the transient polymer nanoparticles can be tuned by varying the concentration of polymer,adenosine triphosphate,and phosphatase.Moreover,the transient assembly of polymer nanoparticles can be paused for storage and then subsequently restored.The transient polymer nanoparticles exhibit good biocompatibility.Notably,we implement in vivo imaging in a temporally programmable fashion by using an autonomous fluorescence modulator of transient nanoparticles assembled from polymers with a fluorescence moiety.The results in this work provide a valuable way to achieve nonequilibrium self-assembly of synthetic systems with good biocompatibility and programmable biofunctions,accelerating innovative developments of nonequilibrium soft biomaterials.

Recently, MOFs have been utilized as novel self-sacrificed templates under the condition of thermal decomposition to prepare transition metal-based nitrogen-doped porous carbons with high electrocatalytic activities. In this work,cobalt-based MOF used as a selftemplate,metalcobaltencapsulated cobalt oxide and nitrogen-doped porous carbon material(recorded as Co@CoO@Co O/NC) was performed by two-step thermal treatment in an inert atmosphere and air, respectively. The calcination temperature is a key factor thatdirectly affects the catalytic activity. Co@CoO@Co O/NC material exhibits an excellent electrocatalytic performance for ORR, and longer-term stability and higher methanol tolerance than the commercial Pt/C catalyst.

Owing to the structural diversity and easy-going synthesis,the metal-organicframeworks will be a new candidate of MOF-oxide approaches[1,2].Herein,porousCoOhexagonal bipyramids have been synthesized viasimple and cost-effective approachesthrough calcination of acobalt-based metal-organicframework template.Supercapacitors based on the resulting two porous CoOhexagonal bipyramid structures as the electrodes exhibit high specific capacitances of 939 and929Fg.The abundant mesoporesand novel structures are of great significance for the electrochemical processes,which enhances the specific capacitance.The facile solidphaseconversion approaches can be easily extended to the scaling-upsynthesis of other porousmetal oxide-based functional materials with well-designed morphologies and architectures.

In recent years,increasing global energy demand and decreasing fossil fuel resources require the renewable and environment friendly technologies to ease the current energy crisis.The oxygen reduction/evolution reactions(ORR/OER)are two important electrochemical processes in many energy conversion and storage devices.As for the oxygen electrode reactions,exploiting high efficiency and stable catalysts seems to be a paramount mission.Here,we synthesized porous cobalt-based nitrogen doped carbon materials(Co-N/Cs)via facile carbonization of a cobalt-based metal-organic framework with different temperature(t=600,700,800 C).The obtained Co-N/Cs inherited the octahedron shape from the MOF precursor,which possess excellent activities as bifunctional electrocatalysts for the ORR and OER in 0.1 M KOHelectrolytes.Compare to other Co-N/Cs,the Co-N/C-700 hold the best electrocatalytic activities.When it used as electrocatalysts for the ORR,the Co-N/C-700 offers a higher onset potential of 0.90V vs.RHE,excellent stability,and a four-electron pathway.For OER catalytic activity,Co-N/C-700catalyst possesses a lower potential of 1.63 V with the current density of 10 mA·cm.In addition,the as-prepared Co-N/C-700 affords a low reversible overvoltage(bifunctional performance parameter)of 0.904 V between ORR and OER.This study provides a novel avenue for the application of stable metal-based nitrogen doped carbon materials as highly efficient electrocatalysts for the ORR and OER.

随着国家对环境保护的日益重视,传统的聚磺钻井液处理剂将慢慢被环保型钻井液处理剂取代。从分子结构设计出发,基于生物多肽明胶进行改性合成了环保型改性生物多肽抑制剂WNGT。明胶改性后在核磁共振图谱的化学位移3.19 ppm和4.12 ppm处出现2个明显的新的特征峰,表明成功制备得到目标产物。线性膨胀实验表明:对比KCl、聚醚胺PEA抑制剂,在相同加量下,WNGT溶液中膨润土的膨胀高度最小,抑制效果最好;WNGT具有优良的抑制黏土水化膨胀性能,2%加量的WNGT,膨润土24 h的膨胀量仅为1.60 mm;与改性前的明胶相比,页岩岩屑滚动回收率达95%以上,相比改性前提高46.05%;膨润土浆中加入2%WNGT后,Zeta电位降至-11.7 mV,WNGT可有效中和黏土负电荷,压缩双电层,降低黏土Zeta电位。在川渝地区开发井沙溪庙砂泥岩井段进行了现场应用,在井浆中加入WNGT后,井浆黏度和切力均有所下降,且能长时间稳住钻井液流变性,保证了在砂泥岩段的顺利钻进,降低了钻井成本。

The syntheses, crystal structures, magnetic and luminescent properties of three isomorphous compounds [Ln III 6 (μ 4-O) 2 (C4A) 2-(NO 3 ) 2 (HCOO) 2 (CH 3 O) 2 (DMF) 4 (CH 3 OH) 4 ] (Ln = Gd (1), Tb (2) and Dy (3); H 4 C4A = p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene) are reported. These three compounds are featured with the sandwich-like units constructed by two tail-to-tail calixarene molecules and an in-between Ln III 6 octahedron. The Dy III compound exhibits both single molecule magnet behavior and photoluminescence.

Previous reports suggested that Pyrazolone complexes have strong bio-activity. Whereas,there is only scant the anti-tumor mechanism of pyrazolone-based metal complexes. Theinhibitory effect and possible mechanism of a novel pyrazolonebase derivative compound(Cd-PMPP-SAL) on human esophageal cancer cells were investigated in this study. Cd-PMPPSAL significantly induced cell viability changes in a dose-dependent manner in Eca-109 cells(IC50: 29.86 μM). It also reduced the apoptotic of Eca-109 cells. Exposure to Cd-PMPP-SAL showed typical apoptotic features, including condensed or fragmented nucleiand DNA fragmentation appeared of Eca-109 cells. Moreover, treatment with Cd-PMPPSALfor 24 h significantly induced apoptosis, as evidenced by the results of LDH assay andflow cytometry analysis. Cd-PMPP-SAL also promoted the production of ROS, loss of mitochondrialtransmembrane potential and activation of caspase-3 and caspase-9. Furthermore,western blot results reveal Cd-PMPP-SAL induced the release of cytochrome c andPARP cleavage in Eca-109 cells. In summary, Cd-PMPP-SAL promoted the induction of apoptosisin Eca-109 human esophageal cancer cells through ROS generation and caspase-dependent mitochondria pathway. These data suggest that Cd-PMPP-SAL has potentialas an agent for the treatment of esophageal cancer.

改革开放以来,全国各地城市得到了快速发展,无论是数量还是规模和发展速度都非常惊人,也逐渐成为各地区经济发展的增长极。而在城市的发展过程中,往往很容易忽视少数民族聚集地所独有的特征和宗教信仰要求,这也使得城市中的少数民族宁可生活在原来居住环境比较差的区域内,也不愿意搬到新建的居住区,这给城市的发展带来了一定的困难。基于此,文章以郑州市平等文化街区空间演变为例进行分析,探讨郑州市管城回族区老城空间演变的发展情况,能够为郑州市城市未来的发展建设起到一定的参考借鉴作用,从而使郑州市少数民族在城市居民生活中寻找到属于自身和谐、优美的城市家园。
