The objectives of this study were to estimate genetic parameters of lactation average somatic cell scores （LSCS） and examine genetic associations between LSCS and production traits in the first three lactations of Chinese Holstein cows using single-parity multi-trait animal model and multi-trait repeatability animal model. There were totally 273605 lactation records of Chinese Holstein cows with first calving from 2001 to 2012. Heritability estimates for LSCS ranged from 0.144 to 0.187. Genetic correlations between LSCS and 305 days milk, protein percentage and fat percentage were -0.079, -0.082 and -0.135, respectively. Phenotypic correlation between LSCS and 305 days milk yield was negative （-0.103 to -0.190）. Genetic correlation between 305 days milk and fat percentage or protein percentage was highly negative. Genetic correlation between milk fat percentage and milk protein percentage was highly favorable. Heritabilities of production traits decreased with increase of parity, whereas heritability of LSCS increased with increase of parity.

Background: Hepatitis B is a disease that affects the liver and is caused by the hepatitis B virus(HBV). Hepatitis B is a serious public health problem in China. The objective of this study was to assess knowledge of and behaviours towards the transmission and prevention of hepatitis B of new military recruits in China.Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 800 new military recruits. A self-administered, structured questionnaire was used to collect information, and 727 questionnaires were returned completed. Analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: Of the respondents, 665(91.5%) were male and 62(8.5%) were female. The mean age was 18.9±1.7 years. A total of 608 respondents(83.6%) demonstrated poor knowledge and 119(16.4%) adequate knowledge about HBV. Older age, female and higher education level were statistically associated with a higher mean knowledge score. Multivariate logistic regression showed that age(OR=3.040, 95%CI 1.724–5.359, P<0.001) and gender(OR=1.791, 95%CI 1.325–2.421, P<0.001) were significantly associated with appropriate behavioural practices towards prevention of HBV.Conclusion: Against a backdrop of high HBV prevalence in China, new military recruits had poor knowledge of HBV. New recruits need better education about HBV to assist in reducing and preventing HBV infection.

High Expression of p300 in Human Breast Cancer Correlates with Tumor Recurrence and Predicts Adverse Prognosis

Objective：Transcriptional coactivator p300 has been shown to play a variety of roles in the transcription process and mutation of p300 has been found in certain types of human cancers.However,the expression dynamics of p300 in breast cancer （BC） and its effect on BC patients＇ prognosis are poorly understood.Methods：In the present study,the methods of tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry （IHC） were used to investigate the protein expression of p300 in BCs.Receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve analysis,Spearman＇s rank correlation,Kaplan-Meier plots and Cox proportional hazards regression model were utilized to analyze the data.Results：Based on the ROC curve analysis,the cutoff value for p300 high expression was defined when the H score for p300 was more than 105.High expression of p300 could be observed in 105/193 （54.4%） of BCs,in 6/25 （24.0%） of non-malignant breast tissues,respectively （P=0.004）.Further correlation analysis showed that high expression of p300 was positively correlated with higher histological grade,advanced clinical stage and tumor recurrence （P0.05）.In univariate survival analysis,a significant association between high expression of p300 and shortened patients＇ survival and poor progression-free survival was found （P0.05）.Importantly,p300 expression was evaluated as an independent prognostic factor in multivariate analysis （P0.05）.Conclusion：Our findings provide a basis for the concept that high expression of p300 in BC may be important in the acquisition of a recurrence phenotype,suggesting that p300 high expression,as examined by IHC,is an independent biomarker for poor prognosis of patients with BC.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) and type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2 DM) are highly prevalent diseases and are closely associated, with NAFLD being present in the majority of T2 DM patients. In Asian traditional medicine, Mori Cortex is widely used for the treatment of diabetes and hyperlipidemia. However, whether it has a therapeutic effect on T2 DM associated with NAFLD is still unknown. The present study showed that the oral treatment with Mori Cortex extract(MCE; 10 g·kg-1·d-1) lowered the blood lipid levels and reversed insulin resistance(IR) in high fat-diet/streptozotocin-induced type 2 diabetes in rats. The expression levels of sterol receptor element-binding protein-1 c(SREBP-1 c) and carbohydrate-responsive element binding protein(Ch REBP), which are involved in steatosis in NAFLD rats, were measured in the liver samples. MCE decreased the protein and m RNA expression levels of SREBP-1 c and Ch REBP. In conclusion, down-regulation of SREBP-1 c and Ch REBP might contribute to the protective effect of MCE on hepatic injury and IR in the rats with T2 DM associated with NAFLD.

