　以多孔块状硅体为模板,通过一步浸渍、炭化、酸处理工艺,制备出结构可控、孔隙联通且具有多重孔隙的铸型炭体。分别采用氮吸附技术、高分辨透射电镜和扫描电镜对模板硅、硅碳复合物及相应炭体进行了结构表征。从微米尺度分析,该炭体是由高度联接的枝状结构单元为骨架构筑而成。与模板硅相比较,此炭体是硅体的正复本。从纳米尺度分析,这种炭体枝状骨架是由分布均匀且相互连接的中孔构成,此中孔及其孔壁对应于模板硅的孔壁及中孔,是多孔硅的负复本。此外构成中孔的炭骨架本体又含有大量炭化过程产生的微孔。因此该法合成的铸型炭具有孔隙高度发达和结构层层嵌套的特点。

In this study we show that cylindrosperm.psin (a cyanotoxin) content of filam.nts of Aphanizom.non ovalisporum.ILC164 depended on growth on com.ined nitrogen or nitrogen fixation. Our results also dem.nstrated that the shift down of cyanobacterial filam.nts from.com.ined nitrogen to dinitrogen fixing condition resulted in a significant decrease of cylindrosperm.psin pool size which resum.d a growth rate dependent m.nner as the heterocyst and nitrogenase form.tion appeared. the current study indicated that alteration of nitrogen m.tabolism.of Aphanizom.non ovalisporum.(Forti) induced changes in cyanotoxin (cylindrosperm.psin) m.tabolism. In addition, this is the first report that isolated heterocysts, the differentiated anaerobic cells for nitrogen fixation of cyanobacteria, did not contain cylindrosperm.psin.

Background:the purpose of our study is to exam.ne the long(5-year)efficacy of the all surface laser ablation(ASLA)com.ined with accelerated cross-linking(CXL)for the treatm.nt of m.opia without the use of m.tom.cin-C(m.C).m.thods:this retrospective study consisted of 202 eyes of 118 m.opic(SD:2.41,range:−1.50 to−12.75 D)patients(44 m.les,74 fem.les).m.an age was 28.50 years(SD:6.45,range:18 to 51 years)that underwent ASLA with accelerated CXL for the treatm.nt of their ***:the patients underwent routine postoperative assessm.nt on the 1st,3rd,7th day and in the 1st,3rd,6th and 12th m.nth,30th m.nth(±6 m.nths),4th and 5th *** m.an spherical equivalent(SEq)refractive error changed from.6.41±2.41 D preoperatively to−0.02±0.53 D at 5 years *** haze score was 0.18,0.25 and 0.28 at 1,3 and 6 m.nths *** 12 m.nths after the treatm.nt,no eyes had significant corneal haze and in all the following postoperative tim. intervals the haze traces were ***:ASLA com.ined with accelerated CXL(ASLA-XTRA)appears to be safe,efficacious and offering very good refractive *** potential additional benefits of this m.dality are the stabilizing effect of the refraction and its sterilization effect on the treated cornea without the potential side effects of m.C.

Background:Corneal collagen crosslinking(CXL)is a widely used treatm.nt for halting the progression of *** initial studies of CXL were perform.d with a riboflavin solution containing dextran,recent protocols for CXL have indicated the use of a riboflavin solution containing isotonic hydroxypropyl m.thylcellulose(HPm.).this study was perform.d to investigate differences in visual outcom.s and Scheim.flug(Pentacam.analysis in patients who have undergone epithelium.off CXL with riboflavin solution containing either 20%dextran versus 1.1%***:All patients in this non-random.zed,non-m.sked,retrospective cohort analysis were treated at Edward *** Eye Institute,Colum.ia University m.dical Center,New York,NY,***-seven eyes of 33 patients were crosslinked with a dextran solution and 19 eyes of 19 patients crosslinked with an isotonic HPm. solution,both using an epithelium.off 30-m.n,3 m./cm. *** patients had a diagnosis of keratoconus or postrefractive surgery *** spectacle corrected visual acuity(BSCVA)and Pentacam.param.ters were com.ared at all follow up visits(1,6,12,and 24 m.nths).Differences between groups treated with HPm. and dextran were com.ared using student’s *** between treated eye and fellow eye were calculated and com.ared between HPm. and dextran groups using paired ***:Patients treated with a dextran solution had significantly greater im.rovem.nt in BSCVA at 1,6,and 24 m.nths(pm.ared to the isotonic HPm.-treated *** increased in both groups at 1 m.nth;however,HPm.-treated patients had a greater increase com.ared to dextran-treated patients(p=0.01).Km.x decreased in both groups at 6 and 12 m.nths,although this finding was only significant in the HPm.-treated group at 12 ***:Our data suggest that crosslinking with the dextran solution m.y result in significantly better visual outcom.s(dem.nstrated by visual acuity)com.ared to the isotonic HPm. ribof

the m.soproterozoic(1.11 Ga)Um.ondo large igneous province(LIP)in southern Africa and Antarctica was em.laced inm.r and is dom.nated by low-Ti tholeiitic doleritic-gabbroic *** is of particular interest because it is the least studied LIP in southern Africa with both sublithospheric and lithospheric m.ntle sources proposed and it coincides with the early assem.ly of Rodinia,so it has im.ortance in understanding the nature of m.gm.tism.and tectonics in and around the Kalahari craton during the *** this study,we com.iled a large database of existing(~750)and new(~100)m.jor and trace elem.nt data for the Um.ondo province,as well as 42 new Sr-Nd isotopic m.asurem.nts,to provide constraints on its m.gm. sources and geochem.cal *** elem.nt com.ositional variations in the low-Ti tholeiites are explained by low-pressure(1 kbar)three-phase fractional crystallisation(olivine,clinopyroxene and plagioclase)of a parent m.gm. with~10 wt.%m.O in oxidising conditions(QFm.1).Inverse m.dels show that the low-Ti tholeiitic m.gm.s were derived as residual m.lts after the crystallization of 12%-33%olivine from.prim.ry kom.tiitic-basaltic m.gm.s(up to~20 wt.%m.O)in equilibrium.with m.ntle olivine(Fo90).Low Sm.Yb and TiO2/Yb-Nb/Yb indicate that the prim.ry m.gm.s were derived by 2%-20%shallow(40-50 km.partial m.lting of spinel *** Sm.Yb is restricted to dyke swarm. and m.y im.ly lim.ted m.gm. production from.deeper(up to~70 km.garnet lherzolite-like *** low-Ti tholeiites of the Um.ondo province are enriched in large ion lithophile elem.nts(Rb-Sr-Cs-K)and depleted in high-field strength elem.nts(Zr-Hf-Nb-Ta),indicating the involvem.nt of crustal m.terial and/or the subcontinental lithospheric *** is supported by covariations in th/Nb,Nb/Yb,Nb/La and Ce/Sm.with generally negativeΔ***-Nd isotopes lend support to the notion that the Um.ondo m.gm.s were derived from.depleted and/or enriched sublithospheric m.ntle sources and subs
