Ensuring the consistency of electrode structure in proton-exchange-membrane fuel cells is highly desired yet challenging because of wide-existing and unguided cracks in the microporous layer(MPL). The first thing is to evaluate the homogeneity of MPL with cracks quantitatively. This paper proposes the homogeneity index of a full-scale MPL with an area of 50 cm~2, which is yet to be reported in the literature to our knowledge. Besides, the effects of the carbon material and surfactant on the ink and resulting MPL structure have been studied. The ink with a high network development degree produces an MPL with low crack density, but the ink with high PDI produces an MPL with low crack homogeneity. The polarity of the surfactant and the non-polarity of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) are not mutually soluble,resulting in the heterogeneous PTFE distribution. The findings of this study provide guidelines for MPL fabrication.

Co-combustion of methane(CH4)and acid gas(AG)is required to sustain the temperature in Claus reaction *** this study,oxy-fuel combustion of methane and acid gas has been experimentally studied in a diffusion *** equivalence ratios(ER=1.0,1.5,2.0)and CH_(4)-addition ratios(CH_(4)/AG=0.3,0.5,0.7)were examined and the flame was interpreted by analyzing the distributions of the temperature and species concentration along central ***_(4)-AG diffusion flame could be classified into three sections namely initial reaction,oxidation and complex reaction *** oxidation of CH_(4)and H_(2)S was noted in the first section wherein H_(2)S was preferred and both were mainly proceeding decomposition and partial ***_(2)was formed at oxidation section together with obvious presence of H2 and ***,H2 and CO were inclined to be sustained under fuel rich condition in the complex reaction *** ER and increasing CH4/AG contributed to higher temperature,H_(2)S and CH_(4)oxidation and CO_(2)*** a growing trend for CH_(4)and AG to convert into H_(2),CO and SO_(2)could be *** this factor enhanced the generation of CS2 and COS in the flame inner core by interactions of CH4 and CO_(2)with sulfur *** was formed through the interactions of CO and CO_(2)with sulfur *** CS_(2)production directly relied on reaction of CH_(4)with sulfur *** concentration of COS was greater than CS_(2)since CS_(2)was probably inhibited due to the presence of H_(2).COS and CS_(2)could be consumed by further oxidation or other complex reactions.

Pear is a popular and commercially important fresh fruit, and its texture is related to the presence of sclereid formatted by parenchyma cell with lignification in vascular plants. Previous studies have demonstrated that content of lignin may be regulated by cinnamoyl CoA reductase(CCR) in various plants. However, the function of CCR in pears remains very limited. In the present study, we isolated a cDNA encoding CCR(PpCCR, GenBank accession No. KF999958) and its promoter(proPpCCR) from Whangkeumbae pear to investigate the function of CCR in lignin biosynthesis. PpCCR-GFP expressed in rice mesophyll protoplast demonstrated that PpCCR-GFP was localized in the cytoplasm, indicating that CCR may function in cytoplasm without localization signals. In transgenic plants carrying PpCCR, we observed higher lignin content compared with that in wild type plants, further suggesting that PpCCR can affect the lignin contents through regulating lignin biosynthesis in Arabidopsis thaliana. More studies in other plants are needed to confirm our conclusion.

Experimental and numerical modeling of carbonized biomass gasification: A critical review

This study was conducted to microscopically verify the distribution and morphological changes occurring in stone cells during fruit growth in order to determine physiological changes occurring in stone cells in pears *** ripening and late ripening pear,Pyrus pyrifoliaNakai cv.’Eli 1’ and Pyrus pyrifoliaNakai cv.’Xiangnan’ fruits were harvested at development stages of 3,7,14,40,70,95 and 140 days after full bloom(DAFB).Stone cells were observed via *** results showed that the initial differentiation of *** cv.’Eli 1’ stone cells in parenchyma cells formed primordial cells on the 7 th day after flowering,and about 5 days earlier than that in *** cv.’Xiangnan’.The stone cells clustered less profoundly in the’Eli 1’ than in ’Xiangnan’ pears,and the sizes of the clusters were ***,the peak of content of stone cells in the two cultivars appeared during 40-60 days,and’Xiangnan’ pear were higher content than ’Eli 1’.The relative decrease in the quantity of stone cell clusters in the flesh was attributed to the fact that stone cells were no longer being generated,and the flesh cells increased dramatically in *** results indicate that the total amount of stone cells in pear mainly depends on the occurrence of stone cells in early fruit development,all of which provides direct clues for establishing new method to evaluate fruit texture of pear in the early developmental stages.

Gasification is one of the most significant and well-researched pathways to produce energy from biomass among the different options *** is a conversion through thermo-chemical process that takes place within a gasifier,with interconnected factors that have an impact on how well the gasifier *** of carbonized biomass,which has a variety of effects on both the gasification process and the final product,is a significant method of producing energy from raw biomass that contains a lot of moisture or has non-homogeneous *** carbonized biomass has the potential to eliminate or significantly reduce tar formation,which is the most difficult aspect of biomass gasifier design and operation,it has not received the attention it merits even though gasification of biomass is a well-known conversion process with extensive research and development spanning all sectors of the *** review gathers and analyzes the growing number of experimental and numerical modeling approaches in gasification of carbonized biomass based on exact conditions such as type of modeling considerations,feedstock,gasifier,and assessed *** study also provides an overview of various models,such as equilibrium and kinetic rate models and numerical simulations of carbonized biomass gasification schemes based on computational fluid dynamics and Aspen Plus,while comparing the modeling approaches and results for each type of models that are described in the ***,this review encompasses a broad variety of technologies,from laboratory reactors to industrial ***,this review offers a brief overview of the modeling decisions that must be taken at the beginning of a modeling research.

以豆渣为原料制取大豆膳食纤维,并以不同比例添加到面包中,采用感官评分法对面包综合品质进行评定。结果显示:当大豆纤维添加量为6%时,面包的外观性状和内在品质均不低于普通面包,而风味优于其他添加量的面包和普通面包。用正交试验确定的大豆膳食纤维面包工艺条件为:膳食纤维添加量6%,面筋粉用量4%,面包改良剂用量0.2%,发酵时间1h。

数据已成为当今社会发展的重要因素,但目前全球尚未形成统一的数据跨境流动规则。在此背景下,美国与欧盟相继构建起“外向干涉型”和“内向保护型”数据法域外适用体系,以加强对网络空间的规制力。此举存在滥用数据法域外效力的隐忧,增加了各国数据的被动开放风险,也抬高了企业全球经营的合规门槛。作为数字产业大国,我国亦应加强数据立法,构建“能动回应型”数据法域外适用体系,既要顺应国内数字市场发展的内向性要求,也应兼顾互联网企业走出去的外向性需要,推动我国数据法域外效力的合理适度延伸,并完善外国数据法不当域外适用的阻断机制,以此探索全球数据治理的中国范式。