The in situ electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance（EQCM） technique was used to investigate the ion transport of immobilized heteropolyanions at a self-assembled monolayer（SAM） modified gold electrode during electrochemical redox process.A mixed transfer method was presented to analyse the abnormal change of resonant frequency based on the simultaneous insertion/extraction of different ions.The results indicate that the migration of HSO4-anions was indispensable in the redox process of the heteropolyanions in a 1 mol/L H2SO4 solution and played a key role in the abnormal change of the resonant frequency.Such a change was attributed to different packing densities derived by means of differently immobilized methods.

DNA methyltransferases（Dnmts）comprise a family of proteins which involved in the establishment and maintenance of DNA methylation patterns.In pig,the molecular characterization and tissue expression profile of Dnmt gene family are not clear.To solve this problem,reverse transcriptase PCR and rapid amplification of c DNA ends were used to clone the sequences of the porcine Dnmt2 and Dnmt3b genes.Furthermore,the m RNA expression profiles of Dnmt1,Dnmt2,Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b genes from 54 adult tissues and 2 entire fetuses of Rongchang pig were analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR（q RT-PCR）.As a result,the lengths of porcine Dnmt2 and Dnmt3b gene c DNAs were 1 227 and 2 559 bp with cytosine-C5specific DNA methylase domain,respectively.The four Dnmt genes were highly expressed in longissimus dorsi muscle（P〈0.01）.Dnmt1 is highly expressed in heart（P〈0.01）and Dnmt 2 shows its preference in liver and seminal vesicle tissue（P〈0.01）.Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b are highly expressed in the two fetus stages（P〈0.01）.All these results suggested that each gene has its specific expression profile,and deeper study is required to dig more details between the methylation level and Dnmt family m RNA expressions in different tissues.

5G特性在智慧矿山中的应用研究

目前智慧矿山5G建设主要针对矿用5G的宏观技术发展方向、测试方法和特定应用场景展开研究,缺乏对智慧矿山5G各类应用场景特点的全面梳理。针对该问题,归纳了智慧矿山5G应用场景类型,梳理了主要应用场景的通信需求,指出传感器信息回传类应用具有广覆盖需求、视频信息采集和回传类应用具有上行大带宽传输需求、实时控制信息交互类应用具有下行低时延传输需求、自动驾驶信息采集和回传类应用具有上行大带宽和下行低时延共存的差异化传输需求。针对智慧矿山5G应用的环境特点和技术要求,提出了核心网+承载网+接入网的矿用5G网络总体架构:(1)核心网通过用户平面功能(UPF)和多接入边缘计算(MEC)下沉,实现矿山5G独立组网、独立运行。(2)承载网中的信息安全模块用于数据安全审计监测和传输控制,实现井上下数据安全隔离;网络切片和服务质量(QoS)管理模块用于对不同业务进行信道划分和隔离,实现多业务共存信道隔离,保障传输性能。(3)接入网采用基站控制器+基站汇集器+基站+终端的方式,实现5G信号分区、按需覆盖。根据上述架构,提出了面向智慧矿山多样化应用需求的5G关键技术方案:(1)采用网络切片技术将矿山5G网络划分为传感器切片、视频回传类切片、实时控制类切片、远程控制类切片,结合传输业务的QoS指标,将业务数据映射到不同的切片资源上进行传输,实现5G网络传输的按需分配。(2)通过灵活空中接口调度机制满足无线资源按需调度,即大带宽业务采用资源请求-业务缓存报告资源分配-业务缓存-数据传输资源分配的空口资源调度方式,保障上行传输带宽,低时延业务采用预留的专用空口资源进行传输,保证下行传输低时延。(3)当单一频段无法满足上行传输需求时,通过载波聚合技术将多个连续或非连续的载波聚合成更大的带宽,有效支撑矿山5G的大带宽传输需求。

研究目的:肝脏的纤维化进程改变肝脏组织的流变属性。创新要点:本文利用剪切黏弹性模量描绘并比较了大鼠肝脏F0期到F4期的纤维化过程。研究方法:两个黏弹性模型,即Zener模型和Voigt模型用于解释流变力学测试得到的实验数据,由此得到每个纤维化分期的肝脏弹性和黏性值。重要结论:肝脏中度纤维化(≤F2期)与黏弹性值密切相关。Zener模型的弹性均值E1从F0期的(0.452±0.094)kPa增加到F2期的(1.311±0.717)kPa,而Voigt模型的弹性均值E从F0期的(0.618±0.089)kPa增加到F2期的(1.701±0.844)kPa。Zener模型的黏性均值从F0期的(3.499±0.186)Pa·s增加到F2期的(4.947±1.811)Pa·s,而Voigt模型的黏性均值从F0期的(3.379±0.316)Pa·s增加到F2期的(4.625±1.296)Pa·s。无论选用哪个黏弹性模型,在F1期和F2期,肝脏弹性值的标准差比黏性值的标准差变化要小。因此,测得的弹性比黏性更有效地区分肝纤维化F0期到F2期。

Characteristics of Pattern Visual Evoked Potential in Two Eyes with Varying Visual Acuity in One Eye and Forensic Application

In this study, we aimed to study the pattern visual evoked potentials （P-VEPs） in two eyes with varying visual acuity in one eye and to provide an objective estimation of visual acuity by comparing P-VEPs in one and two eyes. Thirty subjects were chosen, who had one eye with an acuity of 5.0, 4.85, 4.6, 4.0, or scieropia and obstructed vision and the other eye with an acuity of 5.0, respectively. P-VEPs were detected under the large grating stimuli at 3x4 spatial frequency, moderate grating stimuli （12× 16 spatial frequency） and small grating stimuli （48×64 spatial frequency）. Under large grating stimuli, there was no significant difference in P100 peak latency between the groups, nor was there a significant difference between the amplitude of two eyes and the amplitude of one normal-vision eye. Under moderate and small grating stimuli, there was a significant difference in P100 peak latency between the group with both eyes having an acuity of 5.0 and the group with visual acuity below 4.0 in one eye. There was a significant difference in P100 amplitude between the group with visual acuity of 5.0 in both eyes and the group with one normal-vision eye. There was no significant difference in the amplitude of two eyes and the amplitude of one normal-vision eye between any other two groups. In forensic identification, characteristics and variability of P-VEPs in one and two eyes can be used to identify malingering or decline in visual acuity.

Prussian blue analogue Na2Ni[Fe(CN)6](Ni-PB)has been widely studied as a cathode material for sodium-ion battery due to its excellent cycling performance.However,Ni-PB has a low theoretical capacity of 85 mAh g^(−1) because of the electrochemical inertness of Ni.Herein,ternary Ni-PB is successFully synthesized by double doping with Co and Fe at Ni-site,and the effect of doping with Co and Fe on the electrochemical performance of Ni-PB is systematically investigated through theoretical calculations and electrochemical tests.The first principles calculations confirm that double doping with Co and Fe can significantly reduce the energy barrier and bandgap of Ni-PB.X-ray diffraction and composition analysis results indicate that ternary NiCoFe-PB composite not only has good crystallinity and high Na content but also has low defects and crystal water.Electrochemical tests reveal that,besides the capacity contribution of high-spin Co/Fe and low-spin Fe,Co-doping enhances the electrochemical activity of low-spin Fe and Fe-doping improves the activity of high-spin Co;moreover,double doping can decrease the difFusion resistance of Na+ions through solid electrolyte interface film,accelerate the kinetics for both ion difFusion process and Faradic reaction,and increase active sites.Under the synergistic effect of Co and Fe,this ternary NiCoFe-PB exhibits outstanding electrochemical performance with a high initial discharge capacity of 120.4 mAh g^(−1) at 20mA g^(−1) and an extremely low capacity fading rate of 0.0044%per cycle at a high current density of 2 A g^(−1) even after 10,000 cycles,showing great application potential of ternary NiCoFe-PB in the field of large-scale energy storage.
